My facetime calls are failing from my MAC

Both received and sent calls from my MAC are failing, although prior to today they've always worked. HELP

We are using the same email address for the Mac Mini as for Itunes and made new email addresses for each of the iPhones. I cannot receive calls from the iPhones but can call the iPhones from the Mac Mini. what needs to be corrected?

PCS calls are failing through "SendToVRU" node.

Hi All
we are using icm enabled PCS and getting problem that calls are failing through the send to VRU node.
Actually we are getting Handoff.tcl errors on our monitoring system. From CVP error log we found that those errors are against PCS calls only and from ICM script we found the above.For reference i am attaching screenshot.
Kindly help if anyone faced the same issue and got the solution.

UCCE calls are failing at the RunExternalScript node

Dear members,
It is a UCCE Lab environment with CVP version 9.0
My issue is that all the calls are failing at the RunExternalScript node.
In the CVP logs, the below error appears.
External VXML located at http://192.168.2.215:7000/CVP/en-us/app/Server?_dnis=3000&application=Test&callid=565&_ani=565 resulted in a bad fetch
Attached are the ICM script, CVP script, CVP logs and rtr logs.
Is there any variable that needs to be added in the ICM script?

I was using the variable user.microappp.sys_media_lib instead of user.microapp.app_media_lib.
But even after I corrected this variable, I'm still facing a bad fetch error.

I can play the .wav file from the browser but the calls are still failing at the Run External Script node.
I restarted the CVP Call/VXML server but with no luck.

Transfered calls are failing

Hi All,
In IPCCE environment, some of the agent to agent transfer calls are failing with the below error.
Couldn't find CallConnection with DeviceID of 32767308. CILConnectionID:9
I can see this same device ID 32767308 for all the failed calls. This device ID 32767308 is present only in ctios client and server logs. Any idea where/why this device ID getting generated for the failed calls?

Thanks for the reply.
Let me explain the cal flow.
Agent A selects the available agents(Agent B) first and then consults with agent B(First Call leg). If agent B agrees to take the call, agent A does the complete transfer.(call leg 2) which triggers the ICM script thru a Dailed Number.
Just we found that here the call leg 1 is getting dropped before establishing the call leg 2. Thats why we see that the error message Couldn't find CallConnection with DeviceID. Any suggestion?

When my iMac, running Snow leopard is in sleep mode, it does not respond to Facetime calls. Although, I did read a thread a couple months ago where two different people ran a test on their macbooks -- would you believe that one said that their Macbook did ring when asleep, the other said it did not. Everyone I know who is using Facetime for Mac says that they never got any calls when their computers were in sleep mode.

hi! my facetime call to a friend is being answered by somebody else. both of us use ipad. and sometimes i use my iphone to facetime my friend....it seems only that certain friend gets a glitch from my facetime call. even the imessage gets intercepted by somebody else....what should i do or my friend should do? now i cant videocall my friend theough facetime without covering my face first before making sure i did the correct call...it was working fine then, but lately this problem exists....help!

This "somebody else" has your friend's iCloud account connected to their device: either your friend got hijacked his account, either he sold one of his Apple devices without resetting it.
To correct this, tell your friend to change their iCloud account Password. It will disconnect iCloud from all devices previously connected.

Why are "Events from my Mac" in iPhoto out of order

"Events from my Mac" do not sync to ipad and iPhone in the sort order specified in iPhoto??? They sync in random order and in a different order on each device. This makes using iPhoto irritating and finding a particular event impossible. I understand Apple is moving from iPhoto to Photo but until that date they need to support existing application. Its been this way for close to a year now and so many updates have not addressed it.

It is evident, that the sequence of photos, events, albums, faces albums, etc on iOS devices is not considered to be an important feature on iOS devices by the Apple developers.

My Facetime calls are stuck at connecting.

I recently bought my dad an iPad2 and I have an iPhone 4s. My dad lives in Muscat, Oman and I'm in the US and we wanted to try Facetime. But when I try to call him, he picks up the call and then it is stuck at Connecting. The same happens when he tries to call me and I pick up.
1) Both of us are connected to Wi-fi networks.
2) I'm assuming there are no firewall issues since we can get and make calls.
Please help !!
PS : Is it possible that Facetime is not allowed in Muscat?

Try unplugging your iPod and rebooting your PC. Then reset the iPod by toggling the hold switch on and off, then pressing and holding both the Select (Center) and Menu buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.
Then start up iTunes and connect your iPod again.
If still no luck, what comes up on the iPod's LCD display when you connect it to a high powered USB 2.0 port on your PC?

I can call my phone from my mac but i can not call my mac from my phone. The mac will ring once then it will show busy. Is there a setting to increase the number of rings?

Try: Open Facetime app on Mac > Preferences > turn facetime off and on again

How can i delete stock photos from my Mac that are on my iPhone?

When I first synced my iPhone 4S to my iTunes on my macbook pro, I got a bunch of stock photos and icons used on my computers. I cannot delete them on my iPhone like you would delete a normal photo; the option to delete the photos is disabled,
The pictures take up a lot of space and I want to get rid of them.
I just updated to iOS7 and my iTunes has not been updated lately.
There are 488 of these photos and they are in an album called "last import- from my mac"

Do you mean that you synced them from iTunes to your iPhone? If so, you have to sync to iTunes again and change the selected synced photos.
