You are not addressing Apple here. This is a user to user forum. Feedback to Apple goes HERE, and click on the appropriate subject. Check, but I know there are longer cables available from Apple. I have a longer one, just cannot remember the exact length.

My cat likes to lick and chew on iPhone charging cables. Only Apple cables, she is not attracted to any others in our home. Has anyone else had this happen.
The Kindle and iPhone cables are right next to each other. She only likes the Apple cable leaving the Kindle cable untouched.

I'll go ahead and suggest it. My cat has chewed (and destroyed) the following:
--two sets of my brother's Apple ear buds
--two sets of my boyfriend's Apple ear buds
--three sets of my own Apple ear buds
-- one Macbook power cord ($80+ to replace)
I went into the Apple store Friday to buy a new power cord. I said to the genius helping me, "I didn't even have that cord for a year. Ye know what happened to it?"
Genius said, "Your cat ate it?"
They're aware of the issue!
WTH secret ingredient is Apple using? My story is no different than the others: cat leaves all other cords alone; seeks out and destroys Apple cords.
The only thing I know for sure is that Apple makes money on cord replacements.

Please make iPhone operate as JUST a phone

I had an experience last summer where my phone crashed on a weekend vacation, and I really needed it for my emergency when my truck broke down in a parking lot. The only way I was able to fix it was to have access to a MAC, WITH USB and iTunes and an internet access. Guess what? They don't have all these accomodations at Inns.
so, Now I'm going on vacation next weekend. I'm bringing my laptop for ONE REASON: to restore my phone if it crashes-and that's only if they have internet access.
this is ridiculous. Please make it so that in an emergency, the phone can be turned on and used AS A PHONE.

When you say crashed, does this mean you weren't able to turn your iPhone on?
Or when turned on, the screen was not responsive?
The iPhone is designed and allows for making an emergency call even if not activated. I use a passcode lock and if I enter the passcode incorrectly, I'm given the option to make an emergency call, or I can bypass entering the passcode altogether to make an emergency call - but I believe this is for a 911 call - not for calling a wrecker service, etc.
Just asking but a pay phone wasn't available anywhere near this parking lot or outside of the building associated with this parking lot? The business or whatever associated with this parking lot wasn't open and/or no phone available?
Has the same occurred since last summer? If this is a common occurrence, I would contact AppleCare or make an appointment at an Apple Store if there is one nearby.

Please make a charge plate to USB converter.

I really want to charge it from my car to USB to the wireless charging plate. I have everything setup except the power connection to my car. Pretty please.

The extra storage would be wonderful, no? I have and love my iPad 2, but I use an Android phone. This is because I use it as my music player, and I can expand it's storage with a 32 gig microSD card. The card is full of my mp3's, and the phone storage handles apps.

Coincidentally I have had the same problem and I am also on Reliance network. I learnt the lesson in an expensive way (Read at Rs.17/min as this is the ISD rate of Reliance for calling to USA). I did mnp (mobile number portability, you oldie!) from Airtel to Reliance. So I had the inactive nano sim of Airtel. I took out the Reliance sim and inserted the Airtel sim into my iPhone 5s. By the time it was serching for the network, I quickly navigated to settings>phone and turned that damned dial assit off. That's it. Now when I inserted the Reliance sim and dialled the toll free numbers it was working perfectly, means free of cost. But I still wonder how come Reliance does not send the post call charge notification after the ISD calls? I had to call 198 to know about the balance deduction.

Please make iPhone pincode location aware! So I don't have to retype my pincode everytime I unlock my iPhone when I'm at home!
For example, my location could be locked to my home wifi connections, so as long as I'm using this connection I'm only once a day asked to give my iPhone pincode. That would be awsome!

But WiFi is off when the phone is locked, so how would it know you were on your WiFi network, and the GPS is off also, so how would it know where you were?
What would be much more useful is facial recognition to unlock the phone.

You cannot delete an Apple ID, you just stop using it. Understand that any apps purchased using that ID can only be updated with it. Apps are tied that ID used to purchase them. If you want to use a new ID for everything, you will need to repurchase any old apps using the new ID.

The Apple ID and Password that was Originally used to Activate the iDevice is required.
If you cannot get this information from the seller

Tks heaps for that, had a look at Store and ITunes sections, not overly helpful unless I am missing something.
My issue is that on my computer she would update her iPhone with Software updates via iTunes.
I have gone and deleted her backups that were still sitting on there.
If I want to update my Apps on my iPhone when due her Apple ID and password request will come up as an option to use that account if I knew the password and it's synced from my Computer even though she has been gone 7 months now. Is it a syncing issue or is her Apple ID stored in my iTunes backups somehow and keeps coming back? Do I need to de-authorize her account from my Computer?

I try to receive data from a SharePoint List by using REST Services. (_vti_bin/ListData.svc)
This approach worked fine for some days, until I get an error 400 with following error message:
"The etag value 1 specified in one of the request headers is not valid. Please make sure only one tag value is specified and is valid."
