My grandson deleted my phone, contacts, email and one other icon from the bottom of my iPhone 4s screen. How do I recover them????? HELP!!!!

If they are in a folder, tap the folder and tap and hold the icon and move it out of the folder and on to the screen you wish. If they are on a different screen, tap and hold the icon until it wiggles, then move it to the edge of the screen and hold for a second or two until it jumps to he adjacent screen.

The point is not whether you used iTunes or iCloud to restore your new iPhone. It's whether you have Contacts turned on in Settings > ICloud. If you do on both your old iPhone and new iPhone then those devices are connected through iCloud. Deletions on one device are also made on the other.
You may be able to restore your Contacts be using your old device backup to restore your new iPhone again. Make sure that you turn Off ICloud functionality on your old iPhone before you delete anything else from it.

Your question topic says you have all your photos backed up in iTunes. If so they are on your computer. When you get your new phone you can sync those photos from your computer to your phone.

You can't delete the preinstalled apps. Go to your Home screen and then swipe to the right to reveal the search screen Type in the app name and do a search.
Also, these apps may have been "Turned Off" by Restrictions. Go to Settings>General>Restrictions.

after the automatic download happened, the font changed to some script font i have. i removed that font, then it defaulted to another not so good looking font, and it has done that each time i disable the font. why is it doing this, but more importantly, how do i fix it so it is a basic font like arial?

I was in MAIL and i noticed 2 ARCHIVE FOLDERS.
So i deleted the one (thats how it deleted everything).
I could kick myself.
They are not in the MAIL Trash Folder.

If you are trying to change the iCloud ID ("email address") you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. When you do this you may find that the password for your old ID isn't accepted. If this should happen, and if your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, you need to temporarily recreate your old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Only way to track it is if you had find my iphone installed and activated prior to losing your phone.
Then you can go to icloud.com to track it.
If you didn't do the above, then sorry nothing you can do to track it. Report it to your phone carrier.

That number is for an apple server in the UK that is used for iMessage activation. A hidden SMS is snet to that number when you turn iMessage on and is used to verify your phone number. I suggest you turn iMessage off. In settings/phone turn on dial assist. Check with your carrier to see if you can send an international SMS as you end that possibility to activate iMessage. Rest your phone (Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for device to restart (no data will be lost).) then turn iMessage back on.

It would be so much easier having seperate accounts but we have hundreds of her purchased songs on my account and she would need to be able to access these from her account. Possible?

FYI: iTunes account (used to make purchases) is not the same as iTunes library (iTunes on your computer with music, movies, etc.).

You can but you will not be able to limit what she syncs.

Each of you can create your own playlists then sync only those playlists.
Then add/delete from your own playlists to change iPod content.

Yes all contacts checked and getting pop up message that says "your contacts, calendars,& bookmarks are being synced with ICloud over the air, so it isn't necessary to synch these items using itunes. icloud sync can be configured using your devices mail, contacts & calendar settings".
I have that setting as referenced above and only contacts showing are the 9 contacts I renetered manually today after losing all 3oo contacts. I then restored my iphone back to orinail and still no contacts. Please help
