My e-mails are coming into outlook on my ipad but I cannot open them

When I try to view my e-mails, the screen is blank and then goes back to the home screen. The e-mails are coming in (the # keeps growing) but I cannot view them. I have tried turning off and hard reset with no success; I have also tried deleting the e-mail acct. but cannot. Thank you for your help.

What iOS version? New misbehavior since a recent update perhaps? Verify MS Outlook App.

Use Mail to access your emails and not a web browser.
If you have not done this before you can probably get instructions about setting up Apple Mail from your email provider's web site.

How did the photos get onto the SD card that you are using ? Photos (and videos) on the card will only be recognised if the card has a DCIM directory off the root of it, and the photos are underneath that directory and their filenames are exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus their file extension (that should be how most digital cameras write photos to a card).

Notes are synced to Apple Mail but I cannot open them in Mail

This isn't good.
I use the notes App on the iPhone pretty often.
Syncing (or synchronizing) via iTunes doesn't really work well.
A) It asked me everytime if the changes made by the sync are oaky.
Had to set "Show Data Alert when " to "more than 50%" in iSync.
It's weird to have to fiddle with iSync anyways. I have an iPhone. These settings should be in iTunes.
B) The Notes in Mail aren't viewable. When I select one I get "Loading..." in the view pane. Nothing happens. It just kinda hangs there. Sometimes Mail also locks up during that.
Even more weirdness: I select one note and then double-click it. Result: Note disappears!
When I then sync with the iPhone via iTunes, the equivalent note on the iPhone is erased.

I have exactly the same problem and am searching for an answer too. So far no luck. I have tried unsyncing my MobileMe account, manually syncing etc but no joy so far.
Any help would be much appreciated as this renders notes useless and is extremely frustrating.

No problem with apps... just cannot interact with sites using Safari. The sites come up and are "live" but are "dim." Any suggestions?

Tap Settings / Safari. Clear the History, Cookies, and Cache.
Then restart your iPad.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings / General / Reset / Reset Network Settings.

Psd files are being saved as .14 file format and I cannot open them

I have been creating a few large (100MB+) files in Adobe Photoshop CS4. I saved the files both as .psd and .jpg. When I restarted my computer the next day, I went to open the file and instead of seeing the normal Photoshop icon on the file it was just a blank page icon. After attempting to open it in CS4 it flashes an alert saying, "Could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document. Then when I hover my cursor over the icon the File Type says "14 File"
I then clicked the help button in CS4 to solve the problem only to be greeted with another error message of, "There was an error loading the Adobe Help Application, you may need to re-install the application and the help component" which would be all well and good if I were at home and had the original handy. Unfortunately I am out of town and unable to do so. I do not wish to buy another version of Photoshop but I need to work on these files. Please Help

I'm not sure what happened. I would suspect something with your system, hopefully not malware.
Run a Anti virus scan. Also do some disk maintenance, check disk, cleanup, and defrag.
You can rename the files with the correct extensions and see if they open.
Let's see. You don't have access to your discs, but you can download the installer:
Download CS4 products
Have your serial number ready and if CS4 was an upgrade, the qualifying serial number.
You can these under the account you registered them under with Adobe.
Usually here: https://www.adobe.com/account/my-products-services.html
If you uninstall the old CS4, use the Cleaner tool to remove any remnants.
Also checkmark "Remove Preferences" when uninstalling.
Do this all using your admin account.

Is it possible that GMail only allows access to untagged emails via POP3? Or only to emails from the last x days?
POP3 is the older email retrieval protocol (IMAP4 is the more current one) and only has very limited support for folders (or anything but a single inbox, really). It's quite common that POP3 only allows access to a subset of all emails stored by a provider.

Turn iMessage on for your devices.

Try copying the whold SD card to your desktop by holding down the Option key and dragging the SD card icon about 2 inches away from the where the card sits on the desktop. This should trigger Mac OS to make a copy of the whole SD card onto your Macintosh's desktop. Once it finishes from there, eject the SD card. Reboot your Mac then open iMovie without launching any other programs whatsoever. Go to the File Menu Import Movies from File... And point it at the copy of the SD card and see if it crashes again.

Try closing the Mail app completely and see if it works when you re-open the app : from the home screen (i.e. not with the Mail app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Mail app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then also do a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
