My home button and lock button are both unresponsive. and its stuck on the settings pages.
both home button and lock button are unresponsive but if i press both at the same time i can still take a pic. but pressing them individually does nothing. and its stuck on the settings page and i can go anywhere on the settings page but nowhere else. help please??

Sounds like something internal was damaged in the fall, probably the disk drive. Take to Apple and ask them to fix it.

I have a mac-book pro mid 2010, the original mac o.s is version 10.6.3 snow leopard
the hard disk crashed, so i decided to buy another disk, 160gig Sata
i downloaded mac o.s version 10.7.4, and decided to fresh install from a dvd, but durint installation, on disk options, it can't be partition, the command button for partitioning is locked, even in the erase menu bar at mac installation window, and I can't reinstall from version 10.7.4
I've read that when the mac is a mac-book pro on mid 2010, it should used the default mac o.s version.
I'd like to hear some experts here about mac installations,
the hard disk is found, at disk1(only in disk utility option), but it can't be partition or erase, so I can't reinstall a fresh copy of mac.

I used the macDrive for windows, and format it to HFS(not HFS+)

The original .DMG file was MOsXLeoneDieciSetteDue.dmg(but this is fake, it's a Xar compressed)
The valid .DMG file is inside the .XAR, so I extracted it, and found those files and folders.
So, I'll include that in the burned dvd?

Without knowing which model or operating system you are running, my first suggestion would be to perform a refresh to see if that fixes the issue.Apple won't help with this. Take the device to your local police station and accept whatever happens.

My iPhone 5 keeps freezing when I connect to wifi, not just freeze the wifi, but freezes the whole phone and have to hold home and lock button. Locks up completely and instantly when I turn on wifi and connect. Solutions?
1. If you are really on iOS 7.1, you may wish to try upgrading to 8.1.2 which is the latest (basing this on your signature).
2. If updating the phone doesn't help, is this only when you connect to a specific wifi network? Or all wifi networks (including public with no password)? If it is ALL wifi networks, you may have a hardware problem. Genius bar would be the next step.

I have reset my iphone 5c and now it has the apple logo on the screen. Nothing is happening, apart from the screen going off for a few seconds, only to go back to black screen and white apple log. I tried restoring my iPod, but it told me it was unsuccessful. Now it's stuck at the connect to iTunes screen. I've tried holding the home and lock buttons, just until the unit turns off, and until the unit restarts. What do i do? iTunes wont even recognize that an iPod is connected.
