My computor crashed. I lost my music from my itune library. After I restarted my computor to work again, I started a new itune library with new songs. When I tried to download my new songs to my iphone, itunes said it had to erase all my old songs in order to install the new songs. You need to copy everything from your backup copy of your computer. -
I have a macbook pro operating on OS X software, version 10.6.8. I am trying to upgrade to the newest version (I'm clearly behind, I know) and when I click "get" in the app store the download drops into the dock and reads "OS X Yosemite--waiting" and the only option is to click "cancel download". I've restarted the download twice and restarted the computer once. I'm not sure what else to try. Suggestions?
Try the download again. If it shows waiting, check the App Store Purchases tab for a Resume button. If there is none, let the download sit there. Sometimes Apple's servers bog down. I usually try downloading at night.

Elements 11 crashes when try to apply the pen and ink filter.
Worked previously, then get crash. Re-installed elements, still crashes. All other filters work as expected.
Appreciate any help with this?
On a Mac running OSX 10.9.5Try this solution:
1) Close photoshop Elements 11 completely.
2) Launch Windows Explorer and then go to:
<C:\USERNAME\JTANNA\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\11.0\Editor>
Replace USERNAME with your Windows profile name.
3) Rename the file called: Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 Prefs.psp TO Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 Prefs.old
4) Close Windows explorer
5) Restart PSE 11

I am trying to download a variety of files and when it is finished, the Mac freezes up and the task bar continue to blink on and off.
I have to go into Firefox and actually quit the application to continue. Any help is very much appreciated.are you backing up files, or doing a Time machine backup, either way, the Time machine will STOP when finished and show "last backup at XXXXXX" meaning its done...... OR if when transferring files, it will show a progress bar on your desktop and vanish when files are copied.
Open up the Hitachi drive (your G drive is made by Hitachi, and the best made by the way).....and see if the files are there.
a MORE VISUAL way is to open the hard drive file, and drag and drop files INTO the Gdrive and you can see them visually be copied there as you do it.
To see your HD on your desktop GOTO FINDER......PREFERENCES....then GENERAL TAB.........check the box marked HARD DRIVES.........then your Gdrive will appear on your desktop........open it from there, and DRAG and drop files from anywhere INTO the Gdrive....... easy visual way to see the files being copied into the Gdrive. -

I purchased Elements 13. When I tried to install it I get the error message that it is not supported by Vista. What do I do now?
If you can't install Windows 7 or higher or get a new computer with Windows 7 or higher, you won't be able to run Photoshop Elements 13.

Just tried 3 times to update iTunes on my PC running Vista. There was an error. It stopped the installation. Now iTunes will not start at all. The error message tells me to reinstall which I tried but did not work. What should I do?

Thanks for the question. Start with completely uninstalling iTunes and all of it's components in the order specified in the article below. Once this is done, download and install iTunes.

I have just bought a Macbook Pro and sync data from my old version onto the new one...However when I tried opening the mail client...Message window does not appear. The old Macbook Pro I was using used Snow Leopard. Now with the new it is a Lion. Toruble now when I click onto new message window I have the spinning icon which show it is trying to load. However it fails and Im left with having to Force Quit it. How can I resolve this problem

My iPhone camera will not open up. When I press on the icon it open and closes quickly. When I open it from my home screen it reboots my phone. What should I do?
Tried that and it still isn't working. Not sure if it's software thing but I just noticed when I swipe up my control center the flashlight option is not available as well. I'm not sure why this is. I have a 5s with the newest software. That's for the suggestion
