My Firefox suddenly just stop printing after I downloaded the newest version. I download to the old 3.6.22 and still the same problem. What is wrong?
Everything prints perfectly in Safari.

Same thing here. Just happened today. Was at the computer got up for 20 mins came back and it's black. I have ti hooked up to a 27" iMac.

well i have found that i needed to not just uninstall itunes, but also apple mobile device support, bonjour apple software update and apple application support - uninstall all these and then install itunes - that seesm to have fixed it, though now i am sync fail - that's a different matter perhaps

Press the Power button for about 10 seconds to shutdown the computer. Wait a couple of minutes then restart. If it restarts OK, then immediately repair the hard drive:
Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions - Mavericks, Lion/Mountain Lion
Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Repair
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported then click on the Repair Permissions button. When the process is completed, then quit DU and return to the main menu. Select Restart from the Apple menu.

If that reset did not resolve the issue, and the printout indicates that the wireless radio is not working then there are a few options that we can go through.
First, make sure that through the Setup Menu that the wireless has been enabled and turned on. If these options are not available, you may have to try a differnet reset that I will PM to you.
Also, if the wireless radio is not functional then you might consider connecting the printer directly to the router using an Ethernet cord and reinstalling the printer on your computer using that method of communication.

Sounds to me like you are trying to tap on the word VIDEO.
To change to video you don't tap on the word VIDEO. Instead, you drag the centre of the screen down. That will change the option from PHOTO to VIDEO.
Of course, to go back to PHOTO or to SQUARE you drag the centre of the screen up.

I also have this problem and it just started in the last week or so. It seems to be dependent on my home network and the problem only exists with firefox. I have used chrome and IE8 with no issues. I can verify tomorrow that it only exists in my network but one thing I was able to test is that the problem exists even on my linux boot. I am totally dumbfounded with this problem and I can't find anything that will allow the gmail page to load. All other pages I have tried load fine, all be it a little slower than normal but they load. If anyone knows of a difference between firefox and all other browsers on how it goes through the router I would appreciate the info cause I don't know of any differences.

Is it possible your daughter abused the device? If it gets dropped, even in a damage proof case, it is a shock to the iPad. Most survive, but if it happens often, it might be a problem.

Epson R2400 just stopped printing...

I have an Epson Stylus R2400 printer, it has worked fine for months but suddenly doesn't! My Mac (Mac mini with 10.3.9) can communicate with it fine, it checks the ink cartridges etc etc, but when it comes to printing it either says 'communication failiure' or just keeps trying to 'open printer connection'. I have tried it printing from Acrobat (which I usually use for prints no problem), Illustrator, Photoshop etc, and the result is the same. I know it's not the cable since the Mac does communicate with the printer to do tasks, but just won't print.

You should check the troubleshooting section of Epson's web site and/or contact Epson's tech support to request assistance. I had a similar problem several months ago with another Epson printer and I submitted a tech support request via their web form. The next day, they sent me a response that solved the problem, so I suggest you do the same if you can't find the solution already documented on Epson's web site.

First thing I would try would be to remove the battery from your MacBook, connect the computer to it's power adapter and start up, then see if the keyboard and trackpad work normally. Some older batteries have been known to expand and interfere with keyboard and trackpad. If this works, replace the battery.

Whenever I open Firefox I get the message 'Problem loading page' on every website I try. This just started today. I am having the same issue with IE, but Chrome is working fine. It is not a problem with my internet, as Chrome and my PS3 have no problem connecting to the internet.

Thanks, turns out I got a virus somehow. BWContextHandler32.exe is reporting itself to my firewall as the game BulletStorm, which I do not have, and somehow attached itself to Firefox and probably IE as well. I figured it was bogus so I blocked it. Still not sure why it just started blocking Firefox. I was denying access to it for a couple days, darn procrastination, and Firefox was working fine. Now I just have to get rid of it...I really hate windows sometimes...

Hi richardjancsi! The best way to find out what is occurring is to perform a Nozzle Check. Please perform the following to print a Nozzle Check pattern: 1. Make sure that the machine is turned on, then load a sheet of A4 or Letter-sized plain paper in the Auto Sheet Feeder. 2. Open the Paper Output Tray and then open the Output Tray Extension. 3. To print the nozzle check pattern: a. Press the Setup button. b. Select Maintenance, then press the OK button. The Maintenance screen is displayed. c. Select Print nozzle check pattern and then press the OK button. The pattern print confirmation screen is displayed. d. Select Yes and then press the OK button. The nozzle check pattern is printed and the pattern confirmation screens are displayed alternately. Examine the nozzle check pattern on the LCD of your PIXMA MX882 and you can also compare it to the following example: Check the pattern to see if any lines are missing. Missing lines or no ink appearing on the paper indicates a printhead cleaning may be required. If your printout does not match the example, please perform a printhead cleaning by selecting B and then choosing Yes. If these options are not available, please perform the following steps to perform a Cleaning: 1. Press the MENU button. 2. Select Maintenance then press the OK button. 3. Select Deep Cleaning and press OK. 4. Press OK to select Yes. The deep cleaning will be performed. After 2 or 3 deep cleanings, print another test page. Does the test page print correctly?
