I am not exactly sure what you mean by "authorised", but I am experiencing a similar problem...or the same, in that Apple TV keeps telling me to enable home sharing in my MacBook Pro. It does not seem to recognize that home sharing is already enabled on my Laptop.
Is home sharing and "authorised" one in the same? It used to work just fine before these recent Apple TV updates.

I had to change my personal email address that was linked to my iTunes and iCloud. According to the information in my Apple ID, it is switched over. My phone, however, disagrees with me. I keep getting a pop-up asking me to sign into my iCloud account, but it has my previous email address Apple ID information displayed. When I look in my settings under iCloud, it still shows my old information and I cannot see any way to change it. Any ideas?

You need to check icloud on the phones setting you will see the old email there

Change apple id back to old email
sign out in settings
then chnage back to what u want the account to be

I can not get to iPhone screen, so no way to get to Settings. That is the problem. When I connect phone to iTunes I get screen asking to insert SIN card. On the phone I'm getting Cinfigure screen asking Launguage , Country or Region, Wi-Fi, ( I can connect to my home wi-fi), and last screen "Activating your iPhone". If iTunes is asking for a password to restore from an iTunes backup, then yes, you did set one up. You must have selected 'Encrypt iPhone Backup' when you created the backup. If you don't remember the password, then you'll have to restore the device as new.

I can see why that would be frustrating! Have you tried selecting Stayed Signed In underneath the Adobe ID and Password boxes when you try to log in?
What did you use to create the PDF form? If you used FormsCentral, form data is saved to your online FormsCentral account. If you have Acrobat, you can export form data as described here: Adobe Acrobat X Pro * Manage form data files

YOU should simply go down to the store, retrieve YOUR package and thank the store for helping to prevent identity theft.
The store said YOU could come down and pick up the package. Did they tell you SOMEONE ELSE could do so???
It seems the easiest way to have resolved the issue would have been for YOU to go pick up YOUR package.
