HELP! I have a new computer and have loaded the i-tunes software, but under Source List, I do not see "My i-pod", and it was previously set as "automatic update", so I am afraid to connect my i-pod b/c it will be wiped clean!!! I'll loose everything. What do I do? Thanks!!!

Well, you won't see it in the Source List until it is connected.
Unless it's a shuffle?
Anyway - to keep iTunes from auto updating the iPod when you plug it in, check this out

  • Source of supply () not in source list (27423/0010) despite source list req

    Hello,
We have soon upgrading APO in 7.0 version.
We have a SAP R/3 in 4.7 version.
APO created Purchase Requirements in SAP R3 with two kind of processes :
    - Heuristics
    - Deployment
In SAP R3 we have several database to maintain in order to affect correctly these Purchase Requirements to the good plant and the good scheduling agreement :
    - info record
    - scheduling agreement
    - source list in wich we attached the number of the scheduling agreement
When we manage the heuristic, there is no problem .The Purchase Requirements are send via the C5 transaction.
When we manage the deplyment, we have the message "Source of supply () not in source list (27423/0010) despite source list req" - The purchase requirements of the deployment are sent directly to SAP R3.
I tried to compare the database of a OK item and a NOK item but I can'tfound something different.
Have you ever had this kind of problem ?
Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi Jingco,
I guess you have the PIR( Pur.Info record maintained ) in R/3 and CIFed to generate the Ext. Procurement relationship.
Please check that the Source of Suppy in Source list (ME01) is same as maintained in PIR.
revert back if still it doesn't help.
    Regards

  • Source of supply not in source list despite source list req.

I'm getting a log message "Source of supply (5300001019) not in source list (WCA0027/1001) despite source list req." when we run the SNP production planning (cdpsb0).
we are using APO and created an external procurement relationship based on the source list in ECC.  i tested with 2 setups: with check and without check on the material master - purchasing (source list). I'm getting the same error.
    whatelse should i check?

  • IPOD Nano not in source list

OK... I've read several threads, and there doesn't seem to an answer out there...
The other night while updating my Nano (the second day I had it) it disappeared from the source list and hasn't reappeared. About half of my MP3s updated to it before it died. Now it just says "Do not disconnect" for days at a time. I can see the device in Windows XP explorer as an unnamed mass drive, but iTunes won't list the device as a source and I can't see any of the options for it. I've done all of the "R's" as far as resetting... even reinstalled iTunes from the web to ensure I had the latest version.
    Any help out there?
    Nano   Windows XP

This worked for me after downloading that confounded 3_23 update:
    1. Go to Start > Run
    2. Type "diskmgmt.msc" (without quotes). If it tells you it can't find that program, try it without the ".msc"
    3. That opens the Disk Management program.
    4. You should see your Ipod listed as one of the "volumes." It may not be identified as an Ipod; might just say "removable storage device" or something like that. You can tell it's your Ipod by the gig space shown. If it's a 4 gig Ipod, you should see something like 3.7 gig shown (less if you've filled it with music already).
    5. Right-click on that device and choose "Format..."
    6. Choose the "FAT32" option and click "OK" or whatever it displays to start formatting (I forget, and I'm not testing it again now!)
    7. You will lose any music files on the Ipod, but when it's done, your PC and Itunes should recognize the Ipod, and it should then work normally.
Be careful in that Disk Management program. You could wipe your hard drive if you choose drives incorrectly.

  • Ipod icon not in 'source' list

HELP! On accedent...(I didn't think I needed to read the manual because by brother was showing me how to work it) I disconected the iPod when it said 'do not disconnect' just a couple of times. Is that a big deal? Only once has the little ipod icon appeared in the 'source' list. It isn't appearing now. It won't download or upload (or whatever) my other songs that I just put into my library. I tried 'authorizing' and 'deauthorizing'. It worked once, but it won't work now. Apparently, a bunch of people are having trouble with iTunes 5.0. Apple are you out there? What do I do? ANYBODY...PLEASE HELP!!!

Never mind I sort of fixed that. I REregistered my ipod, and now it recognizes my ipod. But it won't let me load on the songs I bought from the music store, only the songs from my cd's. I tried to deauthorize my computer, but I don't think that did anything. That may be because I don't have the main desktop, I have my own seperate desktop. If you know what to do...please tell me!!

  • 1st Gen Nano not in Source List!

My 1st generation, 4GB IPOD nano was stuck on the apple logo...I forced it into disk mode, formatted it, connected it to a brand new install of Itunes 7.5. Itunes restored it, and it said "your Ipod is restarting and will appear in the source list when it's restarted". The Ipod restarts, but NEVER appears in the source list.
Otherwise it appears to be functioning normally (with no songs on it of course!) I can access all of the functions of the IPOD when it's disconnected.
Interestingly, it DOES appear in the source list when I use Rhapsody (it's identified as an "Apple Ipod").
Also, Itunes DOES recognize a DIFFERENT IPOD nano (also first generation). Therefore, I'm 99% sure the problem is the IPOD itself, and not my computer or the cable.
I have formatted and restored it several times, always with the same result.
I've tried this with 3 different computers, always with the same result.
Also, when I plug the IPOD into the computer, Windows offers to use either Windows Media Player or Rhapsody to manage it, but does not even offer to use ITUNES.
I've searched the Knowledge Base, as well as this forum, but have not yet found a case where anyone gets as far as me without their problem being resolved.
    Anybody have any ideas?
    Thanks!
    Tony

When your iPod is set to automatically update with iTunes, it will eject when finished and disappear from the source list. If you want it to stay in the source list, you can either check 'Enable Disk Use' or set your iPod to manual updating in iPod Options.
Note that if you use either of these, you'll need to manually eject your iPod before you can disconnect it.

  • Fixed vendor in source list not recognized by MRP

    Hi
I have a source list (ME01) with a listed info record for a particular plant/purch.orgvendor/material combo.
I have ticked the fixed vendor tick and flagged it as MRP relevant (MRP=1).
When I run the MRP the purchase requisition is created but the vendor field in the purchase requistion is empty. Somehow the MRP does not recognize the source list settings. No fixed vendor is allocated to the purchase requisition.
Validity period of source list is checked.
I have checked the User exit LMEQR001, but nothing is implemented.
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks in advance,
    Lars

    Hello Lars,
    Please check the following settings in cutomization;
    SPRO>>Materials Management>>Purchasing>>Environment Data>>Define Default Values for Buyers.
Select : Double Click:  Settings for Default Values.
Now select the group and go to Source determination Tab.
In tab under pre-setting of automatic source dtermination indicator.
Tick the check boxes Create purchase requistion and create purchase order vendor unknown.
Note: In ME01, if your vendor is external  then you have maiantain thye vendor in vendor fileld. If vendor is internal (say plant to plant transfer) then vendor needs to be maintained under ppl field.

  • Source list is not getting in shopping cart

    hi friends,
i am not getting the source list in the shopping cart for the particular material even though i am maintaining in backend and maintained in the web (vendors list) as a high priority vendor. To create a PO in the backend i need to maintain source of supply.so Anyone please give me the solution.
    thanks
    chakradhar

i think you can not use source list as source of supply in srm though you are in classic mode.
but you can refer the backend conract in the newly creating vendor list.
and select a backend system and search a contract.
    and release a vendor list

  • MPN Material - Source list not included issue

    Hi,
I am trying to create a purchase order for a material which has a MPN material # specified in the source list. When I create the purchase order, I get the error "Source not included in list despite source list requirement".
I do not get the error when I remove the MPN material # from the source list.
I looked at MM03 for MPN material # and it looked correct.
    Please help.
    Nicky

    Hi
There are 2 settings for source list requirment mandatory at PO.
    1) Material Master record > Purchasing view
    2) IMG>MM>Purchasing>Source list>Define at plant level
if the setting is active then you have maintain the source list for that particular material.
if the above setting are not there and still you are getting error then you have to check if any enhancements done .
    Hope it helps

  • MM Source List export to SRM Vendor List

    Hi Friends ,
I learnt that  we need to create the Vendor List in SRM separtly .
Can any one suggest/ confirm me , whether the Source List  craeted in ECC , can be export to SRM ?
    If yes , how ?
    Regards
    NAP

source list is not vendor list
    like
backe end contract you can transfer to local tract by SAP report.
    but not like source list.
As Virender said , you can not transfer a source list to SRM from ECC as a Vendor list
SAP has designed vendor list like source list with little feature .but vendor list or supplier list not so popular .

  • My playlists show how many titles are in the playlist but does not show the list of titles

my playlists show how many titles are in the playlist but does not show the list of titles. Is there a setting that I hit by mistake to hide the content?

Perhaps you have made one column extra wide and the window isn't currently showing the Name column. Try resizing columns, turning off those that you don't need, or scrolling sideways.

  • Generate Source List while creating Contract/Scheduling Agreement

    Hi,
My requirement is that the Source List for the particular Material / Vendor should be created automatically when I am creating a new Contract / Scheduling Agreement.
    How can this be acheived.
    Thanks in Advance,
    Manju.

Create an LSMW so that while loading contract itself you can also load source list.

  • I cannot download photos from my digital camera to Iphoto (version '09). I have been able to successfully do this up to 4 days ago but not yesterday. My camera/device is recognized in the Source List but photos won't download for me to import to library.

I cannot download photos from my digital camera (via a cable) to Iphoto (version '09). I have been able to do this successfully up til 4 days ago but not yesterday (Dec. 25th). My camera/device is recognized in the Source List, but when it tries to download the photos, all I get are the words "Loading Photos" in the area where the thumbnail pictures usually display. The little "gear" symbol next to the words but it just goes round and round. Nothing ever downloads, and instead of showing me how many pictures there are to import it just says "No photos". So therefore I cannot import the photos to my library since they won't even download.
I was getting an error message a few days ago that my Iphoto library was getting full, so I emptied my trash in both Iphoto and on my computer. I had this same problem back in October and emptying the trash and getting rid of some photos did help (can I really be using that much storage space for the pictures?). But it didn't help this time.
Any suggestions as to what to do to solve the problem? I would try taking the SD card out and inserting that into the slot on the computer to see if I could load pictures that way; but the last time I did that, they wouldn't load. Not sure if I lost pics from the disc or not.
    Thank you,
    Novice50

    1. You did not get an error message telling you that your iPhoto library was getting full. You got a message telling you that your HD was getting full, right?
OS X needs about 10 gigs of hard drive space for normal OS operations - things like virtual memory, temporary files and so on.
Without this space your Mac will slow down as the OS hunts for space on the disk, files will be fragmented, also slowing things down, apps will crash and the risk of data corruption - that is damage to your files, photos, music - increases exponentially.
Your first priority is to make more space on that HD. Nothing else can be done until you do.
Purchase an external HD and move your Photos and Music to it. Both iPhoto and iTunes can run perfectly well with the Library on an external disk.
Your Library has been damaged from being run on an overfull disk.
How much free space on it now?
