I have powerpoint that I created on my Pc. I downloaded "slideshark" to convert it so i can play it on my ipad. Everything was great (fonts, animations, colour) EXCEPT the music did not come through..What is the reason for this??
Perhaps you should ask the developers of the app you used to convert this presentation?

How did you get your songs onto your iPod Touch?
If purchase directly from iTunes you can download them again.
If your iPod is synced to iTunes on a Windows PC, then, sync your iPod to that computer.
If this is your first Mac, are you migrating from a Windows PC?

urgh... just noticed my previous post said i have mountain lion... i meant that i have snow leopard. no idea why i messed that up!
anyway, i just tried reinstalling snow leopard from the usb key that came with the computer. Then, I installed software updates until it told me there were no more updates. After that, I tried the app store again, and it still is giving me the unknown error. really irked by that. may have to take it back to the apple store yet again, to see if i can figure out why the app store won't work. -
I purchased 2 packages of gems for skylanders and only received 1 package. Got email receipts and tried to report problem with link in email on my ipad2 and it keeps coming up with to many https redirects. Can anyone help? Just want my gems :).

However, you can almost avoid Flash altogether by setting YouTube to play the HTML5 version instead.

I don't know about the sound issue. Might be hardware as you think. Try other headphones to check.
