My dropped my iphone 4 and it won't turn on

okay so I dropped accidentally my iphone this morning and before this the back had a problem so it could fall sometimes but I glued it and it was alright, but when it fell, the back unglued itself and the battery came out of his place and I freaked out but then I just moved where it's supposed to be and then I tried to turn it on but it doesn't turn on! then I decided to connect the charger and appears the apple, but just that, when I discharge the iphone the apple disappears and I already tried so press the lock and home button at the same time and it doesn't work so don't ask me to do that, please I need help:(

Make an appointment at any Apple store. See if the genius bar will OK an out of warranty replacement...cost is US $149. If the genius bar denies an out of warranty replacement...they "may" since you DIY'ed your phone...then your only options are a third-party repair shop, or the purchase of a new phone.

    Seems like there is some physical damage causing an intermittent issue of the iPhone being unable to power on.
    You could try a reset:
    - hold the home button and sleep/wake button down at the same time
    - the iphone will turn off(keep holding) then when the Apple logo appears release both buttons
    If the reset fails I would suggest next time it powers on to try and back it up to either iTunes/iCloud then you can try a restore to factory settings or just back up and book an appointment at an Apple Store to have the iPhone evaluated.

    You cannot. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service provider and be prepared to purchase an out of warranty replacement. User damage is not covered under warranty.

    Have you tried connecting the iPhone into power to charge it? Does it turn on?
    If not, you can try resetting the phone. To reset, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

    Even if the iPhone was out of the warranty period, Apple would have replaced it at a reduced price as an out-of-warranty accidental damage issue.  Now that you have opened it up, Apple will not touch it.  If you take it to an Apple store genius bar or Authorized Service Provider, all they will do is offer to sell you a new iPhone at full price.
    Even if it is out of warranty, opening an iDevice stops all further help and support you might have gotten.

    Somehow my iPhone still starts to autosync with itunes on connecting, despite the option 'Prevent iPhones etc from autosyncing' in Preferences being checked (and saved!). Highly annoying. Why does it ignore this setting and how can I REALLY turn it off?

    When that happens you have to have iTunes restore the device.

    Accidental damage is not covered under Apple warranty.  And it seems there is much accidental damage.  Only a Genius Bar tech looking at it can tell how much it will cost to repair.
    Cost to repair will be high, I suspect (though Genius Bar will confirm/deny.
    There is no gentle way to say this sir/ma'am ... someone will need to pay for your friend's MBA repairs.

    I tried to update the software for my iPhone 4S, 16 GB to the most recent version (8.1?).  I don't know what I was updating from, because I can't access that, but it was whatever was installed on it (I got it about a year ago, so probably 6.something). 
    It froze, and now won't turn off, or on, or sync with my macbook plus, which is what I have always sync'd it to.  (I backed it up and sync'd it right before I tried to update the software.)
    Since it originally froze almost 3 hours ago, it shows a white screen with the apple on it and a line underneath.  When I try to sync with my laptop, it says it needs me to enter a passcode on the phone, which I can't enter because the screen is frozen.  So I'm unable to access the iPhone portion of iTunes.
    I have tried to turn it off, with no luck.  I have tried rebooting my laptop and syncing, but I still get the same result.
    Does anyone know how to fix this?
    I really wanted to wait to update the software, but I was having internet connectivity issues for the past 3 weeks, and Sprint suggested updating the phone's software.

    I ordered an iPhone 5s in early September from the orange shop in Chamonix Mont-Blanc France.
    I needed a new phone as i dropped my iPhone and broke it so it thought i would upgrade.
    I was asked in the shop if I wanted a black or white one, I asked for a Black one, as all my iPhones have all been Black as I DON'T LIKE White ones. (sorry)
    I was told my phone would arrive in a week so I waited with broken phone for new one. The following week I was told it would be the following week, the following week i was told the same but the assistant in the shop told me they would ring me when it arrived. Three days later i recieved a text from the shop to say the phone would be in tomorrow, when I went in they said it had not arrived and they would call me when it was in the shop.
    They called me on Thursday the 17th of October to say the phone was in the shop.
    I arrived at the shop at 6:00pm after my work, the shop closes at 7:00pm. I recieved the phone, signed for it and extra unwanted insurance with I was told I could only canceled in a month. I was then told they didn't have any sim cards in the shop, i said no problem the Phone i assume will need charging so i will take it home and charge it and return for the sim tomorrow.
    So the Phone remained boxed.
    When I returned home and opened the box I realised it was a white one, I replaced the lid put it back in the bag, and returned it to the shop first thing Friday 18th October, to point out the error, only to be told "to bad" ?? I was told I could have changed it the night before but not this morning? They said I had ordered a Black one but as I had signed for a White one nothing can be done. I was angry and left the shop. I returned later the same day with a French friend to try and resolve this problem, as I wasn't sure if something was being lost in translation. I didn't think I was being unreasonable, it is a very expensive piece of equipment and this wasn't what i wanted. They told my friend that the phone was not available in Black, that was the 5, and that the 5s was only available in silver and gold, and that mine was a silver one.
    I then thought it was my mistake as it was a new phone. She put a sim in the phone put it in the box and I left for a business meeting only to arrive and see a Black iPhone 5s sitting on the table??
    So I then returned back to the shop with the Black one and mine still all boxed and untouched to prove they had blatantly lied to me an hour ago, only to be told that there was nothing they were prepared to do.
    Is this fair practice ? I am at a loss with this and am looking for help ?

    A minor point, but it may avoid a little confusion if, instead of saying "black" in reference to the iPhone 5s, say "space gray":

    Did my whole iPhone battery just died or something? I repeated the process and whenever I unplug the phone from the wall-charger, my phone completely turns off. When I plug it with my usb-to-computer, the apple logo comes up and goes. Any one can help?

    Connect iPhone to Wall Charger for 10 minutes, it may turn ON itself. If still nothing, keep on charger and Reset, hold both home and power buttons for about 20 seconds until the iPhone begins to respond.
