My downloaded apps won't open

All my downloaded apps on my ipad 2 wont open. When in press to open any of them, they just close within three seconds. I shut down my ipad for numerous times and even removed all the apps from the memory. It is also up to date with latest OS. What can i do?

Try:
Reset the iOS device (no data will be lost). Press and hold the Home and sleep/wake buttons until the Apple logo appears. See if the problem persists after the device reboots (it might take a while).
Download any free app, and then see if any of the other apps, after being re-downloaded, will open.

Have you tried closing that app via the multitasking bar and seeing if it works when you re-open it ? Double-click the home button to open the taskbar, and then swipe or drag that app's screen from there up and off the top of the screen to close it, and click the home button to close the taskbar.
If that doesn't fix it then you could try a soft-reset and see if it works when your phone has rebooted : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot.
A third option is to delete the app from your phone and redownload it via the Purchased tab in the App Store app.
If it still doesn't work then try contacting the developer.

I have a brand new iPhone 4S and since this morning, all the apps that I have been using for a week won't open. When touching the icon, screen fades to black for about a second and just comes back to the menu. Any ideas?

Download a free app from the App Store. Once it downloads, your other apps should work properly again.

Downloaded App won't open.

I downloaded Civilization V from the App store. However, when I tried to open the app, I received the following message:
“Civilization V: Campaign Edition.app” is damaged and can’t be opened. Delete “Civilization V: Campaign Edition.app” and download it again from the App Store.
I deleted the app and downloaded it again. Same problem. Is there a solution to this problem? (By the way, I downloaded a free app to see if that would open. It did without a problem). Ialso shut down the computer and restarted it... That didn't help.

Since you can download and open free apps, then the issue is with the Civilization app.
1. Contact the app developer > Aspyr Support : Submit a request for assistance
2. If you do not receive a reply within three business days, contact Apple > Mac App Store - Contact Support

I am using an iPhone 4S with iOS 7.1.2.
I have been playing a number games with premium currency that can be gained through downloading and running apps. Recently, however, I have been having some difficulty with this. The apps seem to be running as normal but do not appear on the phone once completed, and selecting "open" in the App Store does nothing. Furthermore, when going to Settings > General > Usage the icons and the size of the apps are listed, but the name is blank. At first I thought this may be a problem caused by going through the game's rewards system, but I have since tried previously installed apps from iTunes and completely new apps, and the same occurs with both.
This is an issue I've faced in the past, but it seems to be occurring more frequently since I installed the latest system update.
Any suggestions?

If you suspect it could be a problem with App World (as it appears to be), reloading your OS using BlackBerry Desktop Software should correct the problem.

The obvious way to resolve this on a computer would be to uninstall the app, then reinstall it, however on an iOS device that would cause all the data assoicated with the app to be thrown away.
Make sure your iTunes library has the latest updates for all your apps, then backup and restore the device. This should pull back a fresh copy of the app from your iTunes library and then give it the data from your device backup.

Ever since yesterday, my Ipod apps won't open properly. I googled it, and couldn't find anything accurate. So i deleted all of the apps, and re-downloaded them. Now they're doing it again. I had the same issue. After searching around online I found out that you can try downloading another app (it can be any app) onto your ipod. After it finishes downloading see if your other apps open. You don't even have to keep the new app. Just see if your other ones work and you can delete the new one. That should work. If not, try to hard reset it. Adobe reader 6.0 app won't open because PowerPC apps are no longer supported

I can no longer open .pdf files on my newer imac which is over 3 yrs. old, This issue seemed to have started sometime after updating to icloud & Lion?? on this imac but for some reason, I do not have the same problem on my other imac that is running the same Lion v. 10.7.2 which is over 4 yrs. old. I can see that the older imac is running Adobe Reader 9.4.6 and opens .pdf files.
Here is the error message I get on my newer imac:

I don't remember if or when I started having this problem on the newer imac but it use to open .pdf files. Nor can I find any reference to ANY Adobe Reader version other than 6.0 on this computer, Even after several tries and downloading off the Adobe web site using Safari.
I have made several attempts to download off the adobe web site using safari which shows it is downloading the app. but cannot find it anywhere on my computer's HD or Desktop even when using Spotlight to search for it.
In fear of screwing up my new 17" MBP which arrived yesterday I have not attempted to transfer any info/files/data off of my other imacs due to they info dating back to the PowerPC days that transfered during switching to newer mac models.

I have tried several times to update the Intel Mac verision of adobe but cannot find where it was downloaded to on my computer.   When I do a search on my computer, the only version that is found is the old 6.0 Power PC which is no longer supported.
