My document from email cant open

cannot open my document sent to adobe reader . shows there are no new files . this document was sent to my email address and it said only way to open document or view document is through this reader and its not doing squat. what is there to do

windows 7 enterprise 32 bit, its the adobe reader xl, my email is baker
college email. the reader isnt showing it at all. and the email i recieved
with that document doesnt even have a thing to click on to open the
attachment, the document was electronically sent

Because there is no abode on the IOS. you'll need to do a search in the app store to resolve your issue.

Error when trying to open, edit & save the document from email link

Hi,
The error occurs when user tries to open the document from the email link (after the document is "shared" with them.
The recipient has been given edit rights. When the document is opened it is opened in read only. The recipient will click "Edit Document" and then they receive an error
"The file or folder name http://servername/sites/documents/Shared Documents/IT/Test/TESTfile.xlsx?NoRedirect=true' contains characters that are not permitted. Enter a different name."
Any suggestions please.

I see that in the

Mine happens when I click on the link from the email body. An exact thread I found :

But no solution is mentioned there as well.

Outlook HyperLink from email that open SAP documents like BP or any other

Is there a way today with latest version of SAP to have an hyperlink in an email that opens the document in SAP like the arrow in Crystal report which someone said it works today having a Crystal Report with a link to a SAP document.

People here thinks that there's a way to simulate Crystal Report job using C# to make an external call to Business Partner form to pop but I doubt. Rest that I'm wondering if this kind of trick would be possible.
So either by DI API, UI API or a trick using Some kind of workaround with Crystal Report to make it work

I am using Sharepoint 2013 Office 365 web version to build and edit the TeamSite.
Is there a way using SharePoint Designer or Scripts to Open the Video or Documents from the Document/Asset Library to open them in new tab or window when clicked?
Currently, When clicking on video it opens in the same IE window, I could change the Thumbnails view to All asset view then right click and open it in a new windows. But I want this to happen by default when clicking the link
I would appreciate your view in detail.

If you just want to open the video or document in a new tab, yes, it can be achieved with JavaScript or JSLink.
However, it is not a recommended behavior to add script for such a functionality into a page cause it is more like an option of browser behavior and it would
make the pages in a site difficult in maintenance.
The easiest way I think, you can perform a “Middle click” or “Ctrl + Left click” to open the video or document in a new tab.
To achieve it using JavaScript, we will have to modify all the “onclick” properties of the items in a library after the page loaded which should be an extra burden of your
browser.

Do a get info, and then
Select the Open With
And select your app: MS Word
change all
Use this application to open all documents like this one.

If you did not send it via Mail, it would have been corrupted.
GMail, Dropbox, Amazon etc don't understand the zipped package of Pages 5 files.

When the method is called the pdf document opens in Chrome browser in some machines but not in Firefox or other browsers. Why doesn't the documents() open in some browsers while it does in some.Similarly i want to open docx and rtf files from UCM also using the same code without downloading.

Use next EL Expression to get a Node url's (are the same methods as a Node in CP):

Mime attachments from email not opening in PDF only on iPhone 5 ok not on iPad Air

anyone know why when sending email from outlook the iPhone 5 s seems to open attachment as mime and the PDF but the iPad Air doesn't open with PDF

Would you describe your problem in more detail? What is the mail app you use on your iPad Air? Apple Mail (the default mail app for iOS)?

When does it fail to open on your iPad Air? Do you see the PDF attachment icon in an email message in your mail app? What happens when you try to long press (press & hold) on the icon? Can you actually select "Open in Adobe Reader"?
Unless Adobe Reader is the one showing an error message (e.g. "invalid PDF") when you try to open a PDF attachment, it sounds like Adobe Reader (app) is not directly involved.
Could you also try to open an email with a PDF attachment in other iOS apps like Outlook Web Access (OWA), Gmail, Yahoo Mail, etc.?

1. How to get the list of file names ( available in the DMS server ) into the internal table.
2. i need to open these documents by clicking - into the same sap session itself. (it should not open in windows)

Hi,
You can show any doc that is uploaded in DMS using the URL of the doc . the doc will be shown in a container. You can refer the std prog . SAPRDEMOPIVOTINTERFACE.. or some thg like that ( i dont remember the exact name ) .
You need to pass the Class name . object type and object name to find the URL. Check transaction OAER and enter class as SSOFFICEINTEGRATION , type as OT and name as SSOFFICEINTEGRATION.
