In the AirPort Utility, I selected the Advanced tab, and then selected Port Mapping.
Q: What service do I choose from the drop-down menu? Also, where do I enter the two ports you mentioned? Public UDP Port(s)? Public TCP Port(s)? Private IP Address: Private UDPPort Private TCP Port?

Curretly, there is an iCloud blackout. It started this morning around 2AM California time (Pacific), 5AM New York (Eastern). A lot of people have been having issues all day, including me. No iCloud services are online. Even Find My iPhone is down.

iCloud Mail Settings

Both my ipad2 and iphone 4 will not connect to the wifi, but main main computer and laptop will. we were using both the phone and pad last night before going to sleep now both are still not picking up wifi ??

Try rebooting your router. Turn it off for a minute or two, then back on.

Both my iPods and my iPad are freezing up at the same spot why trying to sync with iTunes. What's going on?

Several times and with several different iPods I've been trying to sync with iTunes and it gets to 653 of 661 and freezes up. Nothing will work I have to power down and reboot. Even if I do a smaller selection with just a few songs it is freezing up a few songs away from finishing. I've updated and run diagnostics, now both my iPods are empty and I can't figure out what to do next. Can anyone help me out here?

Try this,
Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes, Sync and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

Same application on both ipod touch and iphone

Is it possible that you're not supposed to be able to use the same Free Application (in this case New York Times) on both iPod Touch and iPhone 3G? I seem to be able to access NYT on my iPod but not on my iPhone.

I'm still puzzled. I am logged in to the same iTunes account.
And both my iPod Touch and iPhone are said to be properly synced. Both of them have five different applications that I really like (New York Times, Wunder Radio, etc.). These applications all appear on my Home Page of both iPod Touch and iPhone but they only work on the iPod Touch.
I can't figure it out.
The only clue I have to offer is that a couple of times the applications will work if the iPhone is miles away from my computer and my iPod Touch. Could that mean something?

"All his information" may or may not include things customarily stored in iCloud. Perhaps all the information is on both devices because they were both recently synced using the same iTunes sync.
Do you have to have iTunes Match? No. Many folks do not have iTunes Match. The music purchased from iTunes is always available to the purchaser. Other music is stored in iTunes on the person's computer.

Start by working throudh the Troubleshooting iOS and WiFi knowledge base article and see if that helps the situation. When you get to shutting down the router, be sure to disconnect power as shutdown on some is really just standby mode.

Both my iPad and iPhone have stopped receiving e-mail from Comcast using the Mail app.

This is really frustrating. I just spent an hour on the phone with a fairly good Comcast tech, and he couldn't solve the problem. They said it might be because Mail goes through iCloud, and iCloud may be having trouble.
I have tried restarting both the iPad and iPhone, changing ports, deleting and re-setting up the comcast mail account, etc. I am able to view my e-mail on my MacBook Pro using Outlook, and the Comcast website e-mail is also OK.
Any suggestions? It would be good if I could talk to an Apple tech, but apparently that is not an option.

I had not changed any settings before this problem occured. Both Mail apps on the iPad and iPhone just crashed. I believe in causality (I am a Physicist), so probably it wasn't anything on my iPad or iPhone.
It has become all too common for tech companies to blame anyone but themselves. As a customer with little control or input, I find this infuriating.
Now, both my iPad and iPhone have started working again, after nearly 6 hours w/ out e-mail working.
Maybe it was sunspots!

UDPATE:
Spoke with Express lane, and issue was escalated. Kudos to the support guys that handled this one (Brian and Yi). Went through everything in detail and took all the crash dumps off the iphones and ipads to send to engineering.
After backing up the contacts, the recommendation was to delete all contacts in iCloud. Doing that caused my iCloud to crash (in the browser), so more crash dumps were sent to apple.
Eventually got all contacts deleted, then did a resync. Looks like IOS devices are coming back to life and syncing again.
Also, Outlook iCloud connector has just been updated to ver 1.0.1 so i installed that on their recommendation.
BOTTOM LINE workaround:
1. Backup contacts
2. Delete contacts in iCloud
3. Delete accounts on IOS devices
4. Recreate accounts on IOS devices.
Hoping a real root cause can be found and real fix implemented. This has caused me to doubt the stability of iCloud, so i will procees with caution.
