My email account was hacked so I had to change the accoun I neMy email ed to change my iCloud account from my old email to my new email on my iPhone but i cannot access my old account. I can't delete iCloud from my phone because i don't have the password.

I am trying to change my icloud account information on my iphone. I tried deleting the old account but couldnt because i dont have the password for the old account. My previous Apple ID account email address was hacked and they changed my password. I went to iForgot but they cant send the password to me via email because that account is disabled. I cant go through the security questions becuase whoever hacked my email changed my account info too. I dont know what to do.

Have you tried to completely sign out of iCloud and then adding it back again? By the way, a software update to the latest version of OSX could also help to fix it (think about it, because Mavericks is a free upgrade).

You'll have to access icloud.com on a non-ios device and remove the phone from your account. If only iOS devices are available you would have to download the Find my iPhone App to do this.

Just cahnge the e-mail account asssociated with the account. There was no need to start another account.
You cannot delete and account, nor would you want to. All purchases made with an account will always be tied to that account.
