Flash is not, and probably never will be, supported on the iPad : http://www.apple.com/hotnews/thoughts-on-flash/ . Plus it would be up to Adobe to make a version of their flash player that works on iOS devices, something which they have never managed to do and which they have now given up on trying to do.
Browser apps such as Skyfire, iSwifter and Puffin 'work' on some sites, but judging by their reviews not all sites. Also some websites, especially news sites, have their own apps in the App Store, so your could try checking there for your sites (and there is the built-in YouTube app).

You can probably change the ID in the "iTunes and App stores" settings on the iPad....click on the wrong account ID , select sign out, then log in with your own ID, I have not done this but I think it works.....
but I would be more inclined to to the factory reset and start afresh.

I cannot see my photos in iphoto when I open it...it just shows the albums/titles but only an exclamation mark when I click on the picture. How can I fix this please?

I have downloaded some photos and all I see now is a black sqaure with an exclamation mark in it. If I double click and make them full screen I can see them, but not as thumbnails. Please help :-( In the EVENTS, they are just black sqaures.

The ! turns up when iPhoto loses the connection between the thumbnail in the iPhoto Window and the file it represents.
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In Library Manager it's the FIle -> Rebuild command)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

Grab the bar at the bottom (with the little dot) and drag it up to expose the preview pane. If you're on Lion this might be on the right rather than the bottom.

I did a screen recording and im not allowed to watch my video. All it says is,The document __ could not be opened. The movie is not in a format that QuickTime Player understands. When I click to the button that says learn more it doesn't show me what todo

What format is the video in?

The adobe flash player shows in the plugins manager that it is installed but when i look in the program files for firefox ther is no adobe flash files

even tho the flash player says its installed it still wont work i have tried uninstalling the programs and removing all registry values for them (not all at once) i have tried every troubleshooting tip for both programs to resolve this issue
the flash player works fine on other browsers but not firefox

If you set the pref plugin.expose_full_path to true on the about:config page then you see the full path of plugins on the about:plugins page. 
It is best not to leave that pref set to true as it exposes that full path to web servers, so reset that pref to false after you are done with the about:plugins page. 
 
You can open about:plugins and about:config via the location bar, like you open a website (about: is a special protocol to access some build-in pages). 
If you get a warning when opening the about:config page then you can confirm that you want to continue.
You can also try to delete the file pluginreg.dat and let Firefox rebuild a new version.

First and foremost, I have to remind you that the version of Firefox you are using at the moment has been discontinued and is no longer supported. On top of this, it has known unpatched bugs and security problems. I urge you to update to the latest version of Firefox, for maximum security, stability, performance and usability. You can get it for free, as always, at [http://www.getfirefox.com getfirefox.com].
In any case, and since you seem to be in the process of updating (you should have done so a while ago, since Firefox 2.0 has been discontinued years ago, I believe), your problems may exist because you may be having a problem with some Firefox add-on that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?
Whenever you have a problem with Firefox, whatever it is, you should make sure it's not caused by one (or more than one) of your installed add-ons, be it an extension, a theme or a plugin. To do that easily and cleanly, run Firefox in [http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode safe mode] (don't forget to select ''Disable all add-ons'' when you start safe mode). If the problem disappears, you know it's from an add-on. Disable them all in normal mode, and enable them one at a time until you find the source of the problem. New iPhone 5 shows someone else's Apple ID

I have just upgraded to an iPhone 5s. I've just tried to update/download some apps but when it asks for my Apple ID it is showing someone else's e-mail address.
I have been into settings and it all looks ok in the App Store bit (has my Apple ID). But it's not letting me log in to check.
All is well on my iPad......
Can anyone help as I'm confused.

My guess is something went wrong with the transfer.
I would go back to the store and try to talk with the same person who helped you the first time to see if they can help.
In Settings>iTunes and App Store, do you see your Apple ID or the other one?
And did you previously have an iPhone or did you have a different kind of phone?

My Mac App Store is showing someone else's update. the update is for an app called CodeBox. I've never heard of it, not even purchasing it. when I tried to cleaning my computer's cache, it's still there. What should I do?? It's very irritating for my family...

I can't see how it has achieved such notariety in your household ... it is simply an inexpensive developers tool.   That said, you or someone else has downloaded it at some time; it won't just appear.
But you can check that.   As it is a paid app, it will appear in your purchases list (hidden or unhidden) and if by some odd situation it doesn't, write to the billing department and ask for a copy of the account it featured on.
In terms of getting rid of it, the chances are it could have been partially deleted by the person who downloaded it.   But you have a clone or similar in your system and that is why MAS is picking it up and showing the update availability.
You're going to have to search a little harder, I'm afraid.

I take it you are not the administrator for the site? If so, you would be given the option to unlock the page (it will be near the top of the screen in a yellow box).
Do you have access to the site outside of Contribute. If you can't unlock it via the administrative function mentioned above, you need to go into the site using Windows Explorer (if it's a local development site) or an FTP client and find a file with the same name as the page but with a .lck extension and delete it. That will unlock the page.

How can I add an MSN email account to my phone. They show as listed when I click on the email icon but I can not send or receive from there.

Hello riopeltravel, let's solve this mystery! What make & model phone do you have? Also, have you tried deleting the email account off of the phone and re-adding with the username and password? How long have the email accounts stopped working? Keep us posted!
