Out of nowhere my phone read not accepting device and wasn't accepting a charge
My phone died completely and i have no access to it or anything on it
what can i do?
Do i still have warramty? how do i find out?

Have you tried with other USB cable and with another charger? And in another wall socket? Its rare that in Apple the iPad charges and in your home doesn't. -

Verify that the outlet being used is working.
Try another USB power adapter if available.
If no other USB power adapter is available, try connecting to a high-power USB 2.0 port (not a keyboard). The computer must be turned on and not in sleep or standby mode.
Try another USB cable if available.

Hi, I spilled a small bit of water on my iPhone about 2 weeks ago.I put it in rice for 2 days and left it to itself for a while and its working again ( except the home button is broken).But the ' Charging is not supported with this accessory message' stays on my screen while the phone is locked when it ISN'T plugged in.It still charges,but this message appears when the phone isn't connected to anything.I cleaned the connector and this actually fixed a problem I had that meant the phone wouldn't play music, but this message is still on the screen.Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks
Try Jailbreaking it, it should do something, and because you have your device on iOS 5.x then i recommend that you use Absynth to Jailbreak your device, that may get rid of the message, you might anlso try restoring your iPhone completely or just from a back-up, or if you do jailbreak your device you could delete the launch daemon that gives you the notification...

New BT aura 1500 base unit isn't charging phones

I have just purchased a brand new set of BT aura 1500 trio phones. I have followed the instructions and plugged the base and charging units in but not the phone line and taken the battery tabs out. Two of the phones are charging in the 'charger' bases but the phone in the main base isn't charging. I have tried putting that phone in one of the other charger bases and it charges but none of the phones charges in the main base. What is the problem and how do I fix it?
Thank youThe fault must be in the main base unit then. Is the red answer machine light illuminated? If so the base has power, so unless there is a "dirty" connector for the phone I think you need to get a replacement.
It might be the plug in transformer - if you a "multi plug" transformer you could test for this. -

Check battery temperature if your Z1 isn't charging
If you press *#*#4636#*#* in the dialing screen it'll show you the battery temperature. I think there is a bug which causes the battery temperature to be determined as unusually low. If the temperature is below 4 or 5 degrees Celsius then it won't charge.
Mine even goes as low as -30 degrees Celsius which is ridiculous! If I keep my phone connected to charger for days, if the temperature rises above zero, only then the phone charges.
I think the issue started after Kit Kat was advertised twice on my phone. I reset my phone to factory settings, repaired my phone through PC Companion, pressed volume & power button, pressed the red button, nothing fixes the **bleep** false temperature of the battery.
If your phone is not charging then you should see if your phone has the battery temperature bug or not.A quick search in the forum shows a lot of people are complaining that their Z1 isn't charging.
Please go to the dialling screen and enter this code *#*#4636#*#* and check the battery health. I'm sure your battery temp is showing unusually low (hence wrong) and the battery circuit is stopping it from being charged. I'm sure this is a bug but unless Sony makes a note of it, we cannot expect any resolution.
Is there any way to report such bug?
Please note*** If you phone is charging properly then the battery temp will be fine *which is why* it is charging so please do not post and say your battery temp is fine.
People who are unable to charge their phone, THEY should be checking their battery temp and report if the temp is showing abnormally low or not, like mine is at -30 degrees and not charging. -
Tried to install iOS 7 and it said I needed to connect my phone to iTunes, so I did and then it said my phone wasn't updated to the software now my phone isn't working! all it's doing is showing a iTunes logo with a charger thing under it and won't let me cancel or anything
After connecting your iPhone to the computer did you restore using the iTunes on your computer?

ok so i plugged my phone in the charger when it was around 40% and when i came back 5 min. later it was then at 38%. I had to go and when i got back home i plugged it in the charger around 5% and it went down all the way to 0% but was still on because it was in the charger. It popped up to 2% but then started decreasing again. I took it out of the charger and let it die and reset it. when i plug it in, it says that it is charging, it just isn't doing it. Its been dead but on the charger for about an hour and still is dead. I have tried different plugs, cables, plugging it into my mac. etc. HELP ME!Hey jenntoth14,

Try a different apple charging cable, a different computer, and a different wall socket. Clean out your charging port with compressed air also. Reset your phone, hold the home and off button down until the apple symbol comes up. If none of this works , then you probably have a bad battery.

My iPhone 4s is stuck on a black screen that shows a USB cable connecting to iTunes. The phone will not turn on and the iTunes logo as I described only shows up when I plug the phone into the charger or my computer. I have tried the reset in restore mode as well as the DFU? mode and it still will not work. I have the latest version of iTunes on my Mac. My error code was 2002. I also tried it on my laptop (windows 8.1) and none of the above worked. My error code on my laptop was 02. The phone is through Verizon and it has absolutely no damage. It was working fine up until this and I have been trying to fix it for 2 days. Please help! I am unsure of what version the phone was currently running on before this because I have another iphone that's my primary phone and have not used this one in about a month. I do not believe it was updated to IOS 7.
Your iPhone is in recoverty mode at the moment so to possibly get it back up and running you would need to do a restore as you have been trying. Follow the steps in the article below for the specific error messages you have been receiving. If after following all steps the issue remains book an appointment at a local Apple Retail Store to have the iPhone evaluated.

With your phone plugged in, open Image Capture and see if the iPhone shows up. If not, you are having a sync problem. If it shows up in Image Capture, but not iTunes, I'd delete iTunes and reinstall it.

If your device has been jailbroken during the warranty, Apple will not service it.
