My i phone 4 just stopped working, what can I do to fix it?
While in the middle of a phone call, my phone cut out, and when I tried to call back, my phone was simply dead, not working, i've tried charging and re-starting and still nothing...please advise!
Assuming it's not under contract with someone I'd take it to an Apple store and see if they can help.
Does the iPhone icon appear in iTunes when you connect via USB to teh computer?
If so I wonder if the proximity sensor has failed and is turning the display off, or if the display has failed.

Press the Power button for about 10 seconds to shutdown the computer. Wait a couple of minutes then restart. If it restarts OK, then immediately repair the hard drive:
Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions - Mavericks, Lion/Mountain Lion
Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Repair
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported then click on the Repair Permissions button. When the process is completed, then quit DU and return to the main menu. Select Restart from the Apple menu. -
When I try to open up itunes I am getting the message that itunes has stopped working and then microsoft sends an error message to find a solution. What can I do to fix my itunes?

Rebooting your iDevice
Hold down the Sleep (On-Off) and Home buttons together for about 10-15 seconds or until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears - then let go of the buttons. The device should begin to start up.
If this doesn't work then make a Genius Appointment and take it in for service. -

Probably nothing, the phone has a high likelihood of being stolen and if you try to Restore it you will run into Activation Lock. Turn it in to the local authorities.

My mic has stopped working, what can i do?
I don't know if it loose or broken from being dropped but i suddenly stopped working, I can't hear anyone from incoming or outcoming calls and they can't hear me, when i ring someone i can't even hear the dial tone or it calling, but when i put my headset in and mess about with it and push against it, it started to work slightly but not much, but i can hear my music through the headset.
what can it be and what can i do???i would try to restore the device as new then if that doesnt work apple can replace it for nothing if under the warranty if not it is 149$
