My emails are deleting after about 30 secs, what may be the issue

How do I stop this from happening?
By using an IMAP or Exchange account for mail, rather than POP, which is what you have now.

Individual emails are deleted without my interference, and no longer be found. In one case I could restore the email with time-machine, in the other case there is no time machine backup for that time stamp.
How can this happen ? Is there a hadware problem or a virus ?

You don't need to get your domain name registrar to do this - you should easily be able to do it yourself.
Firstly, ensure that your domain name is entered into the Personal Domain name setting of your MobileMe account.
Go to your domain name registrar and then set up CNAME forwarding if they provide this and forward your domain name to web.me.com - this is all you need do - you don't need to fiddle with nameservers or anything else like that.
If they don't provide CNAME forwarding then you can use web forwarding instead.

If photos are deleted after 30 days from icloud, why doesn't my available storage increase if I have had "backup device" turned off for more than 30 days.

That refers to photo stream photos, which don't count against your iCloud storage. They also aren't contained in the iCloud backup; only camera roll photos are, which are not deleted after 30 days. They stay on your device until you delete them.

It is necessary to import the self-hosted fonts again and then redefine every paragraph style to make it work again.
This is an extra hour of work for every site using self-hosted fonts.

the site is directly uploaded using MUSE Upload to ftp host. When I open it with ftp client, there is off file of etelkawidemedium in fonts file.
And I have tried to upload plain webpage with the same web font - not made in Muse and it works.

Actually, it had to do with Comcast, not the iPad. The default for Comcast is IMAP, and that is based on the information they have available when the account goes into verification. It verifies an IMAP account, and since you have not migrated to the IMAP account, you were having problems. It isn't something anyone can fix, except you. It would not ask you at the beginning if you wanted IMAP or POP, it has to do with the mail provider's verification settings, which is a Comcast issue, but because they are providing IMAP now, it defaults to that. If you are still using POP, you have to force the mail app to get there, which is what I provided you the instructions for. Apple is not going to fix anything, because there is nothing for them to fix.
Either way, you got it fixed and that is all it takes. As a Comcast customer, I was aware of this, since I had migrated to IMAP already.

The Show Most Recent setting for email has nothing whatsoever to do with deleting email.
Are you also accessing this email account with an email client on your computer?

Why does iOS application keychain values are deleted after upgrade?

During upgrade testing for my iPad app, I noticed that if I install a newer version (using XCode) on my app-store-installed version, then keychain values I saved prior to the upgrade are not retrieved as expected - they return empty. I tried to check if this is related to the way I installed the app (app store/xcode/testflight) and experienced the same behavior when upgrading versions using only testFlight (testFlight version -> testFlgiht version).
Is this scenario reasonable? How can I make sure I will keep my keychain values between upgrades on the app store?

Deleted photos and video aren’t immediately removed from your library; they’re placed in the Recently Deleted album, where they remain for the number of days shown, and then are deleted. If you have iCloud Photo Library turned on, the photos may remain in iCloud up to 40 days and then are removed from all your devices that use iCloud Photo Library. If you’re not using iCloud Photo Library, your deleted photos are removed from your Mac only.
Restore recently deleted items
Deleted items remain in the Recently Deleted album for the number of days shown, and then are deleted permanently. You can view recently deleted items and restore them back into your Photos library.
Choose File > Show Recently Deleted.
Select the photos you want to restore.
Click Recover.
To delete recently deleted items immediately, select the items, then click Delete.
If you use Time Machine to back up your computer, you may be able to recover items after they are deleted permanently from your Mac or iCloud.

Emails are deleted in my home mac when .....

I delete the email on my Iphone... still I can find it in the trash ( .mac )...... or the emails are marked as read when I've read them on my 3G iphone... I guess this happens after sync the mac with mobile me.....In principle a good idea but I would like to have it in a different way:
- push email to my iphone ... deal done !
- no consequence what I do with this email on my iphone concerning mobile me or my home mac
Anyone know if there is a possibility to change the settings according to this wish ?

If you are set to push, the e-mail is continuously sync'd betwen the server and all clients. If you delete a message on any of them, it will be deleted on all of them. That is the way it is supposed to work.
If you want to separately delete messages, you will have to use POP, which of course is not pushable.

If your main account is gmail follow the instructions below:
Quit Mail.app.
Log into Gmail in your favorite web browser.
Click on the gear menu and select Settings.
Click on the Labels tab.
Under System Labels, next to Drafts, click on show if unread and uncheck the Show in IMAP box. Now disable Store draft messages on the server.
Launch Mail.app.
Select Mail → Preferences…
Click on the Accounts button in the toolbar.
Click once on the account name and then click the Mailbox Behaviors tab.
Uncheck the Store draft messages on the server box.
Close the window and opt to save your changes when prompted.
Follow the steps above and your draft messages should "magically" reappear in your draft folder on Mail. Here is the full link:

I have recently purchased a new iMac, and set up my different email accounts. However, the emails are now being deleted from the server once they are downloaded to my iMac (and therefore my phone, and can't be accessed by my business partner). How do I stop this from happening?

I am a Mac iPhone, iPad2 and an iMac user and need a good way to erase messages on all of the devices so I don't have to do it on all three. I thing there is a good way to do it under 'mail preferences' but haven't figured it out yet.

Under advanced settings in each of the mail accounts, there should be an option to remove deleted messages after one day, one week, one month. To get to the setting differs a little depending on the email account. But it goes something like this: Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendar. Tap name of applicable account. Tap "Account". Tap "Advanced". Tap "Remove".

When I compose an email a copy of that get auto saved in the Draft folder and should delete itself once I press send but that is not the case. After I press send I can see a copy in my Sent folder AND in the Draft folder. It only seems to happen with some emails that have attachments even with very small file sizes.
Has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix?
Email is my business and I can't have unpredictable behaviour like this. When I see the same message in my Draft and Sent folders its impossible to tell if it has actually been sent. I have to follow up with a phone call to verify receipt. Ridiculous!
Here are my relevant specs:

There are no more details. For the past 2 months you have been deleting my email after 2-3 weeks. Why? And stop doing it!

Firefox doesn't delete your emails, it's a web browser, not an Email provider. Contact your Email provider (yahoo, gmail, aol, etc.)

Pre install apps are deleted after recovering mac osx lion

I am new to apple product, i just got my new MacBook Pro late 2011 about 2 months ago, and recently my laptop getting slow so i decided to use mac osx lion recovery, and yesterday i do it, i reninstalled as their was brief description about how to reinstall the refresh copy of macosx lion
now all the pre installed apps like iphoto, imovie, GrageBand, etc. are not in lauch pad, perhaps deleted, please some help me i want them back, how can get it back
