If you set up find my iphone and it is on and it has not been restored, then you may be able to track it or wipe it.
Otherwise there is nothing you can do but report it to the police and change your passwords.

You can't. If your phone is disabled, the data has already been erased...that's the whole point of the passcode. Your only option now is:
Turn your phone off, then force it into recovery mode & restore it:
Leave the USB cable connected to your computer, but NOT your phone, iTunes running, press & hold the home button while connecting the USB cable to your dock connector, continue holding the home button until you see “Connect to iTunes” on the screen. You may now release the home button. iTunes should now display that it has detected your phone in recovery mode, if not quit and reopen iTunes. There is a little chance that your pictures are included in your last iCloud or iTunes backup, if the photos were stored in the camera roll. Otherwise they are probably gone. For the future I would suggest to start saving your photos additionally (in iPhoto etc.) on your Mac or PC or any other cloud storage like Dropbox.

so, I have read the many other threads on this problem:
1. I just installed firefox for the first time - this happens on facebook and many other sites
2. I have reset firefox - did not fix the problem
3. I have checked all my extensions and plug ins for up to date
4. I turned off hardware acceleration
5. I tried disabling all my plug ins
6. I used to use firefox, but it started doing this and I was never able to resolve this and went to chrome.

I'm trying to restore bookmarks from a .json file (as xmarks keeps duplicating and corrupting my list) and Firefox often works really slowly also. The most likely cause is a problem with Java on your system - older and/or messed up Java installations seems to cause this issue sometimes.
To fix:
