My phone is registered under my Developer Account. I have been running iOS 5 and suddenly I have a push message alert saying that my phone needs activation. There is no other choice so I continue. Where it tells me ultimately that my device is not registered under the Developer Program. Where in fact in my provisioning port it is registered "Device UDID: a11fd552a3f065fa2a04035ae686fcb333a4deed"
If I can do a hard reset I would. Any advice or why this is happening?Hooking up to itunes (via cable) I got, a message saying some of your software had expired, then itunes couldn't sync due to not being able to determine the apps on the device.
I then completed a restore from a backup (which also re-installed IOS 5.0 from fresh download)
Now this then did fix the problem.
I therefore think the issue was that we were using a beta version of IOS which had expired, we therefore needed to re-install IOS released version to prevent this issue.
I did try to install the full version once IOS was released, but I couldn't update, I simply got a message from itunes, your system is up to date IOS 5, it didn't seem to read the build number and see that it was a beta release, which would have prevented this issue happening.

If you have problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.

Hi, I upgraded my iphone 4 (4.3.3) to iso 5 beta 6, but now it shows "No Service" at top left, and unable to complete your activation. Also tells that "this device is not registered as part of the iphone developer programme." How could I fix this problem? Please help me...,
I had a similar occurrence with my just activated iPhone 4.
I had been using the phone for three days when an odd occurrence with voice mail caused me to call tech support. After some discussion they decided to push the activation to my phone (even though I had been using it for three days). When I went to power it back up again I repeatedly got the "no service" notification. I got tech support on a land line and we tried hard reboots and so on. No joy. They told me to take it in to the point of sale and either the SIM card or the phone needed (or both) needed replacing.
I tried one last hard reboot after dinner and the phone came up with service, but I took it in to the point of sale in the morning and they swapped the SIM card out and I went to a Genius Bar appointment to get the phone checked out. It is supposedly OK, but I am still having some problems when syncing it so I will have to visit the Genius Bar again tomorrow about that. At least I have not experienced the "no service" problem in the roughly 24 hours since the SIM card was replaced. (Fingers crossed) -

Earlier this summer I registered for the Apple Dev Program and I haven't had any issues with my phone since. I was just using my phone about an hour ago and all of a sudden it says that it needs to be activated. I get a message that says "This device is not registered as part of the iPhone Developer Program. ##br####br## If you are a member of the Program, please register your device in the http://developer.apple.com/iphone/."
I logged into my developer's account and I went to the devices page. My phone is listed there and says this:

I still can't use my phone, though and I don't know what I am supposed to do. I really don't want to have to restore the entire thing as I have too much on here that I don't want to lose.
Edit: When I click on my device in the organizer, it says this:
This device is expired and cannot be used with the iOS SDK.
Please install a newer version of the OS.
The little dot next to my device is yellow.
When I go to iTunes, it tells me that I have the newest version of iOS.I'm in the same situation as what appears to be everyone else's problem.
I am honouring the NDA and joined the developer program with a group of friends.
My iPhone, my wife's iPhone, our iPads and iPod touches are all registered and the message we suddenly received are;
"This device is not registered as part of the iPhone Developer Program. ##br####br##If you are a member of the Program, please register your device in thehttp://developer.apple.com/iphone/."
I too am extremely frustrated and also hope that Apple WAKES UP! with an update... Fast!!

Well, you downloaded a bootleg copy of iOS 7 beta and have installed it on your phone without being a developer. It has bricked your phone and you cannot get help here because doing what you did has voided your warranty. Have a nice day.

If you are an authorized member of Apple's developer program, you have forums and resources through which you can address issues with seed versions of Apple's software. Posting here or in any public forum is a violation of your NDA with Apple. The developer forums can be found here:

I have installed the beta version of 6.1 a month ago and now i cannot open my iphone 5 it needs regestration and when i try to register it says that it couldnt complete and i need to register in the developer what can i do now to reopen my device?
Probably wasn't a good idea to install beta software on a device when you're not a developer.
Apple clearly states that beta software is not to be installed on production devices.
Not really much you can do except wait for iOS 6.1 to be officially released and then install it. -
I'm having some big issues with my iPod touch 4g. It is new and when I want to configure it, I can't because it appears this:

Hi. My device won't update iOS in settings. It won't download any new apps for me. (It is connected to the internet). The latest app I tried to download appears stuck! Has not completed its download, won't open and I cannot delete it. What can I do? I purchased the product online a year ago. I'm not sure of the exact date... I think it was late November 2012.
Any help appreciated.

Can't download apps (1st gen ipod); tap won't register
Before you ask, yes, it's updated to the latest firmware (3.1.3), and no, I've not jailbroken it. I can't download any apps anymore, not even compatible ones. Everytime I tap on the buy button, it doesn't even register. In fact, the whole app store looks weird. The screenhots at the bottom is just 1 big image. I can't tap on anything on an app page. The only thing I can tap on (which actually responds) is App Support, which takes me to the developers website, and that button wasn't even on my old app store. It was all working fine until this morning, now the AppStore just looks corrupted. Someone plz help.
EDIT 1: Actually, the whole thing is a lot like the "Update" problem, where you can't update apps seperatly. When you check the update details, and tap install, tapping on update won't register. Its a similar problem to that, but with apps instead of updates. Is it just me?Same problem here. The store seems to work fine, but when I pick an app the same weird things happen: the screenshots are missing or there is a giant image that can't be moved. Also, the "buy" or "free" button doesn't work on any app or section of the store. It's like the update problem that #N1L3S mentioned. I found that the Featured section seems to have some kind of problem too and when you scroll down to the apps, the icons are missing or a grey square appears on its position. At the same place, when you tap on one of this icon-missing apps, the screen fills up with text that meeses all up. I hope Apple will fix these issues soon.

actually i never stole the software,i was told to upgrade to this beta 7 to fix my phones problem with signal,i did not know it had to be paid for,or that it would break my phone even more as i am no developer and know hardlys anything about phones never mind developing them ! if i knew for one second that it had to be paid for i would have not got it,but if that is the case,why dont i have to pay for all my other updates ive had on my phone?apart from that,does anyone know how i can get my phone back to 6.1.3 firmware.thankyou for any help offered.now i think i will go and give this phoneshop assistant a peice of my mind as his reccomendation has totally wrecked my phone :/

I didn't drop or beat or throw anything. I picked things up, moved them, and set them down carefully. I didn't abuse anything at all.
Now, my Sound Blaster Audigy NX doesn't work anymore.
I plug it into my USB hub, nothing. I plug it into a USB port in my laptop, and nothing, either. None of the USB ports in the hub or the laptop work, even after restarting. The light on the hub doesn't even light up to detect the device at all. I can't turn it on. It doesn't seem to matter if my speakers are actually on or off, or whether I have sound playing on the computer or not.
I've restarted countless times, too.
It worked before I moved it, and now, my expensi've sound card doesn't work. What's up, now?joaolfb,
Audigy 2 NX will need to be connected with the power adaptor inorder to run. USB will not be enough to sustain the power consumption of the sound card.

Were you running iOS 7 beta? If so, as a developer you need to log into the Developer forum for assistance.
