When I go to my homepage [tptien.nettisivu.org] the page is so small size, that no-one can see good enough to browse it. How can I get it bigger???

You can make it bigger by pressing Ctrl+(plus sign +).
To reset the page press Ctrl+0(zero)

You can't block it from use worldwide. Some carriers will block phones reported as stolen. I hope you had a passcode on it and that you had set the option to erase the phone after 10 failed tries. If you didn't change every password on every account ever accessed from the iPhone. And cancel any credit cards that you have used from the iPhone.

Why would I get an important message that says, "I can see you" It was a loud alarm with a message box.

My Iphone 4s had a loud alarm with a text box that said I can see you! I was trying to copy and paste in my contacts at the time it occured. It kinda freaked me out.

This was an iCloud message. I received an email that was from find myiphone. It stated your message was sent to the phone. The funny thing is that I don't remember messing around with the find my iPhone feature. I may try to explore the find my iPhone feature some more. Thanks for the responses everyone. The message had a loud continuous alarm even though my phone was set to vibrate.

Settings -> FaceTime, right?
My guess would be though, that the FaceTime history is stored locally on the device, so anyone using it will see the entire device history (I cannot imagine that FaceTime uploads the history to an Apple server anywhere - I'm sure it is just logged locally on the device - based on my iPhone and iPad show completely different histories, for example).

- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.

Charge to BB Card that no one can find receipt for

On September 10th I purchased a PS4 for by brother through express lane which he picked up in GA. Store refunded purchase to my BBCC on 9/12 and then recharged my BBCC even though I have it in FL. I have been trying to obtain a copy of that receipt since 9/18 through all channels, including post purchase support, Geek squad, 888-bestbuy and the local store who has gone through back office and sales audits. NO ONE can provide me with a copy of the receipt for that charge. I have complete documentation for the return and a case number that was opened on 9/18 and even researched today, but to no avail. Someone please help as dealing with this for TWO months is beyond reasonable.

After two months I don’t blame you for being upset that you are still dealing with this. I do see the BestBuy.com order of this Sony PS4 on 9/10/2014, and then I see our store in Snellville, GA returned that order on 9/12/2014.
I also see a Sony PS4 was purchased with the same card on 9/10/2014 in our store in Winter Garden, FL, which I show is the nearest Best Buy to the Zip code we have on file for you.
I don’t see that we have charged this card for a PS4 since 9/10/2014. Are you stating you purchased two Sony PS4s returned the one for your brother, and a store in GA has charged your card for another PS4?

I want to create a text box so people can write in the document while still securing the header/footer so that no one can edit those.

I am trying to create a PDF with a letterhead. I want people to be able to use the document, but I want to secure the letterhead (header/footer) so no one can touch those.

Tools>Forms>Create. Select from existing document (if you select from blank page it takes you to Forms Central). This should put you in the forms edit mode when done. From the Add new field, select text field. That should do the job.

Mac not seeing SMB/CIFS shares that others computers can see

I set up a test that fails. There are three computers
1) A Mac running "Tiger"
2) PC running Windows 2000
3) A Linux server running Samba
Both Win2K and Linux export some SMB/CIFS shares
The Mac can "see" the Win2K shared files but when the Mac tries to connect to the Linux server the finder hangs and has has to be killed. Going to a terminal on the Mac and I type "smbclient -L <Linuxsevername> I see all the services on the linux machine. So I try "smbclient //rabbit/wsfiles/" (Where the names rabbit and wsfiles where cut and pasted from the smbclient -L output.) and I get an "Invalid network name" error. Yes, I have cnnectivity to "rabbit", ping, ssh, X11 and FTP work fine
On the Win2K PC I can access the Linux shares
The Linux server can access it's own shares using "smbclient"
Linux Samba must be working because I can access the shares from Win2K. Mac must be working because it can access shares from the PC. So I can argue that nothing could be broken but clearly something is. I have many years experiance with UNIX but have avoided PCs and PC networking.
Anyone have a list of things I can check?

Hi C JAbertson, check the logs in /Applications/Utilities/console see if they provide any clue to why.You are using SMB://rabbit/wsfiles/ format in the go to window? Have you got SMB enabled in Directory Access?

Mysterious, unauthorized DirecTV Pending Orders that no one can seem to remove from our account

Such a long story - I'm hoping that posting here will get this solved since 3+ calls to Verizon customer service as well as a call to DirecTV can't seem to fix the problem.
Background: A pending order is showing on our account. Verizon customer service has traced it to two DirecTV orders, placed in September that WERE NOT AUTHORIZED by us. We have no idea where they came from or how they got there. These pending orders have caused us to continue to be billed for premium services we canceled (Sports Pass) and are prohibiting us from enrolling in Verizon Connections.
Current situation: I was given two master order numbers (by Verizon) and told they can't do anything, I needed to contact DirecTV. Upon calling DirecTV and being transferred to no less than 4 departments, I was repeatedly told "there's no order number tied or your name" (of course, I didn't place one) or that the order numbers Verizon provided were invalid.
I've now been billed for Sports Pass for four extra months. I want these pending orders CANCELLED and can't seem to get anyone to do it. I didn't even place them in the first place so I'm really concerned about how they were attached to my account.
Thoughts? Suggestions?

Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you.Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".
