All of my emails have been going onto my iPad today and not on my pc outlook pop account,how do I get those emails onto my outlook account?? I need a copy of my emails on both my iPad and pc

I let my computer run all the way down. The warning came up. When I went back a few minutes later, I am assuming the computer was shut down on it's own. There was no pulsing light in front. According to the kbase, I thought it was suppose to goto sleep first..

So, I decided to test this once again.
Tonight, I let me computer run on battery until the warning message came up. It went to sleep, the light pulsed on front for about 5 seconds. Then it stopped and the computer seemed to shut down.
I thought it was suppose to still sleep for awhile.....and not shut down.

How do I split off my Ipad and Ipod from my wifes account that we have both used without loosing all my music, films and apps?

I currently have an Ipod Touch and Ipad 2 wi-fi that were linked to my wifes account on her computer, she has an Iphone 4, Ipad 2 wi-fi + 3G and an Ipod touch.
Over the years we have combined our joint music collections on to 1 itunes account - Silly Me! I now need to change the arrangement so that I am able to log in to my new Itunes account, using my own computer without loosing any of my music, films and apps etc. Anybody got any solutions as I have tried to back up, open a new account etc and then sync and GUESS WHAT? everything disappears. music, films, apps etc. PLEASE HELP

I'm afraid you can't do that on iOS devices. Any purchases that were done using the single account, in this case your wife's, can only be used if you continue to log in to the same iTunes account. If you now want to use your own separate account you will need to re-purchase any of the apps or media you want to use using your own separate account. Only iTunes on a computer can be authorized to use more than one account.
Most families use one account for purchases for the very reason that they want to collectively share all the apps and media purchases. It saves money by not having to make separate purchases of the same things for each account.
Hopefully, in the future, Apple will allow people to consolidate two or more accounts in to one so that purchases made on separate accounts will be able to be shared amongst those people.

It calls both the ipad and iphone when calling the associated email address for the ipad. However, when I call the iphone it does not call the IPAD.

I have locked myself out of my iPad and can not restore unless I go onto the iPad and turn off FindMyiPhone, how do I sort this out?

After installing iOS7 I was prompted to make a passcode, I did so and stupidly forgot and now continually am disabling my iPad, ways in which I have read you can sort this is restoring your iPad, however I can not restore without iTunes telling me I need to go onto the iPad and turn off FindMyiPhone! How else can I sort this? It is logged into my apple account and everything! This is an iPad 2 also ASAP help!!

I just bought splashtop, you have to have your home computer online,and download the pc version. I have used it ot watch movies and to "go to work" on my ipad. It controls the desktop through the ipad. Whiteboard by splashtop does that and more and is on sale. The education director at the hospital I work at is using that one.

I am still wondering why iTunes tries to confuse me every time I try to make changes in my preferences, telling me that I "don't have enough permissions", although I am the administrator.
That's clearly a fault. Whether it's an iTunes problem or a Windows problem I can't say at this time. If you search the Using iTunes for Windows forum for "permissions", you should find threads that can help you sort out this problem.
Then, changes to the format are not obvious, and I get no notice that I am burning music files as data.
If you click on a playlist and look at the lower-right of the iTunes window, it says right there what format it will use to burn the playlist.

Thanks. I tried an app called Office2HD and it does exactly what I need. I can even email my edited file from this app.

You don't take the pictures off the PC you leave them there and tell iTunes that you don't want them on the iPad (by unchecking them) and then sync. That will delete the pictures from the iPad.

Yes, if you have an appleTV it would be easier. WIthout airplay, you can use APP called BEAMER, beam any video file to your AppleTV hooked to you TV set.
It would stream more smoothly if you put each video file as you go onto the Mac from the HD, and erase after youre done watching same.

If you are using iCloud, you don't need to back up these items because they are synced with your iCloud account.

Check to see if they are on your calendar on icloud.com. If they aren't, all you can do is try to restore to your last backup, although it isn't clear that calendar events are included in the iCloud backup.

no, you can't store games in icloud. But you can delete them from the ipad and later get them back from the itunes store without paying for it.

I called my wife and she said that under "send and receive", my number was checked and hers wasn't and no amount of tapping on her number would check it. Also, when she uncheck mine and all the email addresses, there was no more "send and receive" window. Now what?
