My phone crashed earlier & indicates that i need to reactivate it so after trying to restore it about 500 times & failing i need help the error code it comes up with is -1 please help ?

Error -1 is a hardware failure.

You can reset the phone and it won't cause any problems or cause you to lose any data - Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Silver Apple appears.
The other thing you should do is to reset your network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. You will have to set up your Wifi again, but that oftentimes clears things up.

Quit Aperture, if it is running/ hanging.
Remove the file com.apple.Aperture.plist from the folder
Your home folder > Library > Preferences
The User Library is hidden by default. You can reveal it from the Finder's "GO" menu:
Finder > Go, then hold down the options ⌥ key, until the Library appears in the drop-down menu, select it and open the Library folder. Then go to the "Preferences" sub folder and remove the file
your Home Folder/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Aperture.plist.
After removing the user preferences file, you will have to reset the Preferences, you selected in Aperture's preferences panel.

Errors 3000-3999 (3004, 3013, 3014, 3018, 3164, 3194, and so on): Error codes in the 3000 range generally mean that iTunes cannot contact the update server (gs.apple.com) on ports 80 or 443.
Update to the latest version of iTunes.
Verify the computer's date and time are accurate.
Check that your security or firewall software is not interfering with ports 80 or 443, or with the server gs.apple.com.
Follow Troubleshooting security software. Often, uninstalling third-party security software will resolve these errors.
An entry in your hosts file may be redirecting requests to gs.apple.com (see "Unable to contact the iOS software update server gs.apple.com" above).
Internet proxy settings can cause this issue. If you are using a proxy, try without using one.
Test restoring while connected to a known-good network.
Error 3002: If you experience this error while updating an iPod touch (2nd generation) or iPhone 3G, please use the standard update or restore process in iTunes (click Update or Restore).
Error 3014 may indicate that you need to free up more disk space on the computer before trying to restore again.

I need to install Firefox, but every time I try and download it, the downloaded file is corrupted and I cannot install Firefox on my Windows 7 Desktop PC

I had Firefox installed as my standard webbrowser, but recently it started having problems in regards to websites, some websites wouldn't work as they should. For instance I couldn't open my hotmail email account, it was just a blank white page. Or I would get just code and text on a site that I would normally see images and a designed lay-out. The problems started after I used a demo PC-cleaning program, which removed unnecessary files from my computer. I figured it removed necessary files for firefox to work properly. So I uninstalled Firefox using the uninstaller (but keeping bookmark information etc.) and tried dowloading Firefox 5.0 but the download always crashes or gives me a corrupt file

Do a clean (re)install:
* Download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
* Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
* Don't remove personal data when uninstalling.
* It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
You can initially skip the step to create a new profile, that may not necessary for this issue.

HT1222 I have a Ipod touch 5th generation and for got my passcode and need to change it but every time I connect it to itune I get a error message say it has tobe unlock before it can be restored

My wife and I brought a Ipod touch 5th generation for our grandson after which he let a bully at school take it from him and change the passcode. We retrieved the ipod from the young man with a fare amount of run around. But now we are lockout. of it and when we look up how to reset it we where told to connect to itune,but when doing so I got a error message stating that the device had to be unlock before it could be restored. If you restored to factory settings/new iPod and still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem.
