My email is not working on any of my devices

I have not touched anything, it stopped on the 5th April.  It keeps asking for my password but nothing happens

Go to http://icloud.com and check that you can access your email there.
If that's OK, go to System Preferences>iCloud and uncheck Mail, then check it again. See whether that works. If not, sign out in System Preferences>iCloud and sign back in again. Your data will disappear from your Mac when you sign out but will re-appear when you sign back in.

    This is getting rediculous.  Im now going on 24 hours without emial and all Apple suport keeps doing is changing the time for the next update.  first it was noon yesterday then 5:00 pm now its 8:00 am today but they dont say anyithg.  Where is the assistance.

  • TS3367 facetime used to work but now does not work on any of my devices

    I have been in regular contact until about 4 days ago using facetime on my iphone 5 imac 10.7.5. ipad 2 now none of these devices work from incoming calls from Philipinnes. Take note the caller had latest macbook pro 13 inch  and is able to call Guam on fatetime with success. What is happening why is incoming calls alway failing. This has been 4 days running and is not good enough. Okay I havent got the latest updates but why in the late few days whould this effect anything. I mean 3 devices and none of them work. This is most frustrating and annoying. I have intead used skype which does work but at night time the camera is not as clear. Tanke note also earlier in the year I received calls from Vietnam and although I did have dropouts was always able to connect only these last four days have had no success. Also I have not been able to call out. The wireless has full bar and am near the modem that is not an issue. Unless there has been a recent change why is htis not working all of a sudden.

    THere seems to be a FaceTime issue and some users who have been in contact with Apple support claim that Apple is working on this.
    I have read many posts on the issue and have seen that there are many reporting that when they have updated their various devices to the latest software, the issue has been resolved.
    You can wait for Apple to resolve the issue OR you can update everything to the latest software and see if this solves your issues.

    Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
    *Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

    I, too, am having a problem with my Yahoo email account on my first generation IPad. I can't download my emails to my IPad from the server. The IPad looks like it's trying to download them but can't do it. I am able to send emails from my IPad with my Yahoo account.
    This problem started yesterday, Aug., 25th, the day after I uploaded the last update from Apple. I am able to set up another email account through Sbcglobal that will download my emails to my IPad but it is not sync'ed with my desktop mail which creates a mess when I move or delete emails.
    I've tried deleting my Yahoo account and then adding it back. Also I've reset my IPad and I've done a full restore.
    I think it has something to do with the last update, which I believe was a security update, which may have reset the firewall. That's just a guess.
    Has anyone figures out anything else?

  • My pop-up blocker is not working on ANY of the pop-up ads the come up (only in Safari, not Chrome of Firefox).

    I have my settings on block pop-up ads and, stil, the blocker is not working on ANY ads. It used to work just fine. Has anyone else had this specific problem, and how can I fix this issue? Please and thank you!

  • Email is not working properly and dvr is freezing.

    I never thought I would say this but I am considering going back to cable. I have been calling verizon for 2 weeks now. My email is not working. I did not get any email for about 3 days, then when I called I got a couple (I normally get about 70 per day). Now I get 3 or 4 a day and it seems I have to call them daily. Their server is rejecting emails. I have many things I am waiting for (business contracts, etc) and I am not getting them. CLients are telling me that their emails are being rejected by verizons servers. I am not getting any answers from verizon. All that happens is when I complain, I get email for about an hour (sporadically) and then it stops again. I have really had enough of it at this point. And the DVR freezing for the last several months.. well that is another issue. It is time to look into optimum again

    Sorry, I'm new to this, I installed IOS 7.1.1 on my iPhone 4s and now my internet and email is not working. 
    I have googled this on my computer and can't find any reference to this sort of problem.

    Try this:
    Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
    See if you are able to connect now.

    Has your Apple ID changed, that's the one that matters.
    You need to sign in under the account that purchased these apps (did you buy this Mac new)

    Are you saying that you contacted Apple support and they instructed you to backup and restore your iPad? Or do you mean that you picked up this information from an online support article? If you spoke to an Apple rep or received these instructions via email, contact them again for further help.
    I fail to see how restoring your iPad would enable yoyr Apple ID.
