My feed is valid but itunes says no episodes when submitting?

I am trying to submit a podcast to ITunes but it keeps saying "no episodes"
I have tested the feed with feed validator (some minor issues but nothing that would make it fail) and can suscribe manually in itunes and download the episode.
The feed also works in a browser and can suscribe that way?

Any help much appreciated as been trying to get this done for days and at point of laptop out of windonw!
I also had a probelm with byte range requests on my usual hosting but moved the file now and now getting "no episodes"!

They do say this in the instructions as a requirement:
Posting your episode file(s) on a server with byte-range support enabled and a publicly accessible URL. Byte-range support allows users to stream your episodes
Most people don't have a problem, and though I don't really know anything about servers or what this expression means, I would have thought most servers were compliant (or we'd hear a lot more complaints). A lot of people use Feedburner without problems, so any feed hosted by them, as yours is, should work OK.
Unfortunately the usual test - subscribing manually - doesn't cover this as the file is downloaded and played from the computer: it's only on the Store itself that streaming appears to take place (though even this may be relying on QuickTime's ability to start playing a file while it's being downloaded - this isn't the same as streaming).

Well, I can't see any problem with the feed, and the episode media file is correctly referenced and plays. Incidentally you do have a 'copyright' tag - it says 'Wippenberg'.
When a podcast feed is rejected, corrected and resubmitted there is a minor bug in the Store which causes you to be told that the podcast has already been submitted (which is true but irrelevant - it's really meant to prevent duplicates). To get round this you need to make a small change to the title - for example you could add a hyphen and space before 'Podcast'. You can always change it back once it's been accepted.
The other issue might be the content. The reason given for rejection tends to be technical issues, whatever the actual reason is. I haven't listened to your podcast, so I can't comment directly. Possible reasons for rejection are unacceptable content, sexual content or strong language when the 'explicit' tag is not said to 'yes', and copyright infringement: a lot of people fall over this one by including 'mixes' or indeed full plays of commercially issued recordings without having written permission from the copyright owners or alternatively a valid Podcast Licence (not available in all countries, possibly only the USA). I have no idea whether this might be an issue with yours.

If you are the only user on your computer you probably don't have multiple user accounts set up and can disregard that. If you are using iTunes 11 go to View>Show Sidebar. Now see if your iPad appears under Devices on the left side when you connect it. If it does, click on the name of your iPad on the left side and your iTunes sync settings options will appear in folders with tabbed headings to the right.

I'd start with the following document, with one modification. At step 12 after typing GEARAspiWDM press the Enter/Return key once prior to clicking OK. (Pressing Return adds a carriage return in the field and is important.)

Take it to you nearest Apple Store and see what they have to say. You should back up you data before you go in but in your case you can not.

Place the iPod in recovery mode and then restore via iTunes on your computer. Recovery mode bypasses the passcode (and erases the iPod). For recovery mode see:

Check the account area of the iTunes Store window on the right to check the balance. You must use the credit remaining, no refunds.

Log out of the iTunes Store on your device:
Settings>iTunes & App Store...tap your Apple ID, then select "Sign Out"
Reset your device:
Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.
After the device has restarted, sign back in to the App Store as above.

Trying to restore ipod but itunes says no internet connection. Uninstalled and re-installed itunes but still have same problem. Trying to restore because I uploaded songs from Yahoo music jukebox to ipod but they won't play. They are listed as "other" and I can not access them to delete or play. Tried to delete through music jukebox but now it say " error reading content" so I figure restoring ipod is the only way to fix problem.

Try:
iTunes repeatedly prompts to authorize computer to play iTunes Store purchases
Also, are you sure you authorized the right account? Could some media be purchased with another account?
