My Idisk no longer on my laptop when working off line. volume not found!

I can't work on my Idisk files when not connected and am in the middle of a trip right now. I checked preferences to make sure it syncs automatically and a copy is suppossed to be on my laptop. In the user/mirror/ folder, I see the folder with 00145106c582 and a subfolder with mirrors.plist but everytime I use finder to check the folder I get a message "the volume for Idisk cannot be found". It used to work but all of a sudden, it stopped while on this trip.
I checked preferences, went to disk utility to verify disk, and all appears ok.
Please help. I am going out of internet range for a few days and need the disk on my computer.

Hi Why do you need to use a PC since iOS 7 you can download updates Apps everything Over wifi I have iPhone 5 s & 2 ipads in over a year I have never connected them to My Apple pc Try a wifi update If you have problems Try a Reboot press & hold power button & menu button hold both Down until You see Apple Logo you will not last any data. Ah, well, then the notes are probably gone. Did you save any of the email from that account on your computer? The notes might be there if you did.

When Firefox updated, my dad could no longer use the browser as it kept saying that is it working off line and to uncheck that option. Where do we find the option to uncheck?

My 82 year old dad downloaded your latest update and he installed it. He used default installation as he does not know how to do custom. When he started up Firefox, it came up with the dialogue that Firefox is off line and that he was suppose to uncheck work off line Box. i looked through my Firefox and I cannot figure out where that box is. He is 150 miles away from me so I can't really look at his computer.

Use "Alt" key to show menu bar temporarily the on the File menu uncheck "work offline".
You don't always get a message that tells you that you are off-line so even though I hardly ever need it I do install the following because of it's connected/disconnected icons

I can no longer print .pdf docs, I get: lxbzgf.DLL was not found & can not load library LXBZPRP.DLL

When trying to print a .pdf doc, it now fails and I get the following dialog box: "lxbzgf.DLL" was not found" and then after closing the session, pops the following dialog box which says: "can not load library "LXBZPRP.DLL"
I think it is related to laptop operating syst. (Windows XP Nedia Center Edition) and latest Adobe Readed XI. Can you help with the proper diagnostic and what should I do, please?

I really don't know what SP3 is but my Gateway laptop operating system is Windows XP Media Center Versión 2005 with Update Rollup 2.

When open notification attachment page not found

Hi,
When I open the notification attachment to logon to oracle to view my notification the page is not found. Does anyone know why? Do i have a setting wrong somewhere. On the wf administration page it says HTML mail with attachments. Any help would be appreciated!

The attachment "Notification Detail.html" is meant to show the notification details page upon login. If the page is not showing up, check the following.
1. WF_WEB_AGENT in WF_RESOURCES table points to the apache host and port appropriately.
2. The notification is still available in WF_NOTIFICATION table.
Also the Web agent value is stored in different locations based on installation and release. In Apps 11.5.10, it is taken from APPS_FRAMEWORK_AGENT profile, in standalone it is read from WF_WEB_AGENT token.

Apple TV no longer works off-line

Trying to figure out if this is just me.
It is normal for me to power down my modem at night but leave my router on-line.
Previously this has not caused a problem with my apple TV since the network is up still just no internet access. I did it tonight however after updating my apple TV and it would no longer play content.
It would connect to my library and see the content but when I went to play it the message was my computer "was not authorized".
Now this has happened a long time ago (the authorization going away on my iMac) so I simply restarted the internet to authorize it again only to find out it had not lost the authorization.
Power down the modem again and try my apple TV only to get the same "not authorized"
Does the latest update to the Apple TV require an internet connection to play content now?

Prior to this last update:
If my cable went out I could still watch iTunes purchased content on my ATV.
When the cable is down the ATV will see my library you can select albums, TV shows, movies, etc and it will tell you the information but if you try to play iTunes purchased content it will not let you because it can't "verify" the authorization.
I find this confusing because I have never stored my iTunes user name or password in my ATV so I was under the impression it always played content as long as the computer connected to the ATV was authorized for that library.
I can play iTunes purchased content on my computer without an internet connection so I am confused as to what the ATV is trying to "verify" that it can't without an internet connection.

Old Podcasts cant be downloaded when new are posted, file not found.

Strange! Succesfully uploaded a podcast. No problem to subscribe or to download it from iTunes.
Then when puplishing a new podcast, the old podcast could no longer be downloaded from iTunes.

I had the same thing happen and have been pulling my hair out about this for a week now. Finally today I hit on a fix that worked for me and I hope it works for you.
For this to work, you need a backup of the last saved iTunes Library file.
First, follow directions about locating your iTunes music folder. In prefs>advanced choose your location and make sure that is right.
Locate your last saved iTunes Library file (the one that was working before things went haywire with the !'s everywhere). Also locate the iTunes prefs file in ~/library/prefs. For me, these were part of a Backup, so I selected "restore" ONLY THESE particular files from my last backup. When prompted to replace existing files, I said YES.
After backup ran, restoring the old Library and replacing the corrupted one, I relaunched iTunes and VOILA. All files were now correctly linked.
This left one last task, re-importing all songs I'd imported since that previous backup. To find these, I sorted my music folder by date modified and checked the most recent songs against the most recent in my Library. (sort your iTunes LIbrary by "Date Added", which you can add manually if it's not part of your categories bar.

Placing your device into recovery (DFU) mode:
Follow these steps to place your iOS device into recovery mode. If your iOS device is already in recovery mode, you can proceed immediately to step 6.
   1. Disconnect the USB cable from the iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, but leave the

When a BT line is not a BT line.

Hi All, I have been with BT since December 2009 and did a home move on the 21/07/10 and then is when the problems began. I was with o2 for my BB and did the home move with them but they told me that my number(which I took with me) wa not coming up on their database as a live number. For the next week they told me they contacted BT and tried to resolve but I got impatient as I was not happy with how they where handing this. So off I trot to Sky as I have TV with them and low and behold they tell me the same thing and again they get nowhere with BT and cancel my order!!! Out of curiosity I decided to check BT BB Speed Checker and when you type my number in it gives the error message "As your not on a BT line please input your post code and house number" WTF?????? I have sent e-mails through the site complaining about this and they are being ignored, if I call no-one will take responsibility for this as they say the phone line works and BB support wont help as I dont have BB with BT. Still with me? So what can I do? I have a BT line which appears not to be on any database and nobody will help, I have never dealt with this poor level of customer service. I work in this field and we have 3 hours to reply to enquiries but BT pretty much keep taking my line rental money but not providing me with one capable of BB! Any help much appreciated.

Hi, The home move went a smoth as can be. Engineer came, did his thing phone worked straight away. Never had a problem using the phone. Everything is active and I am certainly paying a bill to prove it. BT called me today and said this had been forwarded to BB support who will look into it but I have heard this time and time again. All they seem to be interested in is selling me BT BB which every person who calls mentions. Thanks for the replies and here's hoping this time someone will call me back.

Your Windows 8 installation should react to the reinstallation of the audio driver. You can see that happen, or not, if you have the Device Manager open while you install the driver.

The sound and video become unsynchronized when the off-line recording was created.

I recorded a 1.30 hour meeting by using Adobe Connect. I want to edit the file and split in small time. So I save the recording in local by clicking "Make Offline". When I play back the file from local, the sound and video become unsynchronized.
Any idea and how to sort it out.

As I recall, there is an issue with Windows 8 and the offline recording function. Not sure if you are using Windows 8, but it may be worth trying to do it on another computer.
However, before you go down that road, know that the FLV versions of the meeting recordings are notoriously difficult to edit. If you don't need to have the recordings in a different format, I would recommend that you do the following instead (will be much faster overall).
Take the URL for your meeting recording and add /output/YourNameHere.zip?download=zip. You can name the zip file whatever you want. This will pull the recording source files down to your local computer. Next, browse to a desired location in your Content library in Connect and re-upload that zip file. You can name it whatever you want, and even create a custom URL for it. Once it is uploaded you will have a second version of the same recording on your server. Just re-upload that zip file as many times as needed. You can then edit each version of the recording separately, allowing you to create as many versions of the recording as needed.

Photoshop CS3 - Program error. Crashes when working off active desktop

Unprovoked my version of photoshop CS3 has suddenly started to crash whenever I click off the active workspace (for example clicking on my desktop or moving into the dock).
After force quitting the application I can open photoshop again and continue working until I move onto another application or select any function outside photoshop. Then it crashes again.
Tried reinstalling but with no improvement.
OSX 10.5.2
G5 mac

Bluetooth issue when working with Safari but not other applications

I have tried two new bluetooth headsets (Motorola 9HD and Sony DR-BT100cx) that both can Pair with and work just fine with the local itunes application and any DVD I use. But these devices do not work with Safari. I tried going to Hulu, YouTube, etc and i can tell the bluetooth device is 'listening' because I can hear it click or wait for a signal. But I never hear anything. If i switch over to DVD or my Podcasts that are local, it works fine. If I go to bluetooth settings and select 'stop using headset' the MacBook speakers pick up right away.
Note: I am a brand new Mac user, so please disregard my OS version I have selected. I have no idea how to find my OS version, nor do I know how to install Firefox to see if it is simply a browser issue.

I have the same issue. I've tried 3 different btooth headsets, and they all react the same:
- music: ok
- skype: ok
- webcasts / video (safari or firefox): no sound, and video stops
HOWEVER: same system, same headset, using Internet Explorer in my windows xp VM: everything works.
Anyone know how to contact Apple and log this issue?

[JavaScript] How to catch the error when the cache page is not found?

I want to use the cache of the navigator, to get data stored before (and not to send the same data) with AJAX. So I use the error 304 to tell that the page was not change, so use the cache instead. In the other navigator, there are no error, but only a blank responseText.
But with Firefox, the error "no element found" is displayed in the Error Console. Is there a possibility to not displayed it? Maybe with "catch" and "try", but I have no idea where to place it.
