you: I have ordered Photshop and elements premier on line. Some how I am listed to have ordered Cloud and the other two. I only want Photoshop elements and Premier. I presently have an older of both. It was difficult to prove that I have both, (I have had many many older versions over the years), than to order the educator license. Now it looks like I have two orders going. I really don't have the money to order either of them, but my brother I law is dying and I am making his video production. The one thing missing from my version is the ability to zoom in on a photo. That is why I have been willing to pay for the upgrade. I do not understand how I am listed to get two different upgrades.

It proved difficult to find the numbers that they wanted from my purchase, so I thought that I would just go with a teacher subscription. That too turned out to be difficult to complete. I have been loyal to your product for over 10 years, but I am beginning to think that I might be smarter to go with a different company.

you: For which I say that is really poor service. I teach all day and can't access a phone all day. Are you telling me that I can't buy your product unless I can call you during the hours that I am in my classroom teaching? That is not being consumer friendly at all.

Not unless you can find an app that tracks that info. Apple's find my iPhone system only gives you the current location, or last known for devices that are offline. It does not provide historical tracking data.
There are apps that track in real time, and record that info on the iPhone (although I don't know of one that will transmit that information anywhere, but there may well be such an app). Keep in mind that anything like that will eat up your battery life very quickly. Find my iPhone does not kill the battery as it basically only sends a location fix to Apple when asked for one by the server. So most of the time find my iPhone is NOT using location services, but is simply waiting to be pinged by Apple's servers when an authenticated user asks for the devices location.

I have tried just publishing altered files only, then tried the whole site again, and then tried publishing as a new site altogether. Thought I would then try to export as HTML in the hope of uploading the files via an FTP client and Muse crashes and locks up again. I am extremely stressed about this as I am in the last few days of of website I have been working on now with no issues since December. We are due to go live and my client needs to see it. I am desperate for an answer. It is not looking good. I am on an Apple Mac and have not had any isses publishing it for the last 6 months. Not very happy to say the least. Need desperate help.

    Hi Zak, I got onto Adobe Customer Care Live Chat this morning and gave them the error message. After some trouble shooting with them it appears the older archived file of the site still publishes. I have now reverted back to the old file and copied and pasted out of the new file and from some ideas given to me by support I am now able to publish to Business Catalyst. It seems there was something corrupt within the new pages added yesterday. I have no idea if this would have still happened if I hadn't updated but I am glad it wasn't a Muse specific problem. I am loving using Muse and the support from Adobe has been excellent. Thanks everyone. By the way I do love the new version and apart from this hick up that lost me a few hours, aged me some more and gave me grey hair I really love Muse. Thanks again.

Should I wait or is there an issue with my setup? I checked the Mozilla sync server status and it listed no issues.

    Reinstall Lion, Mountain Lion, or Mavericks
         Boot to the Recovery HD: Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the
         COMMAND and R keys until the Utilities menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and
         after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears.
         Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
         Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions: Upon startup select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu.
         Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions as follows.
    After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list.  In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive.  If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the main menu.
         Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion, Mavericks: Select ReinstallLion/Mountain Lion, Mavericks from
         the Utilities menu, and click on the Continue button.
         Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is
                    three times faster than wireless.

    it says " itunes has detected an iphone in recovery mode. you must restore this iphone before it can be used with itunes" so i restore it and after it gets finished it says " the iphone :iphone" could not be restored. the device cannot be found" but ive used this itunes since i got this phone.

    I don't know what is wrong with me but I can not figure out how to get Crystal to pull records for the last 24 hours.  I have a date field I can key off of but I can not figure out the formula or correct syntax to put in the Selection formula.  Any help would be great!!  Thanks

    No need to create any formula.  In your record selection criteria type:
    {table.date} in dateadd("h",-24,currentdatetime) to currentdatetime
    If you just want the prior 24hrs and do not care about the time then replace 'currentdatetime' with 'currentdate'.
    (currentdatetime - 24) will give you 24 days before and not 24 hours.

    Don't do anything yet!
    Let it keep running until you know that you REALLY want to stop it. If you think the UPDATE is slow the ROLLBACK if you kill it may take much longer.
    Now - how do you plan to get it to 'run fast' when it is already running? If you do a ROLLBACK the time it takes to apply the UNDO could take even longer than the time it has taken to get this far with the update. And if you interrupt the ROLLBACK you will have to do a recovery from backup. Don't go there.
    Read the FAQ at the top of the thread list for how to post a tuning request and the info you need to provide. Some of that info is:
    1. Ask for help BEFORE you start running the query. Once you start you should usually just let it finish.
    2. Always provide your 4 digit Oracle version
    3. Provide table and index DDL
    4. Provide row counts for the table and for the query predicates
    5. Provide info about the exact command you used to collect stats and say if the stats are current

    Try a hard reset. Hold the power and the home button down at the same time untill you see the apple logo appear. then let go of the buttons

    Take it back to where you purchased the device and get another device.

    That means something went wrong with the update and the phone is in recovery mode.
    Connect it to your computer and use iTunes to restore it.

    Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 second until you see the Apple logo.
