Unfortunately, you cannot delete it. You would have to enter the password in order to delete the old Apple ID from your device. If you do not remember the password, please visit: https://iforgot.apple.com/ If this doesn't work, please directly contact Apple.

1. log into the client to delete
2. go into SCC5 and delete client
3. log into another client and delete entry with SCC4
4. reorg database to recover database space.
Actually, if you check "on" the little "Delete Entry from T000" checkbox, you can skip step 3.
One other way of deleting a client which could give significant performance gain and save time is at OS level using - R3trans
To delete a client( eg: 100 ), you have to create a command file "del100" with following entries
Clientremove
Client = 100
Select *
Place the command file in /usr/sap/trans/bin
$ cd /usr/sap/trans/bin
$ R3trans w <log file name> -u 1 <command file name >
e.g $ R3trans -w del100.log -u 1 del100
To check the progress...
$ tail -f del100

When I go to manage storage on any device & it will display how much room each program or app is using, it still shows that my e-mail is taking up the most room. Is there a way to actually log on to the icloud server to manage what it stored there? If so, how do I do it? Also, on a related subject, why does my mail not sync accross all devices? ie. when I delete an email on one device, why do I still see it on all my other devices? How can I change this?
I have an iphone5, ipad2, ipod 4th gen, ipod 3rd gen, all running on my same apple id - but I have a PC not a Mac home computer - is this part of the problem? Looking to upgrade to a Mac sometime this year...

Mail is backed up automatically. If you make backups automatically, open Mail application and then, open the Time Machine app (in /Applications/Utilities). There are a number of ways to delete pictures from the Camera Roll. below are the issues we are facing,
when executing infopackage job is not getting triggred into source system.
for activation DSO data it is taking huge time. At the time of seqential read to RSREQDONE table.
I think this is due to huge logs in the staandard tables.
What could be the reson behind this.. and let me know how to delete old logs.

just carry out RSRV for DSO PSA tables and see if there is inconsistency available there in the PSA table.
see if the change log and PSA deletion is happening regularly..else schedule same in PC
check with basis there are certain jobs which needs to run regularly at certain frequency..

By "sending" do you mean sending email?
If so, what app are you using to take the photos on your iPhone 5? Or are the photos from a different source (saved to your Camera Roll from somewhere else, like a web page or Messages)?
My guess is that Mail gives you the option to send different file sizes when it detects you are trying to Mail a really large photo file. The size of photos on the iPhone 5 is really big and some email providers may stop your mail from being delivered if attachments are too large. Thus, Mail tries to help you by offering to resize the photo.
I suspect that if you are sending smaller files, Mail does not bother giving you options to save a smaller version. In fact, I have seen this behavior. So, if the photo is already "small enough", it gets sent as-is.
To my knowledge, there is no global iOS setting for this. Some apps may have different rules, of course.

No one answered probably because the answer is so obvious. I went back to Best Buy where I bought the new phone. He went into Settings, New software and the iOS 6.1.2 was available for download on the new phone. Who would think a brand new device would have a backleveled operating system??? But it was. I came home downloaded the new iOS. then I went into setting and deleted all data and apps and started initialization process again, this time telling the phone to use the backup in iCloud. Voila! Formidable!
