First, report the theft to the police, then to the carrier incase they offer blacklisting.
If you turned on Find My in Settings > iCloud, login to your iCloud account, go to Find My Phone, and if the iPhone is turned on and connected to the internet it should show up. Give that information to the Police, do not attempt to recover it yourself.
Change all passwords associated with accounts on the iPhone.

I apologize for misreading your post the first time around. Dennis is only half correct in this case. The USB-8451 is supposed to show up as a USB-RAW device in MAX, but you do not have to run the driver wizard to create an interface to it. In Measurement and Automation Explorer, select the USB-RAW device under USB Devices and create a VISA alias (I always use 8451) by typing it in the "VISA Alias on My System" box. You should then be able to use that alias for all communication. I hope this post helps a little more than the last one!

My ipad mini refuses to join home wifi connection. It is trying to do so continuously but with no success. I tried to reset all settings. Switched wifi off and then back on. Nothing works. The rest of devices are fine with the wifi. What shall I do next?
Maybe reboot your router. Unplug it for about 30 seconds or so and then plug it back in. Reboot your iPad while the router is powering up.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -

I bought a new iPhone 4 with iOS 6.1.3 installed. When I connected it to itunes for the first time to activate it iTunes asked me to enter the password for an account that the iPhone is locked to like if the device was used before what shall I do? PLease reply soonI can't do that because the device was purchased from United Arab Emirates and I got it as a gift in Syria but the problem is that there is not even a single apple store in Syria so is there another way to fix that, I googled it and was told to jailbreak the device whitch I did and than hacktivated it but the problem is the device doesn't connect to any network and only shows "no service" and the battery draining too fast so is there any other way to fix this issue

Are you saying the iPod is charging extremely fast, or that it's draining really fast? If it's the former, it is due to the fast charge mechanism it has built in.
