My font is white and will not change to black

When I am on pages to type up a document the font is completely white and i go to the settings and hit blak but nothing what aremy other options?

Peter is right but you can keep both Pages 08 and 09 on you computer. I have both on mine. I prefere using Pages 08 if I am copying something from the Internet. Pages09 can retain to much ogf the hidden web page structure.

How do you expect anyone to help when we don't know a darned thing about the file, abut your setup, exact version of Photoshop and your OS, machine specs, etc.?

bought a new ipod today the screen has gone white and will not shut off/ How can i get it back to home screen?

I have had it two years and this is the first issue. My main concern is that the computer does not recognize it in order to reinitialize it. It wont shut off, it wornt do anything, I am just loking for a guide before I have to send it in for repair/replace... I am not feeling much good from the boards, but I am gonna be patient and see if someone stumbles across my please for help-- this cant be the first time someone has had and fixed this problem....

The battery has to drain eventually. Be patient. Letting it drain and charging it back up after it goes black should fix this.

After going to a turorial at apple store, I changed the appleid on my devices. However; on my mac under the icloud the old appleid remains. I tried to delete it and add a new one but it will not delete, claiming it is the primary one. I set up an new one with the new appleid but note etc will not merge on it.

I have changed the apple id on my settings to reflect the current account for all our apple products.
But this is not changing when I go to the App store to make a purchase or install updates.
How do I get the app store connection on my IPAD to go to the apple id i am currently using.

Again, this only affects you if someone *redownloaded* content with a different ID. In my case, I emailed iTunes Store support, explained the situation, and they reset the counter. I recommend you try the same
If you read discussion boards, this is a significant change from a year ago, when Apple told people in the same situation to go f&$# themselves. Clearly it's dawning on them that this is a stupid policy, and my guess is if people keep complaining they'll change it to something more reasonable. Remember, it wasn't that long ago you couldn't re-download content at all.
Apple can't really afford to play hardball on this. Sure, the hardcore fanboys will always say "Thank you sir, may I have another" whatever Apple throws at them, but the rest of us will just switch to Amazon, which has none of these restrictions.

FolderShare Computer name wrong and will not Change

Last night I got my new Quad, and used the Firewire transfer method from my powerbook to the Quad to set up everything. It worked very well with an exception with FolderShare.
In the transfer, the computer name from the Powerbook was copied over to the new computer. Hence, in prefernces on Foldershare, it shows the same comuter name for the PB and the Quad.
I tried the following without success:
First, I changed the name of my Quad in System Preferences/Sharing and rebooted, but Foldershare keeps reverting back to my old PB name.
Next, I deleted Foldershare and the preference file and reinstalled. But in FolderShare Settings/My Account is still shows the old PB computer name.
I tried logging out and chaning it, but it keep defaulting to the old PB computer name.
Any ideas what to try next??? FolderShare must either store the computer name some where else or else there is another place in OS X that the computer name is stored when I first copied all my files over.

Before you can successfully rename the computer, you must ensure file sharing is turned off.
Once file sharing is off, rename the machine and/or folders.
The change should be immediate (and should not require a reboot)

You have it locked. double click the home button and scroll to the left by swiping to the right and unlock the portrait orientation , looks like a circled arrow. Its where your music info is at the bottom.

When I open new tabs, their names will get stuck at whatever name they are first given and will not change as I navigate within them. For example, a tab will stay named "New Tab" or "Connecting..." Any advice/solutions to fix this behavior?

My problem is as the title suggests.
When I open a new tab, the title displayed on the tab will stay stuck at whatever the tab is first titled after it is opened- usually "New Tab" or "Connecting..."
The names will stay stuck at those names even if I navigate within the tabs to different pages or refresh the tabs/pages.

I only had to disable TabRenaminizer, and everything is working just fine now. Thanks a bunch!

HD is White and will not View

I purchased a HD movie. I can view it on my Apple just fine. When I go to my Apple TV and play all it gives me is a white screen. I went to settings and did verify that it is set to 720P and all other movies are able to be viewed.
i removed it and reloaded and the same thing happens.... Any one else ever get this and know how to fix?

rebooting the appletv fixed it for me i had once had that problem.
however, have you made sure that the appletv can access the internet? this is required to authorise playback of DRM'd content.
easy test for internet access is to try youtube or movie trailers.

My desktop cloud is white and will not let me download or open any apps.

Click Gear icon on the top Right corner and Quit Creative Cloud App
Click on Finder and then hold Command + Shift + G keys on your keypad
It will open Go to folder window, type exactly ~/Library and click on Go
Then open Application Support > Adobe > OOBE folders,
Delete opm.db.
Delete the file from trash.
Launch Creative Cloud App and check
