My device got a message saying that it hadn't been backed up in 10 weeks, i cant use my device for which i can't turn it off. What do i do?
it says as a heading iCloud Backup then the message says '' this iPad hasn't been backed up in 10 weeks. Beackups happen when this iPad is plugged in, locked, and connected to Wi-Fi.'' I plugged it in and connected it to wi-fi and locked it but nothin happened.HELP! What do i do?

Give it a reset. Hold down the sleep and home keys until you see the silver apple. It should reboot and be fine.

Try restarting the phone and trying again.
If your back up continually fails, you might try turning off back up on your mobile device (settings > iCloud > storage & backup) and then deleting the backup file from iCloud by swiping the backup file on the mobile device (settings > iCloud > storage & backup > manage…) and then turning back up on again. -

I was having problems with the software and iTunes, took the iMac to the apple store and they wiped it clean and then helped me restore from my backup. W were able to do most of it but had the pictures left, and it would take to much time, so they sent me home with instructions, I followed the instructions to the letter but got a message saying that the pictures could not be installed because I was not the administrator and I am stuck, can someone out there help me?

To see how much disk space is available ...
Click your Apple menu top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click About This Mac > More Info > Storage
Make sure there's at least 15% free disk space.
Photos, video, documents, etc. all require disk space.

I was updating the software on my iphone4. I got a message saying that it could not update. Now my iphone will not reboot. It only shows a pic to connect to itunes, but nothing is happening when i connect it. How do I fix this?
If you're not a developer then you really should not have upgraded.
I'm unsure how you can fix this as you have already done a back-up on iOS 7 and apple don't support firmware downgrades. -
About MS silverlight! Went to Bing-maps. Got a message saying that I needed a newer version of Silverlight. Can't find silverlight on my McBook Pro. Does it come loaded on OS X, Safari, any Apple software? I do not recall ever installing it? Should I follow the pop-up warningg and download it?

I tried to update iTunes with the latest version and I got a message saying that - MSVCR80.dll was not installed. I think I successfully installed that through an online help website but I now get R6034 - C\Program Files(x86)\iTunes\iTunes.exe

When I try to sync my iphone I get a message saying that it was unable to back up my iPhone as an error occurred. My iPhone needs a software update but it won't let me do that until my phone is backed up! I have authorised my computer and tried disconnecting my phone from the computer, but nothing is working. I was receiving the same message. I had to uncheck the box that allowed me to sync my phone to my computer (PC) via wi-fi. After that, I have not had any problems. I am speculating that this issue is probably related to the wi-fi problems people are experiencing with iOS 6.

If you still have your old card listed on your account then try selecting the 'none' option and remove it and then try entering the card's details from scratch. If that doesn't work then what is the full error message that you are getting, and the card is registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing) that you have on your iTunes account ?
