My firefox doesn't show some lines, graphics, words

I can't see inside boxes when writing email; boxes don't show up, lines are missing, options for fonts, colors, backgrounds are all blank.
Many words overlap making them difficult to read.

If you have increased the minimum font size then try the default setting 'none' as a high value can cause issues like you described.

Firefox doesn't show/display/load my addressbook within my hotmail account anymore, it worked previously well, so has nothing to do with the change from hotmail to outlook. Since a week or so, I realized a slowness in loading my recently used addresses with opening a new e-mail, but it was still working from time to time. For a few days, it has been stopped working, complete addressbook doesn't load anymore, just displays the load circle in the middle of the screen, apart from that I have only a white page. Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. 
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.

ISight shows some lines and weird colors in every software and user

Since saturday, the day i got my brand new mac, i've been reading the topics around here. None of them seem to resemble my issue.
On saturday i charged the mac, turned it on and took a picture on Photobooth. Everything was normal until that very same night when i turned it on again and the camera showed some lines and went from normal color to green, then to red. I could see myself but not in proper colors. Got no message of camera in use nor it was undetected.
I let it rest for a while and tested again on Sunday, Monday and today and it's the same thing. It has nothing to do with photobooth effects because 'normal' shows an image with the issue and the lines appear in every effect.
I've already followed all troubleshooting guides and nothing worked (every software and every user has the issue, USB is recognized and SMC restart made no change) I'd love to call the support line but my work schedule keeps me from doing it.
I'd love to show you a picture i took with this issue but i have no idea how to post it around here.
hope i can get some help before giving up and sending it back to the store.

Windows 7 Music Library doesn't show some of my album art all of a sudden. No solutions found!!

So my music files in my music folder on the computer still doesn't show the album art. some of the art covers still exist on the music files but newly downloaded and some music files that existed don't show the album art anymore.
I've tried most of the solutions online but none of them solved the problem. I don't think it's the media player because when I play it on the media player it shows the album art for the music. And I also cleared the cashe in the mediaplayer folder. There
must be something with the system because the folder showed the cover art before but all of a sudden it stopped displaying them.
I don't know what's wrong with it...is there something that makes the music album art not show all of a sudden and the album art doesn't show for the newly downloaded music as well...

It may be a problem of Windows 7 Explorer. First you can try all the different explorer views, title, Large icon..
If there is no effect, you can try to the following methods.
In Windows Explorer
1. left click on the mail folder where your music is stored and select it.
2. Now right click and go to “properties”.
3. Now click “advanced”.
4. Put a check in the “Allow files in this folder to have contents indexed in addition to file properties”.
5.Click ”OK”.
6.Click”Apply”.
7. Click “OK” to apply changes to this folder. Sub folders and files.
Now go to your music library and see if it works.

Firefox doesn't show headers on websites or mail options such as fonts, etc

Firefox is the only browser that I'm having these problems with. They are as follows:
In the compose e-mail block of my yahoo, it doesn't show the options for fonts, size of fonts, backgrounds, etc. It also won't let me change the color of the fonts. It just shows blank boxes. Not only can't I change things in individual e-mails that I compose, I can't change my e-mail options.
In the customize backgrounds and colors for my yahoo page, it doesn't let me change colors or themes.
In websites, it doesn't show the headers of the website, including name of website and selections. It's blank. The body of the website shows up. Just not the header.
Is there a way restore Firefox to it's original state? If so, how do I do this? Or do I need to uninstall it and reinstall it? I didn't do this when I first started using Firefox.

Make sure that you allow pages to choose their colors and that you haven't enabled High Contrast in the Windows Accessibility settings.

Firefox doesn't show jpg files from a web page while other browsers do

I have created a page and uploaded www.nutechequipments.com/equipment.html page doesn't show the jpg files in only firefox everywhere including Dubai. But all the other browsers show the uploaded jpg pictures in perfect manner. In Firefox only the table is loaded with placeholders. It is not a problem with my computer. It is the problem all over the world.

You have backslashes (\: escaped as %5C as seen in Tools > Page Info > Media) in the scr attribute of the images and that doesn't work in Firefox.
You need to change the backslashes to forward slashes

Firefox doesn't display some text on certain pages.

I've noticed that on some pages, Firefox doesn't display certain text. I have the newest version of Firefox installed and my flash and java are updated. The text displays fine on Chrome and IE. Please see my example in the screenshots of the stevenson.edu webpage. Does anybody know what I can do to fix this problem or if there is some sort of plugin I am missing to display certain content? Thanks.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache.

To clear cache and cookies do the following:
#Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
#Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
#Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
#From the details list, check ''Cache'' and ''Cookies'' and uncheck everything else.
#Now click the ''Clear now'' button.

Material product types doesn't show in line item detail

We have a problem with product popup of service order in line items.
When we make a click in product ID on the service order search, a popup shows and it displays all products.
But if we go to Detail Position Id and do the same, the popup shows but Material product types doesn't show.

Finder doesn't show some files after several days of uptime

It is several days my MacBook Pro is turned on:
$ uptime
11:08 up 10 days, 12:02, 2 users, load averages: 1.12 0.80 0.60
and Finder is starting to behave strange...
the first thing I noticed is that it doesn't show anymore the contents of application packages (ie. right click on a .app and click Show Contents, shows an empty finder window, like there were no files, but from Terminal I'm able to see contents).
also some other files are not visible. for instance I just downloaded a file in Safari, but I can't see it in its folder with Finder, but I can see it and open it with Terminal.
before trying a reboot, what could I do to solve this issue?
perhaps restart Finder? but what is the correct way of restarting it? killall Finder (or some signal other than SIGTERM)?

To restart Finder, hold the option key whilst "right-clicking" (or two-fingered tap on a trackpad), on the Finder option in the Dock.
You will see an option to "relaunch". Select it, and Finder will restart.

Safari MAC doesn't show some web images

I have OS X 10.8.4 and Safari 6.0.5. Suddenly, Safari is not showing some web images any more. As an example, I cannot see the Google image in google web page and I cannot see anything in Appel web page. I have tried to reset Safari, to empty web cache but nothing works. I can see perfect web pages using Firefox. Any suggestion?

Checkmark the box for "Show Develop menu in menu bar".
"Develop" menu will appear in the Safari menu bar.
Click Develop and deselect "Disable Images" if selected in the dropdown.

Device Manager doesn't show AMD Radeon Graphics

My Pavilion dm4-3002sa has dual graphics, Intel[R] HD Graphics Family and AMD Radeon. Earlier this year AMD Radeon disapeared from the Device Manager and since than Laptop has only used Intel Graphics.
I have done clean install of an Operating System, Windows 7 (64bit), but the AMD Radeon doesn't show.
Does this mean that the card has failed, and if you have any suggestion, it would be appreciated.
On different, probably unconnected subject, the laptop is very hot at the top left corner. Would this have something to do with dust blocking the vents, and if so, does anyone have any suggestions?

I understand your AMD GPU is no longer showing up on your notebook.
Have you tried showing the hidden devices in Device Manager and checking the Other Devices section to see if a "Display Adapter" is listed? This could be the card missing drivers. I would suggest updating the chipset drivers, and then uninstalling the Intel GPU. Once uninstalled reinstall with the download from our website. After the Intel card is installed, run the 7470m installer.

Regarding the heat, try this: Reducing Heat Inside the PC to Prevent Overheating.
