My email was recently invaded and a mass email blast sent out to all my contacts. How do I clean this up?

Yes, change the password - however, the problem is that the email addresses have already been stolen, so the damage is already done.
In fact, I had a similar problem with my Yahoo account; so, for now, I've actually taken most close friends' addresses off (deleted them); not sure that that will help either, but at least they won't be able to steal them in the future.

And it would be in your email's Sent folder (not Adobe Send's). If you look at https://cloud.acrobat.com/sentfiles, does it show that the file has been Viewed? If the Views column shows a 0, then nobody has yet viewed it. If you're concerned, you can select the file by clicking the check box, then select Unshare. Not so - if the world was only that secure! If you are locked out of files in another account you can reset the password on that account.
Shut down the computer.
Press the power button and immediately hold down Command and R. This will take you into the recovery menu.
Select language and then click Terminal on the Utilities menu.
When you get to the prompt type "resetpassword" (without the quotation marks) and hit return.
This will open a window that will allow you to select the relevant user from the drop down list and give the account a new password.
Restart machine and log in.
For those scared that this can be done, I suggest you turn on FileVault!

There is no such Trojan or other malware known today that will do that using OS X nor has there ever been one. The most probable explanation is that somebody hacked into your e-mail account on the server, so you should change that password to something stronger right away. If it had come from your Mac then there would almost certainly be copies of those messages in your Sent Mail mailbox.

My outlook account was recently hacked and they have changed my passwords, secret questions and my information meaning i am unable to access this account. I have the hacked account set up on icloud for all of three apple devices. I have been reading online that to change or delete an account i need to login, or turn find my iphone off which i cannot do without the password!
I would be really grateful if anyone knew a way i could sort this out to fully delete the old icould account.

Yes if you go to http://store.apple.com/ on the top right under the search it will say "Account" or your first name. You will click or tap that and you will click "check order status" sign in. After you do that in the middle by the order date and number it will say "print invoices" and as long as your item(s) have been ship you will be able to see and print your invoice receipts. you can view items purchased in the last 18 months.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.
- You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have the iPod play a sound via iCloud.
- If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police
- There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the iPod (it erases it) using it.
- Apple will do nothing without a court order
