My friends cannot see my profile changes

Since the last skype update when I change the information in my profile there is nowhere for me to save the changes and as a result my contacts cannot see the changes. I have moved countries so would like to be able to update all my contact info. Thanks

However, because I modified the feed http://feeds.feedburner.com/imananddinasbroadcast and nothing changed, I redirected it to another feed and then I deleted this feed.
Is there any way to change the feed in itunes? The only feed I have now is http://feeds.feedburner.com/CasaEgyptStation
I tried to restore the feed http://feeds.feedburner.com/imananddinasbroadcast but feedburner refused.
I know that I missed things up but I still have hope in working things out.

Friends cannot see response from the iphone 5

When I send group messages from my iphone, my friends cannot see them. I can see my responses and theirs on my iPad/computer, but they are unable to see my response from the phone. Am I missing something.

Check the outgoing mail server setting. Make sure that your username and password are in there.
Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Your email account>Account>Outgoing mail server - tap the server name next to SMTP and check in the primary server and make sure your username and password are entered and correct - even if it says that the password is optional.

Cannot see ICC profile when Proofing ?

Hi All, using PSP CS3
I am trying to get a ICC profile to appear as 'Device to Simulate when soft proofing in CS3. This ICC file is from Adoramapix.com, to simulate their printers. When I drop down the list of 'Devices,' there is a older Adoramapix prifile, but I can't seem to get rid of it or remember how I added it?.I have already right clicked on the ICC and selected 'Install Profile.' Not really sure what I was doing, but I also tried to add it under Display Properties>Advanced>Color Management. But I would get an error 'This is a printer profile which cannot be associated with this monitor.' I do have a canon printer at home, but never use it for printing photos.
Anyone have an idea of how to make this ICC profile appear when soft proofing?

Are you an a Windows machine ? If so these ICC profiles are stored in c:/windows>system32>spool>drivers>colour and new ones should be installed there and old ones deleted from there.

Cannot see profile

Hi.
After recent clone, I am unable to see the profile of a user.
appcldev@TEST:more .profile
.profile: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.
I source the env file but still cannot see the profile of this user. Is there somewher else I should be going?
Also, how can I configure the user's profile (once I can see that profile) so that we dont have to manually source the environment file everytime we log on?

Env file has nothing to do with the User profile.
For your requirement, you need to add what all you need to source when the user log-in in .bash_profile file found under the user home directory. It's a hidden file;
ls -a displays the file.
oh..missed the AIX part, i guess the file name is .profile. You should find this in the user home directory. If this doesn't exist, copy one from /etc/security to the user home directory.

Why we cannot see the created tracks in NWDI?

We created 3 tracks(A,B,C) in our NWDI.
However,
1) only one track( track A) is showing up;
2) Developers can check in their code into TrackB and TrackC without
error messages BUT we cannot see the code change any where.
So TrackB and C are existing but invisible.

That is priceless!!! Thanks! I sure needed a good laugh after spending/wasting hours & days trying to either get my c6280 to give up on its Ink System Failure fixation, or find a decent replacement. Unfortunately I need the Smart Web Printing feature that I guess only HP has, or I'd try a different brand. And now even HP has very few models with that available.
My error msg is a little different from those previously stated, but close: 0xc18a0201. Even tho there were frustrations with my c6280, I did like several of its unique features which are hard to find now under $100. I hate how HP (& I suppose other brands also) are CONSTANTLY changing models & then of course ink cartridges.
Oh heavens, I've had the c6280 a whopping 2 1/2 years! I'm sure they want us poor slobs to have to buy a new one every year & a day! To say nothing of the exorbitant prices for ink. And now if this one is really dead in the water, I have SIX unused #02 ink cartridges which I cannot return---I got them in a combo pack, & for some reason have wound up with THREE lite pink & THREE lite blue cartridges, while having to buy extras of the other colors, that ran out before the others!!! Yeah, & what's with that not being able to print in BLACK if a color runs out????
Anyway I really loved your essay! It's a classic! And says it all! I hate that we have to be 'slaves' to the electronic 'wonders'!!!

So you mean that effectively you are not in each others Buddy lists.
Greyed Out can mean off line but in this situation I think it is more likely that she has added her name incorrectly and has a setting blocking people Not in her Buddy list.
Lets start at the Start Up Screens.
She should have been asked to add her Screen name.
She already had an AIM one and should have change the drop down to reflect this.
If she didn't she would have added herself as an @mac name.
However this would not have allowed her to log on to the AIM servers so we can presume that she did that bit OK.
Next she would have either then got her Buddy list as it was. (It is kept on the AIM servers) or she would have to have added you to the Buddy List.
Now if she added you as a @mac name when in fact you are an AIM one yourself she will have added a Buddy that in fact does not exist. the AIM servers do not know this and sets it as an Offline buddy.
If one of you then has Allow Buddy List Buddies only in iChat > Preferences > Accounts > Security then you will appear off-line to each other.
Blocked people also appear as Offline if still in the Buddy list so also check that settings.
It seems strange that other people can see you both on line but not each other.
This would make me think of a spelling mistake/Wrong Buddy type and the Block or Allow list

I cannot see changes on layers immediately (CS 5)

I use PS CS5 some months and I found out some weeks ago following problem:
If I work in PS and make some changes, for instance I create a new layer I cannot see changes immediately.
I must click in the image directly and than I can see updated image.
I do not know how to repair this serious problem. There is nearly impossible to work with PS in this situation.

Noel, thats not right, your looking at the desktop drivers its a laptop.
those drivers where released in october 2010.
there are currently beta drivers out that are 179.48 you can try those see if it helps. (8.17.12.6089) i think.
Edit: nvm i think i read it wrong
xp 32 bit drivers 6.14.12.6099 where released Oct/16/2010 so they may be the latest drivers 260.99
When you down load drivers from Nvidia, they show the driver package version. when you look at the driver version in Photoshop, it shows the file version.

Cannot see rescue e-mail change option in my Apple ID account

I want to change my Apple ID e-mail address due to the loss of my old e-mail. However my current e-mail address is set as my rescure e-mail address but I cannot see how to remove it in my Apple ID editing area.
So I need to,
1. Remove my rescue address from list (wherever it is written)
2. Change my old e-mail address which is used as my Apple ID currenty TO my rescue address that I removed from being a "rescue address"
