Hi.
I have an I phone, but every time it ask for my password due to a new version of whatsapp or other application for example it asks for the password of an old user I had in my previous job attached to a company name that was eliminated. I need it to ask for my password under the new ID I have (not the old one). How can I change in the phone or anywhere else the ID I am currently using so it recognizes me to be able to update things.
I do appreciate your help.

You need to either update those applications from the original Apple ID or delete and redownload them while signed into another one. If doing so would require repurchasing them and the old account’s inaccessible, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.

If you intend to keep using iCloud on your iPad, your best course of action would be to update your Apple ID/iCloud information so that you have a known password and it is associated with an active email address. You may find the following articles helpful:

Try the following....
Go to Settings>icloud, scroll to bottom of screen and tap Delete Account. Then log in using a different ID.

If you do not want to use passcodes, why don't you just go to Settings > General > Passcode Lock and delete the passcode and set the lock to OFF. That will eliminate the problems all together.

If your phone is signed into your old iCloud ID ("email"), you need to delete the existing account then sign back in with your new ID. To do this go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. If the old ID ("username") is an earlier version of your current ID, temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. First I would like you to try the instructions below to sign out of your iCloud account, and then sign in with your new Apple ID.
iOS 6 and later: Go to Settings > iCloud.
If you signed out before changing your Apple ID, enter your current Apple ID to sign in. The data from your iCloud account will download to your device.
If you're still signed in with your previous Apple ID:
Scroll down and tap Delete Account. Depending on what iCloud options are turned on, you'll be asked to confirm that you want to delete data from your device. To confirm, tap Delete. (If you're using iOS 7 and have Find My iPhone turned on, you'll be asked to enter the password for your previous Apple ID. Enter the password, then tap Turn Off.) The data will be deleted from your device, but not from iCloud.
Enter your current Apple ID to sign in. The data from your iCloud account will download again to your device.

I changed my Apple ID on my desktop that syncs with my iphone but when I try to download from the iTunes store it asks for my password with my old ID and then bounces both my old and new passwords.

On your device go to Settings>Store, then tap your Apple ID and sign out.
Also, if you use iCloud, go to Settings>iCloud then scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
You should then be able to sign in using your updated details.

We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove your email addresses from your post (it's not a good idea to post personal info on any public forum).
Is the old account a completely different iTunes account, or is it just a previous primary email address on the same account ? If it's a different account then all content that you download from the store is tied to the account that downloaded it, so only that old account will be able to download updates to its apps.
If it's the same account, just a previous primary email address, then what id shows at the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on your phone ? You could try tapping on that and log out of it and then log back in with the updated version and see what id then shows for updates.

Can someone explain how I can change my Icloud id on my Iphone? When I hit delete it asks me for a password on my old account to turn off "find my phone" before it will delete. Since it is my old account I have forgotten what password I used and I'm concerened to trying a bunch without success and maybe blocking my phone.

If you still have access to your old email address, do the following:
Go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the pimary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email account and verify it. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You should then be able to turn off Find My iPhone with your password. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back and change your primary email address and iCloud ID back to the way it was. You will then be able to go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current ID and password to reconnect to your iCloud account.
If you don't have access to your old email address, you will have to contact Apple to get them to reset the password for it so you can disable Find My iPhone and sign into your iCloud account. You will have to prove your identity to them in order to do so. You can either contact iTunes support for assistance with this (https://ssl.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html), or contact Apple Support (http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/contact/).

Go to settings>store and make sure the new apple ID is logged in at the bottom of the page.
If not, log out of the old one and sign in with the new one.
