Has it ever worked? Hold volume down (-) while pressing power button. That takes you to BIOS (CMOS setup). Follow the menus for Windows reinstall.

Try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. From iTunes, select the iPad and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad.

No, sounds like when you dropped it an cracked the screen it may have also damaged the logic board or the repair person damaged a cable.

When I call someone, after the conversation is ended, a black screen appears.

Go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Erase All Content and Settings. This will erase your device. Then you will go through the setup screens again as you did when your device was new, and when given the option, select Restore from iCloud Backup.
Let us know if this method does not work.

I'm having trouble with my Time Capsule Airport, I made all the settings according to the manual, but there has been a connection problem with my iMac. When I finish my work I turn off the imac and then again when they return to work and care, it can not connect to Time Capsule Airport, making it impossible to remove the files and make back up by Time Machine only works when I turn off and turn on the Airport Time Capsule , but I think this may end up with the unit. Quando termino meus trabalhos desligo o imac e depois quando retorno pra trabalhar novamente e ligo, ele não se conecta a Airport Time Capsule, impossibilitando retirar os arquivos e fazer o back-up pelo Time Machine, só funciona quando desligo e ligo a Airport Time Capsule, mas acho que isso pode acabar com o aparelho. DO not use long names with spaces and non-alphanumeric names.
Use short names, no spaces and pure alphanumeric.

Wireless name TCwifi
Use WPA2 Personal security with 10-20 character pure alphanumeric password.
read apple instructions to help with TM and TC.. they did finally admit it has issues in Mavericks.

Sounds like the battery is shot and in need of a replacement. You can have Apple replace the battery for a flat fee or you can send it into a third party repair center for a bit less.
Not much else you can do for troubleshooting this one.

You may have locked the screen. Open Control Center by sliding up with one finger from below the bottom of the home screen. The orientation lock control is at the far right of the top row in Control Center (looks like a lock surrounded by a circular arrow). If it is on, the same icon will be in the menu bar. Also note that not all screens will rotate -- the home screen for example will not.

OK, that tutorial is different than what I assume you want. I suspect you want the ability to have users upload images and store the metadata of those images in a database, correct? That tutorial only shows how to upload to a specific location so the image can
be displayed in an iframe.
Search for "php file upload scripts" to see how to upload to a file system and store the metadata in the database.

As you are seeing, DW code is very limited in what it can do. It also generates code that is not up to current standards,and is very difficult to work with if you need to modify it. Basically, it's junk. Forget it and learn how to read and write code. There are tons on tutorials on how to get started with PHP. DW Server behaviors only seem like a time saver in the beginning. In the end, you'll end up wasting more time using them than learning how to code yourself.
