my itunes store page is blank. What can i do to fix this?

Try a reset, then restore. If that doesn't work, Apple will do an out-of-warranty exchange for $300 + tax.

Next time that happens while on WiFi, turn WiFi off in settings, wait about 30 seconds or so, then turn WiFi back on. Sometimes you have to do this two or three times, but this fixes that issue as well.

You can middle-click or Ctrl left-click the Home button on the Navigation toolbar to open the Home page in a new tab.

I had this same problem. Tried everything the internet said including a full restore. Which was terrible. Nothing worked until.....go to general...reset....reset all settings.
You had to go back in and reset anything you customized afterwards, however it does not allow the store to load. Thanks!

I have installed the latest version of I Tunes but the ITunes store page will not load. Anyone got any suggestions?

Hi ...
From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Appearance tab.
Make sure: Display images when the page opens is selected.
If that box was already selected, try deleting the cache associated with Safari. (not the same as emptying the cache from the Safari menu bar.)
Quit Safari if it's open.
Go to ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db
For Lion v10.7x: To find the Home folder in OS X Lion, open the Finder, hold the Option key, and choose Go > Library
Move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Try Safari.

App Store updates gives a blank screen

Opened App Store app and selected update. Alligator is blank screen. The other choices, featured, etc seem to being fine. I tried a shutdown, restart. Problem continues. Notei have same problem on iPad and iPad mini. Don' t dare try on iPhone

App store giving me a blank screen... Sigh...

This morning I received a firmware update from Apple. Installed it and my mouse suddenly started jumping all over the screen. After hours of searching I deleted everything out of my preferences folder. That fixed the issue but I had to reset all my filters and stuff in Photoshop and Illustrator, frustrating. Next I attempted to view my account information in the App Store via OSX Lion, nothing, blank screen.
I'm starting to feel like a PC user... LOL

Seems to work fine for me. Everything in the itunes store is the same as a website so if you are having a problem. It is probably an issue at their end.

Tap the home button to close the AppStore app. Double tap home button to bring up list of recently used apps. Tap and hold the AppStore app icon in this list. When they jiggle tap on the delete badge. Tap the home button again to restore to normal state. Now launch your AppStore app.

My Iphone 5s blank screen and can hear voice command when i press the home button

My Iphone 5s was coming up with voice command and driving me nuts. After trying to reset the phone now I just have a blank screen. when i goes to restart the apple icon will show then the voice command lady will talk in the back ground but still no screen.

Try one of these 4Rs toubleshooting steps:
Restart:
1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
2. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Note: You will not lose any data
