My form is missing

Hi
I have used my form and had a couple of responses I just logged in today to see if I had any more and I have no form.
However if I use the link I have saved it opens my form for the public, I filled it out and submitted it but I cant get to the responses. my form is https://adobeformscentral.com/?f=s4iXv1kUt9s2VeyZH6gViA can someone please help me.

Hi,
You may have created multiple accounts in FormsCentral. Can you please double check if you have tried to log in with the Adobe ID (your email addredd) that you created the form with?

Check the control_form in the driver program.Parameter which your passing for the output options is wrong check with it.

Adobe Form; Fields missing in form response file & .csv export

I created a form in Adobe Livecycle 8 and everything was working fine. Our company upgraded to Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 and now when I receive a form response via email, some of the data elements to not show up in the 'response file', therefore the data elements cannot be exported into excel. I am using 'compile returned forms' and following the wizard so I don't know what I'm missing. I am at a loss and am under a time crunch to get this fixed. Any help would be appreciated!

No errors when I go on the page for upload.
I solved by restarting the portal.

We have a custom form for our custom billing processes. It lists all the draft invoices that are ready to be released along with multiple custom fields. When the user tries to export the data in this form, tsv file is saved.
We have the following issues with the file.
-- We have some fields missing
-- Some column headings are missing
-- Fields are not exported in the right order
Can someone help how we can fix these 3 issues?

Hi,
This problem is because of the field heading.
So You have done like this first creating a text item and the you will manually create a heading using Text correct.
Don't do that, delete that and go to the property palette and give the Item heading in the PROMPT and check now its will work.

Retrieved forms are missing information

I've been getting a number of complaints from applicants who have said that when they retrieve their form, information that had been previously saved is now missing. I am sure one is user error (they didn't save), but 3 others I trust definitely saved, retrieved the form and saw the information, worked on other sections, saved again, and when they went back, previously saved answers were missing.
We have broken our form into multiple pages to keep the online version in manageable chunks. Could the problem be when the user works on page 8, saves, goes back to page 4 to rework something, and saves again? Thereby removing everything saved later than the last page they were on?
Proposals are due tomorrow, and I have a lot of panicked people who have a lot of work to redo in a short time. Is there anything you can do? Any way to restore the information?

Unfortunately this is a known bug in our code at this time. The developer has been working on a fix and we will notify you as soon as it is available.

While creating the layout of the form I put some import fields,
All the fields are character fields of various length.
I have caption also in the form

While tesing the form only the values passed are shown and the caption is missing.

Form Data missing when Opened

I been having problem with PDF files clients sent to our agents.
When the pdf is high-lighted in Outlook it will open in preview mode and shows all the data correctly.
When it is opened in Acrobat 9 Pro, the data is missing. This is true even when I used the Export Data function, the xml shows as empty.
Anyone know what is the cause of this issue? or how to fix it?

I am currently following up with the client to figure out what they are using that is causing this problem.
There however is no chance the wrong file is e-mailed however. Since the data is visible when previewing the attachment in Email.
I have no idea why the data associated with the file is readable by whatever preview mechanism Outlook 2010 uses, but somehow inaccessible to Acrobat Reader/Pro.
I am not sure if it is the Mac Preview program issue, but I do not believe they are using Macs. I will post the information as soon as I receive it.

JDBC form wizard missing?

I downloaded Sun Studio Ent 8.1, but i found there is no JDBC form wizard and also in the palette the Bean is empty no component in there. Am i missing something?
I follow the tutorial of Netbeans available from the net because i thought they are the same. Am i right?

I think the beans category in the palette manager is designed for users to add their own javabeans and as such is empty in a plain vanilla NB/JSE installation; i.e NB itself does not ship with any beans in this category. Users can javabeans that either they created or downloaded or obtained from third-party vendors. In Help | Contents, please search for 'palette' and you will see a help topic titled 'Adding a bean to the palette window'.

Form Builder missing feature

In the Form Builder of the Adobe Acrobat v.9.3.3 I did not find any possibility to import data list (eg. from xls) into the drop down list box component. The list of the selectable elements can be added in the properties box one by one which is extremely inconveniance when there are appr. 100 list elemts.
Is there any way to do it?

Unable to save a form with missing required fields

I have a form, with required fields, as part of the new hire process. I would like to make sure the user fills in the required fields before closing/saving the form.
I have a custom script that highlights the missing required fields when the complete/validate button is clicked.
This, however, doesn't stop the user from saving the form. As a result, we are getting incomplete forms returned.
Is there a way to stop the user from saving the form until the required fields are filled ?

I have a "validate" button that sets a flag (for workflow). This button will perform the check and highlight the missing fields.
Once the user completes the form, he/she saves and emails the form. The reason for not having the email button is because not all users will have outlook and wouldn't want to go through the wizard.
I understand your point but I need to know if there is some solid way of not allowing the users to return the form without completing the form.
If I include an email button, the users can still save, by using the toolbar menu, and email the incomplete document.
As we are planning to implement Digital Signatures, would it be possible to have the check in the presign event. Will this prevent the document fron being signed until the required fields are filled ?

Convert to word not working - answers to form questions missing

Hi there
I have a form that was filled by a client that is now in pdf format. I am trying to convert it into a word file.
All of the questions and the blank boxes for the answers are coming across, but the answers to the questions within the boxes are missing.
Help would be appreciated please.

Well, they are right pretty much. PDF forms are not for conversion into Word. The export tools are about getting the data out NOT the look of the form.
Generally, converting forms of any kind (filled or not) from PDF to Word is a non-starter. The layout will change too much OR it will be utterly uneditable in Word, rendering all practical reasons for converting to Word useless.
Conversion to Word from PDF is a way to get back the text and hint of the layout ready for re-creation.

Error : default form set missing

Forms icons missing

Hi,
I have a collection of customised menu icons and I would like to have them used in my form applets.
Currently I just transfer the files over and the menu remains there but all icons went missing.
Can anybody tell me where are the icons kept on the form server?

If you are running your Forms on the Web you need to convert the ico files to gif or jpg.
There are freeware utilities to do this on the Web (search google).
To learn how to point to the correct location of the gif files read the migrating client/server to the Web document at:
