In the source list click devices (so far so good) then click the entry for your iphone or ipod. that doesn't exist. HELP asap
You don't import photos from the iPhone to your computer using iTunes.

Note this only applies to photos taken with the iPhone. Any photos you previously added to your iPhone using iTunes should be copied from old computer to new computer. -
I tried to launch iCloud on iMac. I Changed my e-mail address recently, and iMac doesn't seem to know it. Even worse, it doesn't know any password I've used with Apple ID. Can anyone help me?
No, i don't. if i did i would have tried it. do you have to sign up an appled ID for iCloud? If the answer is yes then they should mention that in the set-up instructions.

anybody able to help me with my setup for apple tv. i've followed the directions in the guide and my tv doesn't seem to register in part. it's weird because my tv system info identifies the apple tv but the screen never went black and it doesn't show anything, too, my imac doesn't seem to register the apple tv unit either
I would try connecting it to another tv to see if it works there if it does
then likely your tv can't handle the default resolution and you should lower it on the other tv
if not then you should connect it by usb to the computer and use itunes to restore it's firmware -
Installed Yosemite on my Mac. CS5 no longer workers. When I try to open Photoshop, I get an error message about needing a Java SE 6. This is different from the other Java update Yosemite required (I already installed that). I assumed the higher update would suffice for previous versions, but I guess it doesn't work that way. Went over to the Java site, but SE 6 doesn't seem to have a MAC version. How can I resolve this?

When I open my RAW files in Photoshop CC they are grainy and the JPEGS are not. What is going on? It doesn't seem to have anything to do with my CACHE levels either.

My MacBook pro mid 2012 doesn't seem to have a "save as" function, so I can't seem to save multiple page pdf's together after moving thumbnails into the sidebar. It only saves the first page.
I do have a 2008 version of Microsoft Office installed to save money, but that shouldn't affect things. I can't figure out the "rename" function either. Help?Oh, and I also reset my NVRAM, my computer hasn't frozen again yet, so I'm not sure if it has made a difference.

My IPhone doesn't seem to have a sims card tray. I would like to change the sims card but I can not find the sims card tray. I have looked on the right side and on top of my phone but its not there. I have a Iphone4 and Verizon as my carrier. How do I change my sims? Or can I change my sims card? Please help me I would greatly apperciate it.
The Verizon iPhone 4 is a CDMA phone and as such has no SIM. Ergo there's no way to change a SIM and no way to use the phone with another carrier, if that's what you wanted to do.

What is your computer operating system, and is it 32 or 64 bit?
At this time, is Premiere Elements 12 listed in Control Panel/Programs as an installation product?
Where did you purchase this Photoshop Elements 12/Premiere Elements 12 bundle - from Adobe as an online download or from an authorized reseller offering the box packing with installation discs? From your "The download doesn't seemed to have worked", I am assuming that this was an online download from Adobe.
On your computer, you should have started with 4 installation files
Photoshop Elements 12. An .exe file and .7z file specific for Photoshop Elements 12...and file targeted appropriately for 32 or 64 bit computer.
Premiere Elements 12. An .exe file and .7z file specific for Premiere Elements 12...and file targeted appropriately for 32 or 64 bit computer.
You double click the .exe first and afterward as indicated .7z.
Each of these products will have its own serial number.
Do you now have those components. If not, then you need to start again with the download to get those files on your computer in order to start the product installation.

To burn DVDs - You know that they come in two versions ?
Data-DVDs - to store files (even movie files) onto - Can not be played on any Video-DVD-player.
Video-DVDs - as commersial movie DVDs
Data-DVDs - can be burned directly from DeskTop/Finder (but only one time/DVD - no incremental storage)
Video-DVDs - needs a DVD-authoring program.
• iDVD - is the best possibly for most of us (not avail. from Apple any more)
• DVD Studio Pro - best ever made ? (not avail. from Apple any more)
• Roxio Toast™ - I like (I got, I use - rather often)
• Compressor - $50 from Apple
• Free DVD Creator.app - free from Apple Store (very simple - Quality ?? not sure - looked problematic reg. Interlacing)
• Burn - a free alternative from Internet. Very simple - Just for doing a plain Video-DVD

If there is no iDVD on Your Mac (and it's not on newer Macs as Apple discarded it) then You need a program that can do this.
Your Mac can burn CDs and DVDs - BUT DVD as Data-DVDs not as Video-DVDs - they need a program to be encoded and STRUCTURED as such.
iDVD is part of the boxed version of iLife'11 and can only be bought outside Apple as on Amazon and e-bay
DVD Studio pro - Part of FinalCut Studio Pro bundle - this to has expired and can only be bought second handed. (High price and tough learning Curve - but best ever done.)
Roxio Toast™ - Not as elegant as iDVD - but has many other positive additions (I like it as 10-Pro incl BD-component) (now version 11)
FinalCut Pro-X which also can burn to DVD but without any nice themes.

As topic says, setting the autoPlay property on MediaPlayer to false doesn't seem to have any effect on the VideoElement.
The MediaPlayer always auto play when assigning it a new VideoElement. I'm using OSMF 1.5

My Hp printer/scanner C5280 used to work fine with my iMac with OS 10.6 but lately after doing the scan it doesn't seem to finish by putting the scan in either iPhoto or in pictures. I have all the latest sofware updates for both devices. The scanner does the "preview" scan right away and the copier works fine. Is there some setting I am overlooking?
Try using Image Capture, you will find it in your Applications folder. In either IC or the method you are using you can tell the application to scan to a destination. It will look similar to:
If you still have trouble give AppleCare a call or visit your local Apple Store Genius and they can walk you through it. Your problem may be the at you are not defining anything in the preview to be scanned, you do this by dragging the mouse over the area you want scanned and it will draw a box around it. Here is a screen shot that show's that. -
My airport express doesn't seem to have extended the wifi range
I have recently bought an Airport Extreme which connects to my modem (broadband) via ethernet. This wifi signal does not reach the kitchen and we need internet access there, so I have bought an Airport Express, hoping it would extend the signal and give us internet in the kitchen. I have set them both up, and there are green lights on both, but the range does not seem to have improved at all! Can someone please walk me through the setup, I may have missed something.

If practical, place the base stations in near proximity to each other during the setup phase. Once done, move them to their desired locations.
Open AirPort Utility, and then, select the base station that will connect to the Internet.
Choose Manual Setup from the Base Station menu, or double-click the base station to open the configuration in a separate window. Enter the base station password if necessary.
Click AirPort in the toolbar, and then, click Wireless.
Choose “Create a wireless network” from the Wireless Mode pop-up menu, and then, select the “Allow this network to be extended” checkbox.
Next, select the base station that will extend this network, and then, choose Manual Setup from the Base Station menu, or double-click the base station to open its configuration in a separate window. Enter the base station password if necessary.
Choose “Extend a wireless network” from the Wireless Mode pop-up menu, and then, choose the network you want to extend from the Network Name pop-up menu.
Enter the base station network and base station password if necessary.
Click Update to update the base station with new network settings.

After installing version 3.6.13 remembering passwords doesn't seem to work. I checked the settings (private navigation, privacy, security). each time i visit a website which needs a password the "remember - bar" shows and i press the remember button, but nothing happens.
