My email is sending a random link to all of my address book. How do I fix this?

Several of my friends are telling me they are receiving emails from me with a link for some website I have never heard of.

To turn off pop-up blocking for a site, you could try this (open the dialog using either of these):
* right-click a page on the site > View Page Info > Permissions tab
* while viewing the site: Tools menu > Page Info > Permissions tab
Under Open Pop-up Windows, uncheck "Use Default" and click the bubble for "Allow", then close that dialog.

Apps are forever linked to the ID used to download them. The only way to fix this is to delete the apps in question and download them again with the new ID

Are you running modified software on your phone? This error seems to be common if the firmware has been modified and you're trying to restore the phone again.

Thanks for the reply Brenden. However the problem is:
     At the very bottom of the "Mailboxes" screen (where I've got 6 email addresses that do work) there is on the far right (bottom right corner) an icon to compose a new message.
     In the center of that space is a generated message that says: 1) "downloading x of y" and 2) when finished downloading it says "Updated on 9/26/14." today is 11/6/14!
     My problem is that that date hasn't changed since I upgraded to iOS 8.1. The emails are current, but that date isn't!

This does not appear to be a problem when opened with another apple mobile device. Just when opened on computer via webmail. (gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc.)

I have email listings, and even double clicking then that opens a new tab is blank. It is affecting emails from April 19 and earlier to all I have in listing back to 2009. I cannot access any of the actual email bodies and headers also do not load. I tried to compact folders. Nothing. Possibly there's some sort of corruption. You can try to rebuild the index file of the troubled folder.
Right-click the folder - Properties - Repair Folder
In best case this could restore everything to normal. In worst case this could erase messages back to 2009, depending on the state of corruption.
So before doing anything make sure to have a backup of your profile folder.
