Emails won't display their content on the right had side of screen on my iPad , gmail
Quit the app completely. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the recents tray will appear with all of your recent apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the mail app icon. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar. Try mail again.
If that doesn't work - Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

My email only display the list of mails in my in box with a preview of the first two lines of the body of the message. When one clicks on the message to open it, only the header is displayed in the right hand side of the screen - the actual message is missing. This happens on older mail previously downloaded that use to work properly as well. Any idea how to fix this?
Try closing the Mail app completely and see if it works properly when you re-open the app : from the home screen (i.e. not with the Mail app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Mail app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work also do a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -
When i type my email, the text would go on and on and overflows. I mean to say it doesn't autmatically hit the right hand side wall and change to next line! I have to manually press enter and then next line starts. Started happening suddenly.pls help.
Does it happen when you reply to an email? If so, it might be that there's content in the original email (like an image or something similar) that overflows the window content, therefore the Mail app, when you hit the border, follows the content below instead of going on a new line. You might wanna try that.

New itunes doesn't show my ipad under devices. Sometimes it shows up on the right hand side but it seems to be hit or miss.
Resolved. Had to do with the wi-fi sync not being enabled.

Firefox and other browsers only temporarily displays the contents. The actual content, settings etc. are stored at the email site. So you may have to change the email settings to display the contacts list on the left. The email support/forum would be helpful. On the other hand, if there is a display problem/error, you can reset Firefox and start afresh.
The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information.
Note: ''This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.''
To Reset Firefox do the following:
#Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
#Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
#Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
#Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

If you would like to take a listing of the add-ons, changed preferences/settings etc. to quickly replicate the previous profile, please '''Copy all to clipboard''' (on the left of the reset button), and paste it into MS Office Excel, or OpenOffice/LibreOffice Calc, or notepad. However, it would be a good idea to check for the existence of the issue immediately after the reset. -

Can someone help find a fix of how to save PDF files from safari in iOS 5.0.1? The PDF files show a lock on the right hand side of tab. Only these lock PDF cannot be save. Any help will be highly appreciated.
I assume that you have iBooks or GoodReader or Adobe Reader - some app that will open PDF files so my suggestion would be to start with the basic things, restart your iPad, reset it or quit Safari and restart.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
In order to close/quit apps - Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. The lock to the right side of the tab indicates that the website is secure - or at least that is what it looks like in Safai on my iPad. Sites with the https in the address have the lock icon in the tab, non secure sites - web pages without the https - do not have the lock icon. I'm not sure if that has any bearing on it - none of the PDF files that I have opened in Safari have the lock icon.
But if you can open the file - it doesn't make sense that it would be locked??? Try the basic suff and see if any of that helps.

The quickest thing to try would be a system restore. Using Microsoft System Restore (Windows 8)
Choose a restore point from before the problem started, and let me know if this makes any difference. If not, then please post the full product number and verify the operating system in use on your notebook. See the following documents if you need help in finding those.

4500 envy cuts off right hand side of pdf document when I print to letter size paper
This is a new printer for me. It is connected to my laptop with a USB cord. I am attempting to print an e-mailed PDF document . When I preview, I see that the right-hand side of the document is cut off by more than an inch. How do I get the printer to format the document to fit on letter-sized paper? Reducing the document size to under 100 % does not help.

IPod Nano 4th Gen White "scratch" mark on right hand side
There is a white scratch mark, in the right hand side of the screen, you try to wipe it, but it won't go away, it is inside the screen, when watching a movie with a black background, the scratch turns white, when watching a movie with a white background, the mark turns black.
HELP PLEASE!!!If you are still under warranty, call Apple and take it in for repair. Otherwise, see if a local repair shop can help you. If the blemish is under the screen, there's nothing much you can do about it.

Black or multi-colored strip an right hand side of copies
My C7280 was not used for two weeks. When I returned home, the printer prints a black or multi-colored line about 1/2 inch wide down the right hand side of the copy. I ran the print dead cleaners three times. Any ideas what is wrokng?

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with black lines on your scans or copies. I have had this issue myself on my very own 8600 and I was able to get it resolved. The issue actually stemmed from two locations and with any luck we can get this issue resolved for you. First thing to look at is under the scanner lid. Lift the scanner lid and to the left of the large scanner glass, you will see a small strip of glass. Please take a light glass cleaner and a lint free cloth and clean the small glass area as well as the big glass . On the under side of the lid, you will see a white plastic strip. Please clean this as well. IF you have already done these steps then please move on to the next step.
The printer power cable needs to be connected to a wall outlet and NOT a power Bar/Strip. HP printers already have a built in surge protector and if you have it plugged into a Bar/Strip, the printer will NOT get all the power needed to function properly and it will cause issues with scans or copies and it could even generate false error messages on the printer display screen.
Please try these steps and if they work, Fantastic. But if they don't, please feel free to write me back.

Ipod icon wont appear on lower right hand side to transfer songs to shuffle
why is it that the ipod icon wont appear on the lower right hand side of itunes to transfer songs to shuffle?
the icon for the ipod shuffle is there but i dont have the icon that transfers the songs to the shuffle 512mb. how do i get my songs on there?How did you wind up without a User's Guide? Or avoid finding out that you can download a complete copy of it from the Support spaces at Apple?
The little icon you're describing is the one for iPod Preferences and has nothing at all to do with transferring songs. It won't show up, however, unless and until the iPS is mounted and visible by iTunes. Not seeing it appear there means your Shuffle isn't mounted.
As for the rest, sorry .... don't have a clue what you might mean. Using vague terms like '...this thing ...' and ' .... on there ...' doesn't really do much but lead to more questions which, in any event, I'm not asking.
Get a copy of the User's Guide, read it, then post back (if you still need to) with specific questions. -
SelectOrderShuttle.. Default Right hand side values

We have a requirement like when page loads records have to be displayed in the both right hand and left hand side of selectOrderShuttle,
am able to populate the left hand side,
How can we populate the Right hand side values when the page fist time load?
