My Europe Unlimited Subscription was terminated wh...

As my credit card details expired i was requested to change the card details. When i did this, and the process trust me was VERY DIFFICULT (as if they wanted me not to renew my less expensive subscription). Once i managed to change this and i was charged the indicative amount of 1 EURO twice (my fault), i recieved the message that THEY ARE SORRY THAT I CANCELLED THE SUBSCRIPTION !!!!!
NOW THAT I LOG IN AND TRY TO REACTIVATE SUBSCRIPTION AND ADD ONCE MORE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS I GET THE UNLIMITED EUROPE 40% MORE EXPENSIVE.
Please let me know how to reactivate my old subscription.

For the last two years I had the subscription Europe unlimited.
My current subscription is valid till 2013-11-01.
I would like to extend it for another year but I don't find it anymore!
Is it possible that now Skype has only World unlimited subscription and one can't buy Europe unlimited anymore?

All subscriptions are recurring by default.
According to our system your package will be renewed tomorrow (approximately at: 7pm GMT)from your credit card.

I have a Europe unlimited subscription but uses up...

I made a call from my desktop computer to a landline phone in Switzerland which is covered by my Europe subscription and it charged me and took from my Skype credit. I'd like my credit back please and to know why it's done this. I've never had problems with Skype before and would hate to have problems now.

we have warning message that unlimited EU 12 months will expire in 2 days, in order to avoid this cancellation i have purchase extra credit and checking credit card section is not possible to enter recheck the details. please advise if amount will be taken from purchased credit alternatively advise why not possible to check credit card section payment.

1. This is not correct. You do NOT need to purchase credit in order to renew a Subscription. Please advise where you saw that message.
2. If the instructions to renew your credit card are not possible to follow please contact Skype customer service

Europe unlimited sub

Hi I bought the europe unlimited subscription I live in uk and I noticed that UK was included in the offer so I bought it but when I try to call uk landline it tells me that I cannot call a number from which country I currently reside in but there was no indication of that anywhere on the site or if there was it wasn't clearly displayed could anyone please explain this to me as if you buy a sub for EU calls since UK is EU should you get the service that you bought?

Unlimited Europe subscription itself doesn't have a restriction regarding where you have to be to make calls.
Restriction might come from the device you are using, for example are you using device from Three network in UK?
For example if you have device from Three, then most likely it doesn't have regular Skype version on it, instead it has Skype-on-Three. This software allows you to make international calls.
Without knowing all the details it's hard to say what exactly is the issue, but I can assure you Unlimited Europe can be used anywhere in the world and call any country covered in the subscription.
I would recommend contacting Skype Customer Service, they can check all the details and explain why you can't make calls within UK.

Europe unlimited united kingdom mobile

I want to call an mobile number in the United Kingdom from my mobile in Canada. I was looking at the option for the Europe Unlimited landline and mobile plan that is available for €31,99/month and was just wondering if this would best suit my needs.
I was just reading a few of the threads on this board, where other users were complaining that they were being charged extra for calling mobiles within Europe even though they had purchased the Europe Unlimited plan, but I also notice that most of these threads are old (from 2011 and 2012) so I just wanted to know if this issue has been resolved.
It's just that, if I'm going to pay €31,99/month for the Europe Unlimited plan, I want to be sure that that's all I'm going to have to pay monthly in order to call my friend's cell in Bristol. I'm not wanting to have to pay additional per-minute fees.

Are you trying to call Mobiles? Not all countries covered by this subscription can call Mobiles for Free.

ALWAYS start your own topic instead of attempting to use someone else's. You have a different issue. You are attempting to call to cellphones in Norway and Italy. Only calls to landlines are included in your Subscription and Romania is not an included country.
Please check your coverage carefully.

Make sure you are signed in with the account you used to activate your Nokia Music Unlimited subscription.If you are already signed in, try to log out and then log back in again.

Pre Sales Question Unlimited Subscription Plan

I'm from India and I would like to buy Unlimited Subscription Plan for India.
Please clarify on this points:-
1. Can I call to any number (including mobile) to all the Indian numbers.
2. Is there any government policy which doesn't allows Indian to use Skype for calling Indian numbers.
3. Unlimited Indian calls cost $19.99 per month, is there any Fair Usage Policy of how many hours a day I can call.
4. Can I use my android phone to access skype and call from my mobile.
Please clarify on these points before I go with the purchase of subscription.

I haven't been following Creative so I can't say what their standard MO is, but I am huge believer in keeping people informed. If you said you were going to do X by Y and you can't, then be up front about it. Say, We have slipped by 2 months or we hit problems which we are still trying to find the solution.
I work in software development and I know that annoucing slip-dates is a huge thing that has PR implications and it all comes down to exactly how you say it, but there should be a middle groud where you can keep your cusomters (and potential) customers informed. Now that Nov has pretty much come and gone, I think most of know they slipped so just let us know what your future plans are. I don't mind buying the device if I knew for sure they would release a firmware in the next couple of months, but I don't feel comfortable doint it now since it has come and gone with no update.
As for devices, I think there are a few. The ones you mentioned plus or 2 from iRi'ver. The interesting fact is that Creative's Portable Media Center supports it so they have first hand experience implementing it. That's not to say there might not be unforseen problems trying to implement it into an existing device.
Anywya, we don't need to beat a deadhorse, I was just really excited to discover the Zen Touch as it had everything I was looking for at the perfect price, but the Janus stuff is pretty much a deal-breaker for me.

so, I got a new Lumia 920
and unknowingly registered with my old nokia account that was already in use with my previous lumia
now, when I opened nokia music app, it merged my nokia music unlimited subscription with my previous one, and now I've got only 60 days of nokia music unlimited instead of the 1yr subscription I should've got.
Is there any way I could get it right now?
