My e-printing mailadres changed and not able to restore it to my previous mail
Dears,
Today I wanted to print, when I wasn't able to select the printer on my laptop I went looking at the printer itself.
I turned it on and it started to update itself.
Once done, It could connect to the wifi but not to the server for eprinting services.
After a lot of searching I discovered in the printer settings that the web services were turned off ( is this caused by the update? it did work fine before and no one else knows the password to the printer settings)
So I activated it again. But when checking on the hpe print site or HP connect, the printer could now be found but with a new eprinting mail adres. I tried to change it back to my previous self chosen mailadres ( ........@ hpeprint.com) but I receive the error the mailaddress is already taken.
Can I get the old mail back?
I already installed some remote PC's to be able to print via this mailadress, so it is quite important to me to use the same settings again.

It is forever locked to the account prior to the Web Services being turned off. You will need to setup the Email information on all devices that use it again. Hopefully, you can get close and just add a "1" at the end for example.

I cannot bypass basss code lock and not able to restore due to find my iphone option is on?
Unfortuntly I missed my pass code and accordingly had my iphone disabled. I've tried to solve vide apple but all I received was an email but wifi not enabled. I'm stucked now because restoring the backup from itunes requested to disable find my iphone option from the phone first which is not applicable offcourse.
Is there any way to resolve this situation without loosing my data? If not, how to reset my iphone agin?

Unfortunately you will not be able to do anything but erase data or ask for Apple's support, sorry. This is an unfixable problem, unless you know someone who can hack back into it, but it's worth just reporting it to Apple for an exchange or erasing your iPhone.
Or you can follow these instructions and fix your problem.
Connect the device to the computer with which you normally sync and open iTunes.
Note: If iTunes asks you to enter the passcode, try another computer that you have synced with. Otherwise, go to "If you have never synced your device with iTunes, or you do not have access to a computer" section below.
If the device is still disabled, or if iTunes does not automatically sync your device, sync the device with iTunes.
If you have chosen to encrypt your backup, it will contain the passcode. Disable backup encryption before restoring from backup. -

I tried restoring my ipod ....
Now every time i try to switch it on .... the apple logo appears .....stays for a long time and then the device turns off

Print migration - after migration not able to put spool to cluster drive
Hello
I am performing a migration from standalone server 2008 to 2 node printer cluster 2008.
All my spool are configured to D drive in cluster - when i migrate the printers from standalone server to cluster printer server, Spools are not able to load in D drive (data drive in cluster) its residing in c drive it self in cluster node. In standalone
server all spool are residing in c drive. Can any expert let me know how to solve this!!

Based on your description, I understand you want to migrate a standalone printer server to a clustered print server. However, the Spool can’t be loaded. Would you please
let me know whether use resource kit utilities (such as Print Migrator tool) to help you automate the migration or migrate manually?

I have inadvertently infringe copyright on facebook and they have subsequently barred me from uploading any more videos.
The question I need answered is ( and not able to find the answer on any of you help pages).....
Do the following have free copyright to publish on facebook and U Tube?
1.Garage band sounds?
2.Slide show...Sample music and Theme music?
3.iMovie...iMovie sounds and iLife sounds ie.Medal Ceremony and Memorial etc?
I note one can publish to shared net places directly from iMovie so one assumes these are copyright free for non-profit making and non-comercial use.
It is impossible to contact apple direct.No email address.We put our selves at risk without this knowledge and like applemac, facebook will not communicate direct.Will applemac please take responsibility for copyright/the above that they are all too willing to sell to us but not support us with that knowledge.
I have Mac OS X Snow Leopard version 10.6.2 (2009 bought in 2010)Thank you Klaus1.The large font, I copied and pasted from my mail box.I'm visually impaired...not to a huge degree but it helps to use the large font.I believe you are right about the copyright on the imac stuff but if facebook decide otherwise, you have to reply electronically to their challenge.If you can't provide a reference directly from the copyright owner then they remove the video.I believe this is a programmed response and no human is involved which now makes it impossible for me to get my video uploading restored.They detect added soundtrack automatically and then challenge.There are many others in the same boat and facebook will not communicate.They have various discussion sites on which I have left messages including Mark Zuckerbergs own facebook but I don't think anyone from facebook ever reads them.I intend to start a second facebook which I can use purely to get my videos uploaded as a lot of my friends enjoy them BUT don't want fall foul of their programming again.If only iMac would put something on the net to this effect.I think it is so unfair that with modern technology it is impossible to contact these large conglomerates personally and receive an email response.I tried emailing [email protected] but I got a failure notice.If you have any ideas on how to get verification from apple direct, I would be very grateful.Thank You.

i have updated my ipad yestarday sicne then i am not able to open any application on my ipad2. some of the application able to open in the page and not able to open all the applications in the second page. Does any one got this type of issue? any suggestions?
This problem has been reported a few times. The solution is to install any new App say a free one. This seems to fix whatever has gone wrong.

I've been using LR with my Nikon D3200 for a year or so. Shooting in RAW/NEF no issues with import etc until I updated LR and now I can't get LR to allow me to select when I try to import. It does show the images but they're grayed out and not able to be selected. Any thoughts? TIA
Greyed imaged in the Import dialog box mean you have already imported the photos into Lightroom, so there is no need and no benefit to importing them a second time.
Just go to the Library module, search for the desired photos, and resume working on these photos. -
When i make call from iphone,loudspeaker is being enabled automatically and not able to hear any sound ..
And some time it's worked...OMG.....this very tiny hole located next to the headset jack........I suffered for the same issue around 20 days after purchasing my iPhone 4S. Even I visit the apple store too, they suggested to talk with apple online.....just before going to apple, i was reading "iPhone: Hardware troubleshooting" (http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2802) and at the very first line, i found "Make sure that nothing is blocking the top microphone (located next to the headset jack)." and this located next to the headset jack solved the problem completely for sound in vidio as well as sound with calling speaker phone.....Actually, I purchased a plastic cover (like screen protector type) that blocked this small hole (microphone hole i think) and the problem was because of this...I remember on the first day i talk with speacker phone (nothing on iPhone at that time) and it was working...
No need to restore or hard reset anything...i was fearing i'll lost everything if I hard reset my iPhone that took 5-10 to build my iPhone as I like apps, music, vidio on it.... -

if issue persists back up and restore as new via iTunes

I am not able to restore neither from iTunes nor from iCloud. The proble with iTunes is it says that the backup is corrupted or incompatible. And I am not able to connect to iCloud for restoring. I have IOS 7.0.4 when I have taken the backup.
iCloud does not connect and it says Request Timed out.
Not Sure how to restore my iPad.
