My iCloud/me email won't load on my iPad.

After I installed iOS 5, I migrated my MobileMe to iCloud. Now my me.com email won't load on my iPad and I can't see any of my contacts on my iPad (but i can access my @me email account by going to icloud on my computer. When I try to load my @me email address on my iPad, I get an error message that adam email address is already taken and that I need to create a new iCloud account. I already had an apple ID and an @me email address before installing ios 5. My family uses a different apple id for itunes than the apple id i use for icloud. Thanks for any advice on how to fix this.

I'm having the exact same problem. It does not seem to be a settings issue but rather some sort of "problem" with mac mail. My Exchange provider was able to setup my mailbox on a test machine running Mavericks and everything pulled in fine, however I cannot duplicate on my upgraded system.
I was able to get rebuild my mailbox and get the older messages within my Exchange inbox, however none of my folders and old messages outside of the Inbox are downloading/synching.
**NOTE** I contacted Apple SUpport and they told me to call my email provider. I called my email provider which did as described above and they don't see a problem. SO as suspected it has something to do with the Mavericks update but I'm not sure Apple is willing to help. I might try contacting them one more time and see.

Have you tried clicking on the lock to see it it will then ask for a passwored. Otherwise, try reblooting.

I am experiencing similar problems with my iPhone 4s and 5s, from reading similar posts their are a large number of people having the same issue so I would wait it out before taking the drastic action of a restore, which I have already attempted and has made no odds. I believe it may be an issue on Apple's end.

Try re downloading the book. You won't be charged again.
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
And tap Settings > General > Restrictions
Make sure Restrictions is not turned on.

Try this:
1. Close all apps in the Task Bar. Double-click the Home button and hold apps down for a second or two. Tap the minus sign to close app.

My verizon email won't load in Firefox, but loads using IE. Even if I copy the same webaddress.

I have my homepage set up to view my Verizon webmail. Out of no-where, it suddenly will not load the email. I get the headings and some tabs but no email. It loads fine on Internet explorer. There's no proxy. So I've no idea what to do.

You can check the network.http.* prefs on the about:config page and reset all bold user set network.http prefs to the default value (network.http.proxy.keep-alive should be true) via the right-click context menu > Reset.

I have an imap account through GoDaddy. That email keeps getting "stuck" on my ipad. Says there are 137 messages but won't download them. Just keeps "checking for mail" and and "downloading 1 of 137" with the spinning circle, but nothing downloads. I get the email on my iphone and on Outlook. GoDaddy says it is not a problem with the account. I have deleted the account and re-configured several times. I have down a reset on the iPad2. Nothing seems to work. I do get exchange email, mobile me email, and email on another pop account, but not my GoDaddy personal domain imap account.

I called godaddy twice, visited Verizon, hard reset my phone, deleted all info and completely restarted my iphone from scratch....then finally figured out what the issue has been. As your post suggests....there must have been one or two emails in my webmail inbox that I had to get rid of so the current emails would finally come through on my iphone. My problem...not able to receive emails on my iphone...opposed to ipad...however your solution worked perfectly.
I'm assuming the problem started when I found an archive email I needed to follow-up on....I moved this archive email to my inbox(from sent folder or other proper folder).

You can't go to icloud.com using Safari on an iOS device, if that's what you're trying to do. You have to go there from your computer.

TS4425 I follow the directions to accept the iCloud TOS but they never load on my iPad, iPhone or PC, which means I can't get Photo Stream on my Apple TV. Anyone else having this problem?

Keychain data won't load into new iPad Air. Contacts, Calendars, do

Currently I use an iCloud keychain on both a Yosemite iMac and a older iPad. After setting up a new iPad Air 2, using my iTunes restore, Calendars, contacts, bookmarks, everything works fine, but Keychain (Safari passwords & autofill) is empty. It doesn't ask another device for a code. Does't sync. Tried deleting back to new and restoring again, still no iCloud Keychain.
Safari websites on the new iPad ask if I want to save passwords to my iCloud Keychain , and do.... despite the fact that the items are in the original keychain, the one I cannot access.
Any suggestions?

If you are having an issue with syncing your new iPhone with the information that is in iCloiud (and on your other devices) we should make sure that iCloud is set up correctly on the iPhone. See this page for directions -

iTunes and the iTS are under the 'Music' icon on the iPad.
The App Store is a default program and should be present. Have you updated to iOS 5.1.1?
