My icloud has a different email and it wants me to sign in to my account but i don't have an account with that address how do I get icloud to take the right address
My Icloud keeps asking me for my apple ID password my problem is that the user name icloud has on the request isn't my apple ID name its another email address that i have
I need to figure out how to change the ID name on the icloud so I can enter my corect password
Your iCloud account is tied to your Apple ID account - if you go into System Preferences>iCloud>Account Details, you'll see the associated email address. If you need to change your iCloud prefs, change your Apple ID - http://www.apple.com/support/appleid/.

You cannot. If someone else told you there is a way then they will need to show you. After Effects requires a 64-bit system and the latest release requires Mac OS X v10.8 or v10.9 minimum

Thank you for your reply, I did go to my general settings, but for some odd reason I don't have a restrictions setting, or a reset setting. I thought I could reset all the setting to see if it could be that, but as I said there aren't any.
My husband also has the iPad 2, and also did the software update and hasn't had any problems at all. I took both iPad's and compared the settings thinking maybe there could be a setting that could have been changed when the update was done. -
How can I use pdf pack to convert cubase documents (music scores) into pdfs? I am looking for the former possibility to install acrobat like a printer but i don't have this option with "pdf pack". Can you help?

What format are those music scores (I'm not familiar with cubase documents). But, it may be that Adobe PDF Pack doesn't support that format. In that case, Acrobat is the way to go. You can then print your files to PDF as you'd like. You're welcome to try Acrobat for free for 30 days to see whether it's going to work for you. If you decide it is, and you'd like to use it going forward, you could convert your PDF Pack subscription into an Acrobat subscription.

I need your expert advice to proceed. I bought apple TV and it works fine with my iPad and iPhones also fine with itune of my Mac Book Pro BUT I am not seeing setting which says "Airplay Mirroring" in system preference -> Display at all.
I checked my mac serial number and it shows the model as below. As far as I understood this feature should be there from 2011 onwards.

Had asked for help with iCloud 3 weeks ago. Cloud has my old email and I no longer know the password, wont't let me sign in with new email. When I talked with apple cust service they assured me that everything associated with apple would change over. NO it did not! Cannot find how to get cloud to change this. My Iphone says I have not backed up in 9 weeks because of iCloud. Can anyone help me or give me some advise please

Sandie PSame thing happened to me. My son's iPod touch suddenly started indicating that my "username or PW had changed" or was "incorrect" so I paid Apple $30 to find out that all that was required was updating the software by plugging his iPod into my computer & syncing with iTunes. My problem was then solved.

The list of open web pages, which normally sits bottom right on my screen, flipped to the left. How can I move it back to the right?

Then the cursor became a thing like a crossroads and I clicked where I wanted to put the list of open pages but nothing happened.You may have placed the bookmarks icon on the Navigation Toolbar to open the bookmarks in the sidebar instead of the bookmarks menu button that opens a drop down list.<br />
There are two icons available for opening or accessing the bookmarks that both have a star.<br />
The icon with the drop marker opens the drop down list with the bookmarks (Bookmarks Menu button).<br />
The other, without the star, opens the bookmarks in the sidebar, just like the Ctrl+B shortcut or View > Sidebar > Bookmarks

My iphone4 has the correct Apple ID in the information settings section and asks me to login to my ID most of the time but when I try to update my apps, it asks me to login with an ID that isn't mine. I deleted the wrong ID from my itunes but it still won't let me login with my own ID to update apps. How do I get my iphone on the same page?
How did you obtain these apps? All apps are DRM protected & tied forever to the account used to originally obtain them. They cannot be transferred to another Apple ID(account), nor can they be updated using any Apple ID other than the one that was used to originally obtain them.

I have an Ipad and Iphone but I don't have an Airprint at home but only a WIFI printer, my question is if I connect the wifi printer to Airport express, can I print from Ipad and Iphone ? Please help me if anyone knows about this.
Unfortunately, connecting a non-AirPrint-enabled printer to an AirPort base station's USB port will not make it AirPrint-ready.
You will need to use another solution, like Printopia, to be able to print to this printer from an iOS device. -

How do I get Siri to use the right name when I use it to send emails?
I reset my user name in iCloud, and made sure that I changed the "My Info" to the right name. Everytime I send an email using Siri, the wrong name shows up as the sender.
I even deleted the wrong name from all of my contacts. Does it take a few minutes for the proper name to progate through the system?the "rests" bit reminded of some post I'd recently seen with a similar issue. i couldn't find that one, but this one suggests that the interface itself may not be compatible with the current versions of OS X.
