Attempted to download new ios 8.2 software, I can't use my phone now as it is saying connect to iTunes?! So I connected to iTunes and it isn't doing ANYTHING.
THIS IS CRAZY!!! Apple - GET YOUR CRAP TOGETHER!! Don't release an update if it isn't ready!!!!I just had my phone 5c screen replaced and it was working fine until I tried updating it 30 mins later, I was getting error messages and couldn't move past the Apple logo. so when I tried a factory restore I get a message saying It cannot restore or update my phone. Now my phone is stuck on restore mode screen and cannot load anything. I've tried restore on multiple computers and updating to latest itunes versions. Anyone know whats going on?

My iphone 3g is stuck on the apple logo and wont even turn off, or connect to itunes. what do i do?
I've got the same problem.
I wanted to download the new itunes version for iphone but it got stuck. I had no choice but disconnecting my iphone. Then I couldn't sync it anymore.
I switched off my phone by holding down the sleep button but it has never successfully switched off. The round thing still turns.
I've tried to connect it back to the itunes. This is the error message I get: itunes can't connect to the iphone. Code 0xE8000065. I tried to find out what error message this is but the apple support site I saw didn't mention this error code.
Can anyone help? Thaaanks! -

Connect it to your computer with the cable and launch iTunes - do exactly what it is telling you to do. You must set the device up again using iTunes since you erased it.

Thanks. I have followed all the instructions as recommended and nothing has worked so it looks like the restore/update may have been interrupted - would loss of internet connection do this?
Yes it would, possibly even brick it.
Have successfully connected my ipod nano with iTunes so looks like the device driver is working.
Can I use my ipod nano USB connector to check?
It is not much help to you, since the device that you need still not recognized.
Anyway looks like I may have to swallow the loss of data. Have set-up a call for tomorrow with Apple support so will wait until after this before doing the factory restore!
Good luck, but if you expect miracle from that call good luck again. -
