My HP officejet 4630 e-All-in-One

I just bought my printer today and I took everything off, plugged it in and turned it on. And it is in some chinese language. I didn't have the option of putting it in english, and now I dont know how to put it in english. and this is what it looks like on my screen, and none of the buttons do anytthing.

I came across your post and saw that you have started up your Officejet 4630 to see a non familiar language that you would like to change. I have found a guide for you that should help you change the language on your unit to the language of your preference.

I see that you are looking to remove / disable the "Quick Forms" on the Officejet 4630, unfortunately this is not possible. The Quick Forms options is a permanent option on the printers front display.

HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Printer Black Ink not Working

My HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One does not print black ink but the color ink is working perfectly fine even though the ink status shows that there is black ink left. After I've changed a new black ink cartridge, it will start to work again but after one day it stop printing black ink again. I've only printed a page the previous day and the ink status shows that there's black ink left in it (close to full). I've tried the methods stated here (http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c03882718&cc=sg&dlc=en&lc=en&product=5305051) but the black ink still doesn't work. So how can I solve this problem??

Welcome to the HP Support Forums! I see you are running into some print quality issues on your HP Officejet 4630, you are unable to print in black ink, even after replacing the cartridges.
I see you have exhausted the steps listed here: Printer Does Not Print Black Ink or Color Ink, or Prints Blank Pages, with no success.
Please note: There are three printhead cleaning stages. Complete all three stages if necessary. If the printhead is badly clogged, it might require another cleaning cycle. If so, wait 30 minutes after the last (third) cleaning stage to start the first stage of the cleaning process over again.
If you are still unable to print in black ink, I suspect the issue may be the printer and not the cartridge. I highly recommend you call our technical support at 800-474-6836, to see what options they have available for you. If you live outside the US/Canada Region, please click the link below to get the support number for your region.

HP Officejet 4630 e All in One "alignment sheet printing" but it doesn't print anything

HP Officejet 4630 e All in One Stampa pagina di allineamento in corso... bloccata con questa scritta nel display che non riesco a togliere. Sistema operativo Windows 8 64k. Posso aggirare il problema di stampare perchè comunque se scelgo allineamento "No" riesce a stamipare; però lei è occupata con questo messaggio ma non stampa la pagina di allineamento, così non riesco a copiare e a fare altre cose che posso comandare solo col display della stampante. Spero che ci sia qualche italiano in grado di darmi una soluzione. Grazie!

HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Series

Hello,
I have just bought a Mac book Pro and and HP Officejet 4630 printer. I started setting up my printer and since I am in college and using my school's wireless connect. The only way to locate my printer is by changing my wireless connection to the printer name but then I can still not print, and it does not always show up on the settings. I would really like to be able to use my printer.

In a school environment, I suggest using either a USB connect, or the Wireless Direct. If you use the Wireless Direct, I recommend turning it on 'with security'. use the link below to learn more about Wireless Direct.

HP Officejet 4630 e-all -in-one-seeries

I have been trying to print a recipe I have but my printer will not print. I have turned it off and back on. The blue light is solid. The cable is connected. When I push OK to print a black copy it hear a little chime (ding dong) but it will NOT print. Please help me.

Welcome to the HP Support Forums! I see your HP Officejet 4630 will not print/copy your recipe, I would love to get your recipe printed/copied for you but I require a little more information:
1. What is your current Operating system, Windows or Mac and which version?
2. How is the printer connected, USB or Wireless?
3. Are you trying to print the recipe from the computer or trying to copy it from the printer?
4. Where are you printing the recipe from, a web page or a saved file on the computer? If you are using the web which Browser? (IE, Mozilla etc)

My hp officejet 4630 e-All-in-one printer won't connect to the internet

My printer was working fine. I hadn't used it for a few days. Now, all of a sudden it says it's not connected to the internet. I don't know if it's because it's giving a hardware address for MAC or if it has the wrong IP address. I can't figure out any way to give it the new IP address.

OK, that all looks good. Is the firmware updated on the router? Have you restarted the router (pull its power plug momentarily)?

HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Printer

My scans are giant (each page is taking 2-4 minutes to print). Perhaps it's super-super hi res? How can I change the settings so the scan still looks good but the file size is smaller?

HP Officejet 4630 e-All-In-One Printer problem

I have installed all the software and ran all the tests and all areas pass. Test printing comes out just fine. But when I try to send something to the printer, nothing happens, the printer just sits there. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

I still don't believe this, but I took a chance and pulled the USB out, then plugged it back in. It worked.

Sent faxes show wrong date on HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Printer

The date shown on faxes I send show dates in March, 2014; the time of day is correct.
There was nothing in the setup process that referred to dates.

That's the Date and Time on the device (that was set the first time the device is set up). You can update this info on the device using the control panel.

Repacement cartridge for HP officejet 4630 e-all-in-one series

The black cartridge that came with the printer is numbered 61. The replacement that I bought is 61XL. The message i got is that the new one is not compatibile. Why, and what do I do?

How do I change & update my email address with HP? I have a new email I prefer to use.
Also, I have a new Debit Card. I destroyed the previous card because the number was compromised & the bank notified me. Please assist. Can I email customer service? Can I contact customer service somehow. I belong to the automatic ink program set-up for $4.99 per month.
ALSO, I wish to upgrade to $7.99 per month for automatic ink cartridge delivery since I predict I will print more than 100 pages per month. Thanks in advance for anyone who can assist me.

I could not find any settings button, but I was able to scroll down to preferences. From there I selected Country/Region and I confirmed that U.S. was correct. Then I selected Date and Time where I changed the time from 3? PM to 10:08 AM which is my daylight savings time.

Hello, we are unable to complete the software installation process and keep receiving the message " HP printer installation failure: error 1603(25042)We have unistalled the partial install twice now and reinstalled without the USB cord connected and each time its stops us and says that it's not connecting to the driver. We have Windows XP which to be compatabile so we are not sure what to do? How do I know if it's my hard drive? Thanks
