My Defined brush duplicates itself over and over when applied to any image!!!??

Hi there, I recently loaded in my signature for my photography and each time I click the signature to apply it to an image it appears fine, however when it is applied to the image it is replicated about 6 times in a pattern effect!
Any suggestions?

Hi All:
I have an issue where my CPU hits 60% when applying keywords. This can be when I apply it to one image or to 100s. Obviously, when I have more pictures selected or more keywords, there is a much larger delay.

Hi All,
There is a workaround to resolve this issue. As it is related to modifying registry, please be very careful and take backup of your registry first.
The workaround is to set the value of "Disable Performance Counters" to 0 @ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\PerfProc\Performance
If this registry entry is not present, create one. Meanwhile, we are working on fixing this issue.

I can only select HDR Toning Shadows/Highlights and Variations when I go to Image Adjustments

I'm trying to use Hue/Saturations but its grayed out the only options i have when i go to Image>Adjustments are HDR Toning Shadows/Highlights and Variations. My layer is set to RGB. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME IM TRYING TO MAKE A MINECRAFT THUMBNAIL.

OK, Restarting Aperture did not help so I restarted the whole computer. And that cleared it all up.
So something must have gotten out of whack and only a restart was able to fix it.

Brush keep changing angle and size everytime applied (PS CS6)

Just as the title says, at first the size will be just as I wanted it, but the next, it either increased in size or shrank and the angle keeps shifting. It never happened before when I used PS CS5.1. How do I solve this problem? Other than that, everything works out fine.

It is perfectly legal to decode Dolby to simple stereo with the licensed codec included with Windows 7. There may be some restriction on writing AC-3 content in 5.1 format. If Adobe wanted to, it could read from the licensed, installed codec and write the edited files in any of the audio formats it does support.

Iphone 6 screen has enlarged itself enormously and I can not press any bottoms ,tried resetting already nothing heppend

My brand new iPhone 6 only used for 4 days did something funny few hours ago, it started displaying everything in extremely large zoom scale so just so you can understand you could only see 4-6 icons on the screen thats how big it is. And you couldn't really scroll through anything and it was kind of half responsive. I then turned it off - and turned it back on but it was exactly the same but only this time it wouldn't let me get in the phone as touch ID doesn't work and I can not enter manually my passcode is it shows way too large. I plugged into my iTunes but i can't sinc it as i need a passcode - and it took me the whole day yesterday to sort everything out on there and now i afraid to loose it again and start from the begging . Just so annoying that brand new phone is acting like this!!

Double tap using three fingers will get the screen back to normal. Seems like the zoom feature has been enabled.
Turn Zoom on or off. Go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Zoom. Or, use the Accessibility Shortcut. See Accessibility Shortcut on page 139.
Zoom in or out. With Zoom turned on, double-tap the screen with three fingers.

I will do the full shut off but out of nowhere I will see the screen turn on. Battery is dead within a few hours.

AutoPopulate Domain and OU when applying a base to a collection of CVD's

our standard procedure for migrating computers is the following
Deploy Mirage Client
Centralize Devices spread over several Volumes.
Create Collections Based on the Volumes and OS of win XP
Use the Migration Wizard to Push the Base Layer to the CVD's based on the Collections created in the previous step to spread the load and keep track of which computers have had the base pushed.
Once all CVD's have had the base pushed to them, then Apply the Base
If I use the migration wizard and manually select multiple (or single) CVD's to push the base to, the drop downs for Domain and OU are populated
If I use the migration wizard and choose a collection of CVD's to push the base to, the drop downs are empty and I need to manually type the entries in.
It would be handy if drop downs for OU and domain worked for collections in the same way as it does for manually selected CVD's.

How do I stop camera raw adjusting contrast and brightness automatically when I open any image

Every time I open in image in camera raw or Photoshop it is applying an automatic contrast and brightness setting. I have tried resetting to defaults with cntrl shft del but it doesn't make a difference. It also when I just flick through thumbnails on bridge. The pics look almost like they have a cartoon like filter on them!!any ideas on how I get it all back to normal it's been great in the past . I use cs3

Short answer, learn how to use the tool...
As for the "auto" adjustments, are you sure that's what's happening or are the images changing based on the differences between what the camera preview and the Camera Raw preview look like? If you have indeed somehow turned on the "Auto" adjustment and saved that out as a Camera Raw default, you can go into the Camera Raw flyout menu and choose the option to Reset Camera Raw Defaults. If however you are talking about the inherent differences between the way your camera renders raw and the way Camera Raw renders it, that's an entirely different discussion...
As for your other question, try rephrasing it as it doesn't mean a thing to me so I have no idea how to answer...

How do I stop camera raw automatically applying contrast and brightness when I load an image?

Everytime I load an image in photoshop or camera raw from bridge it automatically applies 50% brightness and 25% contrast and 5% black fill. It's ruining the pictures. I have already tried resetting photoshop and bridge to their default settings using cntrl, shift, delete. Any ideas?

CS4 video jumps and shakes when exporting to any video format

Hi,
I created a project in CS4 and exported the video into a Mpeg2 format and the video skips/jumps/shakes instead of playing continuously. When I test the project inside the project the video plays fine. What could be causing the problem. Please help!!!!!

Capital Letters and spaces when naming files or images

When I first started creating a web page, I was under the impression that I should only use lower case and use an underscore instead of a space. Is this still the case or have things moved on since then.
If not, could somebody please let me know when I should use Capital Letters and spaces.
Does it affect google ratings or any search engine ratings in any way.

Stick to A-Z, a-z, 0-9, hyphen and underscore. Avoid spaces and special characters such as ?, ! and #.
It's a matter of differences in server operating systems. Spaces in filenames can be read differently by different servers and may lead to broken links.
Javascript and some operating systems (e.g. Linux) are case sensitive.
On Linux: MyPic.jpg is a different file to mypic.jpg
In addition, Uppercase/lowercase is partly a question of consistency to avoid user error.
Some users here have inexplicable (to them) errors because Images/image.jpg and images/image.jpg are two different paths.
Choose a simple, logical (and legal) file naming convention (e.g. all lowercase) which you find most comfortable and stick to it at all times.

Creating a custom defined brush to use as a watermark

Hi there - I have reviewed a couple of videos on how to create a watermark "stamp" by using the define brush option. However after following all of the instructions up to the point where I am supposed to select the area to define I can go no further. It says to select the image/text and then go to edit -> define brush. When I do this the define brush option is faint and I cannot select it. The videos all appear to be done using Elements 11 or earlier. It this a glitch with 12?

Restore the phone in iTunes, first using a backup, and if needed as a new iPhone without using a backup. If this still happens after restoring as new, there is a hardware problem than needs evaluation by Apple or whoever provides iPhone service in your country.

HT201407 4S shut itself down and won't switch back on?

My 4s has turned itself off and won't start again. any ideas?

Plug it in to wall power. If it doesn't automatically come on within 15 minutes, try a Reset... press the home and sleep/lock buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings. You might need to hold the buttons for as long as a minute.
If it still doesn't turn on, you likely have a hardware problem.

Display drivers crashing and restarting after opening any image in Photoshop CS6. After that Photoshop CS6 doesn't respond.

I have just purchased Acer Aspire R7 (2nd Genre). I have installed Photoshop CS6 as trial. Now when I open any image or drag any image in Photoshop I get this error in the taskbar "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered". After that Photoshop doesnt respont and I have to force close it from task manager.
Can anyone guide me how to solve this issue?

Well, what more do you need to know? Update your graphics drivers and configure them suitably.
