My Facebook shuts down unexpectedly every 3 seconds when I tried to log in. I tried uninstall and reinstall but still nothing works. The App got updated and now I don't know how to fix it. I love using FB on my iPad. Pls tell me how to restore it back.

well it seems that I completely hosed everything, plus I actually want to try out the 0.5 new installer, etc., so I'm just going to reinstall and pay more attention this time :oops:...thanks for all the help and advice

Crucial certainly makes great RAM - it's what I use in my machine - and you should visit their website. Just to let you know, though, Crucial ships all over the world and have both UK and EU sites, if that helps.
Your specific model can hold up to 16GB of 204-pin PC3-8500 (1066 MHz) DDR3 SO-DIMMs, even though the 'official' Apple spec is for 8 GB. Something to do with a long-ago firmware update.
You may also want to visit OWC - their prices are high but they make excellent RAM as well.

When i try to update my apps from the app store some of the apps wont update and ask for an Apple ID that isn't mine. Whats the problem and how do i fix it? All im trying to do is update my apps and its asking for these random apple ID's.
The apps were purchased by another user with a different Apple ID. You will have to erase them and repurchase them using your Apple ID.

What specific disc menu theme or themes are associated with this program failure? What is the exact place where the problem hit..
a. just clicking on Disc Menu header
b. dragging Disc Menu from the display of themes into the Disc Menu area customization screen
c. selecting your menu in the display of choices and then hitting Apply

Are you running Premiere Elements 10 from a User Account with Administrative Privileges?
Is this a "it worked before but not now" or "it never worked before" type issue.
On the Windows side of things, application of Run As Administrator as well as the User Account with Administrative Privileges has been know
to resolve some of these issues. I am strictly an Elements Windows user. What is the Mac side of the story for Run As Administrator? At any
rate, are your computer permissions in order?
Just to cover all bases, do you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer with Premiere Elements 10?

99.9% of the time, the cause of this issue is the fact the phone was jailbroken/hacked to unlock it for use on networks other than the network the phone was originally locked to. Apple maintains a database of officially unlocked iPhones, and when Apple's servers detect phones such as yours, activation stops & you get the message you got.
So, you need to get a sim card from the carrier the phone was originally locked to, or get it officially unlocked, if you want to activate it. Because it appears that it was not officially unlocked.
Apple has started to get "tough" with hacked iPhones, & simply won't permit their activation. -
i purchased an iPod touch few months back. And i am very upset with the volume output it produces. iPod being an music player, has poor volume quality then my iPhone 3gs. Can anyone pls help. How do i rectify it?

Yu can try the standard fixes to rule out a software problem:
- Reset. nothing is lost.
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory defaults/new iPod. -
I have apps that want to get updated but when i try to update them, the progress bar appears but also dissapeares again, the app isnt updated..
I keep trying but i cant update the apps..First reboot the iPad by pressing and holding down the home and sleep/wake buttons (power) at the same time until the apple logo appears on the screen, then let go.
If that doesn't work then reset the phone by going to settings/general/reset/reset all settings -
I have an old app in my updates but no longer have the app on iTunes and iPhone 4s. How can i remove it? It is beyond annoying, as it constantly has the badge noticfication but can't update the app as it is no longer avaliable. Help!!!
Unfortunately the app isn't avaliable in the Australian store only avaliable to download in the UK store, very confussing as it is definitely not in my iTunes or on my iPhone. I don't understand how or why it managed to get to updates. I just want to delete it or at least get rid of the notification badge for it.

I just got my Ipad and I can not download apps. I get a message saying my Apple ID has been disabled. I have reset my password, I can access itunes and icloud but still can not download apps. Can someone please tell me how to get my ID activated? TY
Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it -
I keep trying to download songs to ICloud but keep getting an error: "We could not complete your itunes_store request. An unknown error occurred(4002)"

Facebook shuts down unexpectedly after a few minutes.
When using Facebook on Safari, Google Chrome or the app it shuts down unexpectedly after a few minutes. I tried restarting my iPad, reloading the app & deleting the cookies. It's frustrating.

Humm.... my first thought is that the new iMac's only come in 21.5 and 27" and the second is that your not giving us much to go on. Delete the Facebook app then reinstall.
Tap and hold down the Facebook app until it jiggles then tap the x then tap Delete. Press your Home button once or twice to stop the jiggling.
Restarrt your iPhone.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, then swipe the slider to power off.
Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Then go to the App Store and re download Facebook. -
hi just setting up new ipad 2 but when trying to use imessage it says sign in with apple id which i do but password doesnt work. have checked it numerous times but no luck. any ideas ?
The screen "Create Apple ID" is for users without an Apple ID (or someone who has forgotten their password). Since you do not want to create a new Apple ID, you are on the wrong screen.
Go back to the Sign-In screen and then sign-in with your Apple ID (or start over). The sign-in screen will have both fields to input: Apple ID and then Password. The Password screen may be a secondary screen after you input ID and hit Enter.
Hopefully, your further forays into the Land of iPad will not be as disconcerting as your beginning. I was also new to Apple (three years ago with the first iPad). It was a bit aggravating at first, however, now we own multiple Apple computers, peripherals and IOS devices (iPads,iPhone,Apple TV) and really appreciate the functionality and usability. -
